Don't waste your time and gas dropping off your return package here your better off going to a more professional place. They can't or just won't even print out your shipping label when they should have that service.

Ordered some several clearance items online. Called over later in the day and made sure all the items I ordered were ready for pick up. I had the person who picked up the phone go through *ITEM - BY - ITEM* and check because I didn't want to drive a long distance to pick the items up only to find they weren't in stock. "Yeah, it's all here in a box with your name on it" and each item I had ordered was indeed present. The online receipt said I had several days to pick up my order, and I knew I would be in New Ulm in three days for business and I would pick it up then and I told the person on the phone this.The next day I received an email saying that some of my items were no longer availble for pickup. I called and complained and told to call back and speak to another employee. I called the next day and the person told me that he had actually sold my items to somebody else BEFORE my order was placed. I'm not sure how that is possible, considering I paid online and the items were taken and placed into a box for pickup.Needless to say, they won't be seeing any more of my business.

Great Service from 2 attendants this morning! Helped locate correct size windshield wipers, recommended a quality set and swiftly installed them on my Volkswagen for me. Very pleased. Thanks a million guys!

Don't buy a Spartan/ ATK engine. Mine lasted less then a year and the customer service and warranty is a complete joke. The Advance that I purchased it through hasn't helped at all. All they do is give you a number to call.

Just went in to have my starter tested and it was still good. I cleaned the electrical connections like they suggested and that worked. Saved me about $150. I'll buy a new starter from them when this one goes bad. Very helpful staff here.

The employees at advance Auto in New Ulm are so friendly and helpful. If they don't have the parts you need, they do everything they can to get from another location as soon as possible.

Kind of disappointed as I ve been to this location multiple times and Dunton is the only employee here who doesn t treat me like I m stupid. I will be taking my business to Auto Value instead.

Went in there with a sister. The guy that waited on us was rude BUT his manager was there & not only jumped on the employee for his rudeness but took over the transaction & apologized.
