Charlie and Shane are class acts!! Detailed, knowledgeable, and very respectful. I send all of our clients to them and use them for my family vehicles also. Highly recommend!10/10

My man Shane is a heck of a mechanic. The staff here are very knowledgable, down to earth, good sense of humor, have extremely fair rates and pricing, and great turn around time. I have a 2013 toyota camry se v6 3.5L that was serviced there. It had over 200k miles on it I didnt really do much to maintain it and it was in need of some TLC. My front suspension was severely on the way out. I had struts, ball joints, end links, tie rods, rear brake pads and rotors, oil change, coolant flush, transmission drain and refill, and alignment. They scheduled me quick I dropped it off and couldnt beleive it was all done in a day. heck they got it done so quick I didnt have time to pick it up or return the rental car I got since I was expecting at least another day or so. Compared to rates I had shopped in other places they were extremely fair priced.I have bad news shane...... car drives amazing now. I'll be back in the future bud to do the rear struts, front rotors/ pads, and my plugs and wires.I have worked with many mechanics over the years and I highly recommend these guys. They have earned a loyal customer. Go here for work dont think about it just do it theyll take care of you.Ben Peterson

Shane and Charlie at Westside Auto Repair are amazing auto repair technicians. They not only repair your vehicle, but they will provide excellent advise to help you maintain your vehicle. Great and friendly people. Highly recommend this shop for all your car repairs. 5 's all the way!

First time customer today. Charlie and Shane gave me a no-nonsense rundown of the problems with my car in a timely manor. They are highly experienced, respectful, and friendly. When people find a car mechanic that they find to be trustworthy, fair, and reasonably priced, they tend to not shop around further. We are no different. We found Charlie at Westside Auto years ago and have been happy with him ever since. He consistently shows he is committed to saving us money and backs it up with great advice. Too many experiences over the years of him going above and beyond to pick one to describe.

We've been using Charlie since the week he opened. Have taken a variety of vehicles to him both domestic and foreign make. He's great and will do the only the repairs needed and make you aware of any potential problems to be on the look out for. His prices are reasonable and he gets the job done. Charlie is awesome. Very knowledgeable and honest. He has helped our family out on several occasions and will always try to work you into his schedule quickly if he's able to. I highly recommend Westside Auto.

Had an issue with a check engine light, Charlie helped me over the phone with some simple issues, had me bring it in and went out of his way to make sure that I could get it there around my work schedule. Couldnt reccomend Westside highly enough, he is a great guy, shoots you straight, and gets you on your way in a hurry.

The owner is very knowledgeable and so honest. The customer service is truly amazing. The dealership thar performed my scheduled services really dropped the ball for us. Showed up for oil change appointment 10 minutes early, driving 12 miles to get there. Owner informed me that the appointment was cancelled due to auto bays unavailable. No call to alert me in advance, no apology for my inconvenience. Thanks alot.
