Always great customer service. Staff is always friendly and helpful. First stop every time I need parts. Tamika and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and help me find what I need.

Poor customer service. Looking for a pulley person behind the desk said he didn t have time to look for it because there s too many boxes so I called back with a part number he said they don t sell John Deere parts so I gave him a dayco number he didn t even try to find it. He just told me to go elsewhere. Very disappointing service. If they can t get it that s fine. But at least try.

Always very friendly staff. Courteous, happy to help. As a woman I trust them not to sell me more than I need. I don't buy parts from any other store in town.

They have always been very helpful to me, they take the time to answer questions, or find out the answers. I can call in with my shopping list, and they are quick to fill it and have it ready for whoever is in town that can swing by and grab it for me, saving me time and running. Much appreciated.

It s one thing to blow through a stop sign at 8:20am, but it s another thing to almost hit me while doing it... you bet I laid on my horn till I couldn t see him anymore... so disgusted with this company now... I ll take my money elsewhere

This is where I prefer to go. They know what they are talking about, will give loaner tools, check codes, warranty parts without a problem, good prices, quality parts, ect.
