The breakfast experience was unique, a choice of a beverage and a sweet roll from their c store. Room was clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly.

This Place is bad!Service was rude and racist, we found multiple bugs crawling around the ceiling and walls.When we confronted them, they denied it, and not even an apologie was given to us, the workers there were just people who hate life and outsiders. we are the ones PAYING and trying to give the place a chance.The only nice employee was the guy working overnight. The rest of the staff was very a lost cause.It's sad to see a place with so much potential yet is going to waste by the way their employees treat it. Have some respect for your workplace.!! I really doubt this place will do it, but a full refund would be greatly appreciated since we checked out a day early.

The carpet was dirty when i checked in. I stayed for 2 weeks, and they never vacuumed. Changed the sheets maybe twice. They would replace the towels and poorly make the bed. Ive stayed here before but i try to avoid it. Bed was ok. The movie channels were in Spanish history Channels and a few others were for vision impaired and had voiceover descriptions of what was going on. Couldn't do anything to fix that.

Made reservations and my debit card was charged before I even checked in. I was not asked for a ID or proof that the card was even mine when we checked in. The only lightening in the actual room was a floor lamp and it was broken. The pillows were dirty and smelled like old sweat!! The sheets did not fit the bed, there were dirty spots on the sheets, the cleanest place in the room was the bathroom. We checked out an hour after we got there. Went to a different hotel. Worst hotel ever, would not ever recommend this hotel.

I liked the staff trying to accommodate my concerns, because my air-conditioning was not working properly, so they brought me a fan and said if it didn't work to let them know and would move me to another room. The fan with the air conditioner combined worked out for me. Liked to Ashley her son and father who is maintenance guy for reacting quickly to my concerns. But l do recommend to the owners of the property to overhaul the air-conditioning system.

I would definitely give 0 star to this dirty hotel.My husband travels for work and it was the closest to job site. Unfortunately this place has workers with racial issues! The lady working on 11/14/2022Clearly stated to him it wasn t available for him. Different coworkers have complained of same words used on them. May be someone else of color did something wrong however you can t profile all people same color. Can t assume every color person will act the same. Every color person that crosses that door is being denied service based on their skin color. PLEASE if you are color person do not enter this place take your money to a place where we are respected. Working on getting help from ppl who care.

2 weeks ago on GoogleI would give them a ZERO star! The hallway smells very bad, like bad food smell. The smell is also in the rooms, we turned up the AC to get it to air out some. The carpet was very filthy, hadn t been vacuumed at all. A pizza box behind the tv stand, very old bed sheets, stained and wore out, no fitted sheet. The worst was when I was watching tv and my husband noticed something by my head on the pillow. BED BUG! It was!!! It was devastating, we quickly checked and gathered our items. We put the bed bug in a zip lock, took it to the front counter, talked to a short haired lady. The worker acted as if it wasn t a big deal, not surprised nor worried. No apologies, didn t even ask what room was I in. I told her our room number and asked if I could please get a phone call from the manager. All she said was, I ll let them know. I have yet to hear from them. We will never stay here again, I rather sleep in my truck when we get tired.Updated- 9/8/21It was mostly definitely a bed bug sir, I m unable to upload more pictures or else I would. However a phone call to inform me you received my complaint would have been great. I really hope you did have someone check out not just that room but others as well, for the safety of all of your guests.

The hotel is a no frills hotel, but for the price we were very pleased. The hotel is attached to a BP gas station with several convenience items and food items available. There is no pool, exercise room or complimentary breakfast.Staff was very and the room was very clean even walking around in white socks and they were clean, not black like so many other hotels. We had an issue with the keycard reader, so they upgraded us to a very large king size room. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave and a nice size table with chairs to eat at.There were a few things that kept me from rating our stay 5 stars. There wasn t a coffee pot in the room (we had to purchase morning coffee at the attached BP gas station); the mattress pad on the bed kept pulling off; the mattress was much softer than we like (but this is a personal preference so others may really like it); menu in the room for the attached eatery was not up to date (with COVID we selected the hotel because the website had the menu and we liked knowing we could go down and bring a salad back to our room); and the outdoors needs to be weeded and some lawn care.However, even with some of the missing amenities, we would recommend and will stay again.

I like the people here a lot they treat us great! Clean, has everything you need, Internet is fast enough to play Xbox when I m not working and very convenient for those of us who work and need good vibes when we get done! Housekeeping does very good with making sure we re happy and respect our privacy!

Forgot my phone charger at the Mogan Inn in MN. I forgot my phone charger on the night stand. I called and asked about it and all I got was the run around. I asked if they could check or at least check with house keeping. Still just got the run around. It's a $75.00 charger.Rooms: CleanNearby activities: Close to familySafety: Felt safe,but not so much anymoreWalkability: Short walk to room from carFood & drinks: Had a morning breakfast barNoteworthy details: Won't be going there anymore

Very nice rooms. Clean environment and wonderful staff. We was visiting from Florida for a wedding and needed a late check-out and the hotel manager accommodated us. Thanks for the hospitality.

Not even fitted sheets. Dirty. My skin is crawling just thinking about being here. Who has smoking rooms these days. Gross.

No breakfast items coffee was old I tried to order a whole pizza they said they were busy and couldn't make there was only one other person in store if that's busy guess u should hire more people I won't be back

Calling this place a dump would be putting it nicely. First, it is attached to a gas station. You have to check in AT THE GAS STATION! Really weird. Walking to our room seemed like a scene out of a horror movie. I was waiting for chainsaws to come down from the ceiling. We got to our room. It is NOT worth $100. Maybe $49, but in no way should they be charging $100/night. The room is very run down, very old. The alarm clock is literally across the room. Why? Because there are no plug ins by the bed. Where does one charge their phone? Why, in the bathroom of course because there are no extra outlets in the room. Continental breakfast? Nope! For $100, they could at least give us that. We will stay somewhere else next time that doesn't feel like it is straight out of a horror movie.
