These guys are great. They always either have what we need, or they can get it in. Very friendly service and great prices. Also, they accept AAA memberships for the 10% discount, so don't forget to use that!

While visiting to pick up a bulb for my headlight an employee messed with my wiper blades, leaving them both not fully on! I was unaware it was both and later one fell off while we were driving somewhere! An employee that cannot tell the difference between a station wagon (our car) and a minivan (the actual car for the wiper blades) is extremely concerning! To make matters worse my order wasn't available, leaving only option to pay for a product almost double the price. Definitely felt like bait and switch. I left with nothing, contacted corporate, no point in having them call back as i'm not going here anymore!

Awful customer service manager does not care to help you unless you are a personal friend of hers I drove over 40 minutes to get a filter that I was told was in stock and I get there and they have one but they absolutely refuse to sell it to me because somebody was going to have it on order for the following week he said she could get me one on Monday but I could not have the one that had their even though that guy wasn't coming to get it till next week and they could have ordered another one for him will not go here again what a joke Napa has lost my business forever

They didn't have the fitting I needed at the store, so ran quickly to the warehouse and got one, excellent service
