Great service. Easy to schedule, ease of arrival they knew who I was upon pulling into the bay, comfortable area to wait with WiFi so I could work during my appointment! First oil change was complimentary so that was a nice perk also. Staff were kind and helpful. Everything was great, Thank you!

Great service on my Yukon in New Prague. Very nice that Ken drove me home so i could get back to work and also pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Its this level of customer service that keeps me coming back!Well done!

Had the car towed there on Monday morning. They told me it would be done by Friday but exceeded expectations and called Thursday saying it was done. That was a big deal for me because my wife and I are always going different directions. We needed the car and had told them that. The price for the fix was reasonable and the staff is very courteous.Service: Transmission

The starter in my 2016 Buick Enclave failed several days ago and I had it towed to Jeff Belzer Chevrolet in New Prague where I have had it serviced in the past. I was completely satisfied with their service. They diagnosed and replaced the starter in one day, even though I wasn t on their appointment list until that day. Thank you Jeff Belzers!

Discussed tires for my Silverado 10-11-23. Gerhard helped greatly, my only issue. No notification that tires were in. I had to call yesterday. But tires look sharp and good deal

Horrible! What should have taken two days maximum took over a week to complete. No sense of urgency at all and then the technician just decided not to come in and on and on. Didn t get a loaner vehicle until my Tahoe was there almost a week. Gerard was rude and was only worried about getting out of there by 4pm. Their ability to get parts in was the wait and see approach; absolutely no attempt at all to get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. Don t buy a vehicle from Jeff Belzer s, they re all scum bags and the epitome of what gives car dealers a bad reputation!!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Car waxing, Oil change

Always a good experience going here. Today, my oil change and tire rotation appointment was not on the schedule, not sure what happened, but they squeezed me in during their lunchtime and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Everybody at the dealership was extremely friendly and treated me and my fiance like family. Scott Cameron and the sales team worked very hard to complete the deal on my 2017 Colorado. Scott, Tim, and Bob stayed well beyond closing time to take care of all the paperwork, getting the vehicle ready, and going over all the bells and whistles before taking it home. I absolutely love my new Colorado! Definitely was worth the drive to go Jeff Belzer's Chevrolet, and will certainly visit them again in the future.

Jeff Belzers Chevrolet service staff are pushy and don't listen! Repeatedly had to say, "just an oil change!", while they kept trying to push routine maintenance 1000's of miles before it's needed.New Prague Ford & Chevy used to be nice to deal with. Belzers let the people go that kept us coming back & brought in their own from who knows where. No longer the friendly small town dealership!
