Brian is a good guy, just talking to him I would trust him to do any repairs on your bike! I own another shop and just in conversation I know he takes care of his customers and there bikes. Appreciate the referrals also! Thanks Brian! Look forward to doing more business!

Best shop you could possibly deal with in every way. Highly highly recommend. Whether it is simply tires or performance work I am always happy and glad I went/go here.

I posted a bad review last night I shouldn't have. I'm having other mechanical issues and let my mind swing wrong directions. Brian did a wonderful job of my bike. Reason it stopped running. My fault. I left it sitting 4 years half full of gas. And it drew moisture and rusted inside. And rust is causing a gas flow issue. I'll have to deal with that later. So remember always drain your tank in the fall and store plum full of brand new gas.

I blew the rear tire on my Honda shadow, calling around stumbled across this shop, and I m glad I did! Very fast service, for a very reasonable price! (for a last minute drop off right before Sturgis.) I would recommend Brian and Asylumcycle to anyone, thanks again!Service: TiresService: Tires

ordered a tury fast and had it the next day. Brian was very knowledgeable about the product and very willing to help if I had any issues with install. would definitely recommend the tury and asylum cycle, some of the best service I've had

This is one of 3 places that I will let work on my babies. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and will explain all your options to you in a way that is easy to understand. He has always treated me with the same amount of respect as his male customers (which is unfortunately not the norm for a lot of shops). This is a great small business that has super cool shirts and hoodys too. Also he does great stereo work.

I dont wanna be the one to bash a business but here I am I'm only doing this because I've been seeing a lot of people having issues but not saying anything I ordered a wiring harness from them over 2 months ago yet I still haven't received it and they keep giving excuses over and over again and I don't wanna see someone else deal with a bad business like other people and myself have dealt with from asylum cycle don't do business hereService: Electrical

Had the tires replaced for my Honda motorcycle. Guy had quick turn around and cheap for the service. Small time shop but definitely has a lot of skill and cares about the job.

Since we started going to Asylum Cycle, we will never have a HD Dealership work on our bikes again. When you go to a HD dealership, you never know who is working on your bike. When we drop our bikes off at Asylum Cycle, we know who is working on our bikes and we know Brian owner of Asylum Cycle will be honest and is always looking out for us,. He does excellet work and the only downside is that he is very busy however if it's emergency, he will do his best to get you taken care of.Speaking from a woman's point of view when picking up my bike, Brian has always talked to me about my bike. I have often felt invisible at HD dealerships.Our most recent experience with Asylum Cycle was an Insurance claim. I texted Brian after our bikes went down and within 5 minutes Brian called me. He reassured me everything was going to be ok and that he would take care of it and that he did. We had an adjuster come out and Brian took it from there. During these crazy Covid times getting parts and everything was delayed. He did an exceptional job. All we had to do was to be patient. We highly recommend Asylum Cycle!With dealerships you are a just a number. With Asylum Cycle you are a customer!
