Worst service I have ever seen. Older guy working could careless that we were in the store. Will NEVER go back there.

Store staff friendly, but cannot seem to get orders in for things not in stock. Tried to order some simple bearing and races over 6 weeks ago, was told would be in in a few days. Multiple trips and calls to the store over the next several weeks yielded nothing. On a final call today, person claimed they couldn't even find a record of the order and refused to give me a part number so I could try elsewhere. Lesson learned, will never again stray from NAPA just because they happen to be closed when I need something. Very frustrated.

I believe his name was Devin he gave me the worst customer experience and has no clue what he's talking about!!!! Do better O'Reillys

Great service - guys new my truck filter PN without checking, had 2.5 gallon oil size and correct part for blinker switch. Anticipated waiting on switch, but was in stock ... top notch service
