NUBS worked on my Ford Fiesta as a sublet from Chuck Spaeth Ford. The repair they did was incredibly low quality. They were supposed to repair rust on some body panels but clearly didn t do a good job. The first repair failed in less than 2 months. After some bad attitude, they agreed to fix it. Now a year later, the repairs are failing again. It appears that they just sanded some of the rust off and painted over it. I wasn t expecting such a hack job from a well rated business. Stay away from this business for any repair that requires skilled labor because they don t have it.

We had our vehicle repaired after it was t-boned and had $18,500 in damages! Incherence would have totaled vehicle at $19,225. They fixed everything at $18,500 but took home during the day and the next night seen a light on the dash wich was coverd up with a oil change sticker. After calling and letting them know they said they didn't see it and would fix it had to bring it 80miles round trip 3 times after they just kept clearing the light I got tired of the commute and time waisted trying to get them to fix airbage system! Looked up how to fix the airbage light and would cost 900 to 1200 to fix! That would have totaled the vehicle and they would have lost $18,500 and we would have a new vehicle but So here I am 4years later and 2 sets of tires and a had recall done at dealer ship for rear toe links and dealer calls and asked did you ever hit anything with the rear I said no but it was t-boned and repaired by (New ulm body shop) 4 years ago... so they said we can not aline it safely! brought it back to New ulm body shop this time the fixed it.

Super professional staff! Old school work ethic. A very good job at a fare price! Hard to make a twenty year old car look good but they did!

Brought my vehicle here to get an estimate done after I had a hitch pin fly threw my bumper, I told them don t do anything until you call me! When calling to check on everything over phone I was treat with disrespect, arguing, telling me something totally different about my air conditioner when that wasn t the issue! They didn t fix a damn thing besides painting and a new bumper etc First told me there was no damage to wires or air conditioner! After all that I had someone go out there to show them the wires, there response was oh we didn t see that after all that they still didn t get my air fixed! So I brought it to another body shop explained the air plus wires and GUESS WHAT .The hitch pin that went threw my bumper was THE CAUSE OF MY AIR CONDITIONER NOT WORKING! I will never bring another vehicle to this shop because of one person, I feel bad for the other guy that was so nice to me threw it all and apologized for the other guy.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Excellent and timely service! My SUV was completed before the estimated completion date, the communication was clear and thorough and the interior/exterior of my car was clean and as if no one had been working on/in it for the last few weeks!I don t wish an accident on anyone- but I highly recommend NUBS if you are ever in the unfortunate situation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had New Ulm Body Shop replace my windshield and was very impressed with the great service! They provided me with a loaner car and had the work done when they said it would be done. They also cleaned all the windows inside and outside which was a ver nice touch!

Excellent paint work, quick repair, Even though they were only working on the exterior of my car, they vacuumed the inside and washed the entire thing. It's easy to see they have good attention for detail, which is something I appreciate when looking to get work done on my car. Very professional, I will be back!

Amazing work, very professional and kind. Had my windshield replaced and I couldn't be happier with my choice to go to New Ulm Body Shop. Very fast turn around and very reasonably priced. Did not use insurance and it didn't matter. My experience was flawless.

Just had my vehicle in for hail dent repair. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Tom and staff were great to work with. Would recommend them for body repair.

Last week I had a minor fender bender on my way for work. But it was enough that I knew I needed to do an insurance claim, they found NU body shop in their network so my agent called Thursday and got it set up for me to drop my car off on Monday before work and to pick up a loaner. I got a call Tuesday from an adjuster that they anticipated having my car down by Friday. I got the call from the adjuster and the shop today that my car was done! I picked my car up, they let me do a split payment for my deductible too! And when I got your ti my car or was vaccumed spotless! And all the counseling and lightees from under my seat were in the cup holders! I am super pleased with NU Body shop and I'll definitely use them again if I need to!!

Fast, friendly, thorough, clean, and they surprised me by installing the new windshield wipers I had left in the front seat thinking I'd get around to it sooner or later because I always seem to have to puzzle it out. Jay has a sense of humor. Good team he's built there.
