I worked with Cody to buy my new to me dodge caravan and am really please! He is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles they carry. He was honest and upfront about everything! Ben gave me a more then fair trade in value for my trade in I was pleasantly surprised by his offer!! Great team!

Unnecessary $302 worth of labor for a check engine light. This place isn t worth getting anything done for if they are going to over charge you. I stood there watching them and they kept walking away from my vehicle as if they were burning time. This isn t the right place to get things done mechanically.

These guys were great to work with. I worked with Rob from the other store. Was knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond by driving my 2nd vehicle 4.5 hrs back to my house.

$152 dollars to have a battery replaced that was bought and installed from them and was barely over a year old! Still under warranty and still had to pay that much to replace. Absolutely crazy!Update: 1 day later truck won t start. Battery dead!! Did they actually replace it???

Repaired truck quickly, also did several recall repairs. Very happy with the speedy repair. Always need my work truck

I cannot say enough about how pleasant an experience it is to purchase a vehicle from Jensen Chrysler... The salesperson, Calvin, was very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to accommodate me and answered all my questions about the van I purchased. They gave me what I felt my trade was worth, not the normal "lowballing" and haggling that I'm normally accustomed to having to go through to buy a vehicle. I highly recommend giving them a chance when you're looking. I think Jensen is the best dealer in town! My rating is AAA+++

Wonderful place to get work done on your vehicle. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We've been going to them for oil changes and maintenance for over a year. The location is decent. The salesmen that I talked to was nice and welcoming but the knowledge of the vehicle I was looking at, he didn't say to much about. That left me in a hard spot. Due to that I test drove the vehicle, and left having to think about it, and look around a few more places!WAY TO BLOW IT!!

Always a pleasure going here. Staff is not pushy and they always show you what is needed. Brought both the vehicles in today for some maintenance and test drove another one. Didnt purchase but the staff is always super polite and worked to see what would work for us. Will be going back for all of our vehicle needs

Went in to test drive a car, and started out great! The odometer in the car didn't turn on, so no idea as to what the miles were. We brought up our concern to them and were basically told to take it or leave it. It was clear to us that they didn't care for our business or care for the cars they sell. We will never be returning here and will be sure to steer anyone away from here.

recently purchased my first JEEP here.. thank you for a very easy buying situation! Calvin, you ROCK! You kept in mind MY needs and price,etc,issues, and connected me with my first SUV and i am VERY VERY satisfied!Great place to work with ---sales people LISTEN and truly CARE If you buy pre-owned, ask for Calvin .. and he will definitely help you with matching you to the BEST VEHICLE FOR YOU !

Would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. Very poor customer service, will not stand behind their cars, very unfriendly. Bought a pre owned vehicle from them. Went their to look at a dodge but the salesman didnt want to show me that one. He had a toyota he was much more comfortable selling me cause he knew the history of it. First time they showed it to me it didnt even start, had to jump it. Was told a door was left open. Test drove it, seemed okay. After agreeing to buy it i was assured it would be throughly checked over and in tip top condition and if anything goes wrong i can bring it back and they will work with me to fix it. Less then 2 weeks the battery was dead wouldnt start. Electrical issues. Issues they are not even equipped To fix cause they are not a toyota dealer but yet are selling Toyotas... when i asked the owner Dennis to trade it back in for something else i was flat out told that they would not trade it in for the same value i paid considering they now know whats all wrong with it... less then 2 weeks mind you. Drove it to work and home. 2 weeks. Very poor costmer service. As someone who works in customer service myself im disgusted. Very shady place... $ is all that seems to matter, not customer satifaction. So now after spending 8 grand will be spending how much to get it fixed and looking for another dealership to work with.

they bait and switched my wife into car she wasn't even there to look at, had it only two weeks and now there are big electrical issues and they are refusing to help us so much for customer service. don't buy anything from these crooks
