This is the second time I have had my vehicle in for a concern. Both times when I was told the vehicle was done there was very little diagnostics done and the issue was not resolved. When I ask why they only listen for the concern I was told on both accounts that the can't just go taking things apart to inspect. The first time I didn't even get out of the parking lot before the rear end was grinding. The second time, they couldn't take a heat shield of to inspect for broken bolts. Now, I will have to bring it in again when the noise is "more frequent". Seems lazy to me or they just aren't interested in looking into the problem. If it wasn't for the recall, if just take it to my local shop.

They are really nice and do a good job but I feel like it is more expensive every time I go. 40$ in 2022, 61$ in 2023, and today (March 2024) it was $70! Ouch. Just for a standard oil change on a minivan....

Had vehicle worked on at the New pracue location. There were 2 issues I brought it in for. They said they found the one but not the other. I told them to look again. This time the manager did and found the second issue. The "kids" working in the mopar area have the not slightest clue to how to fix things. Picked up my vehicle next day. Brought it home. The next day took it out for a drive and it wouldn't start. Now belzers is having my vehicle towed... and here I sit waiting again for my vehicle to be fixed correctly this time. The manager even told me he had a bunch of green horns working for him in the back. And asked if I knew anyone more experienced to work there. If you have a mopar vehicle please bring it somewhere else.

Timely service. As soon as the part that was needed arrived they called me. They installed the part while I waited in their nice customer service area. It cost a little more than I was expecting but I guess that is to be expected at a dealership. Sorry to say I brought my jeep in far an alignment. When I picked it up the steering wheel was not straight when going down the road. Also sorry to say I have had a couple of other bad experiences at this dealership.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Fast, pleasant employees and not at all expensive. They let you know if you don't need certain things therefore they are honest and keep you from spending money you don't need to spend.

Overall one of my better experiences . I think Patrick the service guy helped me . He was awesome . Communicated efficiently, updated me on my vehicle. Way better of experience . Sales finance would be the Man Andy Manning ! Best guy to do financial work with ! Trusting very open with you over all amazing guy . The work is little spendy but good results . I had a busy day got to the dealership at 7:56 and they were closing the great customer service team went back turned lights on unlocked doors and got me the keys and wrote the invoice! Went to Jeff Belzers and got excellent service. I lease my car through them so I was there for an oil change and tire rotation which was done quickly. I had Jeff Belzer Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM work on my 2003 Jeep Liberty, and I was very happy with the work performed. They ended up diagnosing and replacing the power steering hoses and a sensor in the Jeep. I could not be happier with the results. I was given a fair estimate and accurate time line for the work. The work was performed on-time and under the estimate. I felt i was treated honestly and fairly by the service department, and I really appreciated the communication from my service rep, Brian. Overall, I am very happy with the work done and would recommend Jeff Belzer for future work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

Had Jeep in for 50k mile service. They were ready for me and got processed quickly.. Service manager had print out of all what to be completed with estimated price.. Repairs completed satisfactorily While I was waiting for vehicle, they even drove me downtown to local bakery shop so I could have breakfast while I waited. Very helpful and informative. Although the repairs were a tad expensive (a lot to do), their explanations and offer of a loaner during the days to get parts and repair helped a lot. Best service center that exists in the auto business. They ve been fixing my Jeep since 2017, and are always looking out for me and my vehicle. I drive an hour + just to service my car here, even though I have shops a few miles from home. Brian, my service manager is the best.
