Love taking our vehicles here. The people are so friendly and helpful. They get you in in a timely fashion and promptly get it done. They keep their prices reasonable. We almost took our car elsewhere to be fixed were recommended to junk the car because it needed a new transmission . Took it here for a second opinion and they fixed it so it runs perfect. Workers also go above and beyond to help.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This guy saved my wife!!! Not only did he safely tow her to his shop on a Sunday afternoon but had the vehicle fixed in short order and had her back on the road! Amazing customer service at very reasonable prices couldn t have been luckier to have this amazing guy near a breakdown I would highly recommend!!! Certified Auto has always been reasonable with their rates; my experience has been a friendly one. Repairs get scheduled into an open slot within a week and they normally take three days at most. Vehicle towing has always been prompt within the hour or scheduled when non-emergency. More importantly, Aaron has never price gouged my repairs, unlike some mechanics I've dealt with out of state. When I can't fix a car problem myself, Aaron has always been my goto mechanic

Made an appointment to have brand new tires mounted and balanced Thursday (asked if I could get in that day or sooner) dropped it off Monday morning at 6am and at 1pm still hadn t had it done and need to leave for work within that hour. Horrible service, and employees seemed lazy saying I was gonna get to it later in the afternoon even though I made the appointment last week and had it there before they even got to work.

They went over & beyond to help us with giving us a variety of quality new tires to choose from,along with while getting new tires installed they brought to our attention of other repairs that will be needed repairs very soon. Very down to earth & respectful repair shop,will be going back for our future repairs. Thank you

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. They Tried to charge me $950 for a part that only costs $60 bucks and took 2 hours to replace.. Not to mention I receved my vehicle back in worse condition than when i took it in! Picked it up from the shop and all the sudden my dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree 4 new warning lights popped up that I've never had up before. The part that needed to be replace is making more noise than EVER before.. something fishy is going on here..Don't ever have anything fixed here without double checking prices elsewhere.

this place is one of the best places I have ever been to for auto repair. my suburban was leaking windshield washer fluid, so I brought it in to them and they said you want the cheap reliable fix or the expensive reliable fix I chose cheap (obviously) and found out I had a small hole in the windshield washer fluid tank and they used duck tape to cover the hole. four years later I have still not had any more leaks.

Were really great about getting my vehicle in last minute but did not tighten the bolts on driver brake line and they fell out a few weeks after front brakes done.

Aaron and the guys are great always try to get you in right away fix what's wrong and get you your vehicle back fast..keeps us very well informed and contacts us when issues arise to see what we want to do before moving forward. Certified Auto repair is our go to shop

Brought my vehicle in for repair & the main issue was not fixed, things done incomplete & still charged! Not notified before work was done, not told the information 1st hand being the owner of the vehicle & the list could go on!!!! . Would NEVER recommend this company & will be reporting to to BBB!
