The guys at AutoSmith in Motley were amazing. They went out of their way to get me back up and on the road again when my truck died on the side of the road. Couldn't have had a better experience with an auto repair place. Would definately recommend them.

My studs broke off on my car and I was 2 hours from home. The tow service was there within minutes. They got my car repaired in no time and was reasonably priced. Would recommend to friends and family.

This place is woundeful !! Tow guy just stoped on his way someplace else to help me chamge my tire to the spare and he was quick, then called the shop and got it set to go streight there to put a new tire on right away, and it was even a decent price ...thanks guys !!

Highly recommend! Had a flat tire. Tire shop in Staples ZERO help. Called here, Yup we'll have a tire here by the time you get here! Showed up, worked on my car tire issue right away. In and out 30min.

We recently had the privilege of receiving outstanding service from AutoSmith Services -Motley. We were just leaving town for vacation and ended up with a flat tire. They did an inspection, gave me a quote, completed the work and when all was said and done, they were able to complete the work and saved me 40% on the total bill. Super nice people to work with. Highly recommend!

I called at 8:40 am to set up an appointment to get some trailer tires fixed thinking it would be at least a week to get it done. Jason said bring them in, we will get it done today and he would give me a call when they were ready. One hour later I got the call, picked them up and he charged me 1/4 the cost other bids I received!! Everyone was so nice and Terry (the mechanic that fixed my tires) even loaded them into the back of my truck!! I can t recommend Jason and his team enough and I will DEFINITELY be back again!! Had a gash in the tire. They took a look at it and told us that we probably should get a change, but could still drive on it. Since we got there just before close and had to order the tire we were able to get in right away the next morning as soon as they got the tire. Didn t take long.

Jason and the team at Auto Smith in Motley did some great work for me. I had two flat tires on my one ton diesel truck and they were able to get them both repaired and get me back on the road in a short amount of time and for a reasonable price. My interaction with both Jason and his service staff showed me they were courteous and knowledgeable. They left me with confidence and trust.Service: Tires

650 miles from home pulled in late afternoon on a Friday heading back to MO. Fender on trailer had lost a screw and flapping against the sides. Walked in out of the blue. Jason dropped what he was doing and repaired the fender to get me back on the road! Can do attitude very helpful!! If I could give Jason and his helper ten stars, I would. I just moved back to Minnesota after 30 years living in Texas and thank goodness I took my car to them. They did an oil change and also checked my fluid levels and my tire pressure. I've been back 2-3 times since then for some minor things and not one time did they charge me for the minor things. Jason said" if I can't help a current or prospective customer, I'm in the wrong business."..that kind of attitude will make me go back there every single time and also I will definitely pass the word along!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I would give six stars if I could. They were super helpful when our car broke down on the way to the Cities. If I lived in Motley I would bring our vehicles here.

We called at 4:30p after replacing a spare on our travel trailer. Jason said they were closing at 5p, but would go get us a tire and have it ready for us! The tire was pulling in as we got there. They replaced the spare on the camper and remounted spare to rack. In and out in 20 min! Thank you for your service and time!

Had to make a quick stop on my way thru Motley on a crazy morning work trip and Jason Franzen stepped right in and checked my tire that was causing me problems! They were very helpful and friendly with a quick check and I was back on the road! Thanks Jason!! He was my road angel on Tuesday!

Car failed as I was going over the bridge on US 10 at the south edge of town. Auto Smith responded to a call for assistance and were at my car in a very short amount of time. Jason at the shop and Clint with the tow truck did an amazing job of assessing my situation and initiating a plan to get the car back to the shop for further analysis. I was on my way in a "chase" vehicle in about an hour and was confident the vehicle was secure waiting the arrival of parts.

Jason took on the job of replacing the engine in our Volvo when nobody else would touch it. They did a superb job and the turbo works better than before. I would recommend for your engine and car needs.

Last Friday, July 30, I was in Motley to pick our granddaughter up from camp. While at the camp I apparently drove over a nail clipper which punctured and became embedded in my tire. I couldn t drive far that way, certainly not back to the cities. The staff at Autosmith could see my predicament and removed the tire and replaced it with the temporary spare (the tire was not repairable). All was accomplished quickly and professionally, allowing us to get back on the road with minimal delay and all at a very fair price!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
