Great service Department at Valu Ford in Morris! During a long morning at SCMC, the check engine light came on during the lunch hour. Service department greeted me with a smile and put my mind at ease! Ordered a sensor. The install was quick and bill was below estimate! Perfect in every way!!!

Mike Hadfield was the very best to work with along with sales manager, service manager and Jake also. One of the best experiences I have had buying a car. Five stars all the way. Tyler and the guys at Valu Ford were great to deal with, even staying late to accommodate the large distance I had to drive from out of state.While needing some minor maintenance, as expected with a used vehicle, the truck I came to see (and ended up purchasing) was in the condition they had described and they answered all my questions.I typically avoid dealerships but have to say I was happy with my experience and would actually recommend them to friends and family that are in the market for a new or used vehicle.I also appreciate the service tech, Burt, who came out to remove a few accessories for me before trading in my vehicle!

I am 74 years old and have been driving since I was 16, I have bought many cars over my many years of driving and I can say without a doubt that Mike Hadfield was the best sales employee that I have ever bought a car from. His amazing knowledge of the vehicles he sells and the time he takes to make sure you are comfortable with everything on the vehicle is totally amazing. You can truly see he loves everything he does and his connection with me was great. I will truly remember this purchase and whenever I come through I will stop in to say hi to him. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car to come and see Mike. Mike you are just great and I wish all the best for not only you but your whole family. If you are looking for integrity, honest, and no run arounds, this is the dealership for you. Shopping for our new pickup was a painless, no pressure sales and enjoyable process with Valu Ford. Well worth the two hour drive and the doggies love the best in class room of the Ram!! Highly recommend Mike and his team.

I am so impressed with Valu Ford!! I put an inquiry in for a vehicle and was contacted almost immediately. Jake was SO kind and so prompt! He even messaged me outside of normal business hours, which is so important to me since I work overnights. I showed up to the dealership and he spent so much time with me while I asked questions. Between sales and the financial department, I was thoroughly impressed. I was treated like a person. I feel so comfortable with the purchase I made and I'd happily go back for another vehicle!

Tyler was AMAZING, the 2002 Thunderbird, was my "realistic" Dream Car, I put $500.00 down as good faith, until i was able to get financing, however I unfortunately had to go to the cities for a week fire a family emergency. When I returned I had already assumed the car was gone, so I apologized for my delay in communication, just to find out that he hadn't put it back on the floor yet. Needless to say I was thrilled!!! And only because of Tyler's patience and understanding of my situation, was I still able to have the time to finally get financed, and was able to pick up my dream car today!!!! You have an amazingly understanding and compassionate employee working for you!!! Thank you soo much Tyler!!!!Stacy Larson

Everybody I talked to their were super polite and friendly in particularly Tyler whom I mostly worked with. They worked hard and quickly to get me into the truck that I wanted with payment that were within my budget. I highly recommend them!

We have worked with Mike for over 10 years. Mike is good at listening to our thoughts, when considering different vehicles and is patient with us, as we think about what is best for us, as buying a vehicle is always a big decision. One thing we appreciate about Valu Ford and Chrysler is they let you test drive the cars by yourselves...that way my wife and I could talk about what we liked and don't like, as we drive the car. Not many dealerships operate that way...we have been all over the place looking at used cars and they all required the salesperson ride with you, as you test drive the car. I would recommend Mike at Valu Ford & Chrysler to anyone looking for a new vehicle, as we have been very satisfied, with experience each time...as we have just bought our 5th car from Mike and Valu Ford & Chrysler.

Wonderful customer service. I went to two different Chevy places prior to going to Value Ford and it was far above the service I had previously encountered. I will never go anywhere else! Mike, my salesman, talked with me for awhile and showed me some vehicle options on the computer before bringing me the perfect one to test drive! Everyone there was friendly and helpful! I couldn't be happier!

Before a recent hunting trip, I d never heard of Valu Ford in Morris Minnesota, but I have now, and I will never forget them.Like everyone else in business, they are short staffed and overworked, and could easily have made their service door be the last one slammed in my face on Saturday morning, but they didn t, they helped me!I'm sure that dealership didn t make a lot of money on fixing my tire, not in cash at least. But if you put a "Valu" on good will; in that case they hit it big!I wrote a full story, valuing the Valu-Able, about my experience, and it's available at the website fishrapper dot com. In the past they did great with the car detailing. I don't know what happened but the last two time it was so bad!!! It was so bad a five almost like they started then forgot about finishing. when you look at the pictures keep in mind this is almost a new car. No one has ever sat in the back seat.

I like the car, but wasn t overly enthusiastic about the sales rep. He did a great job of selling us a vehicle, but once we agreed to the sale, he moved quickly on to another customer and didn t make us feel special or important. I know a lot of people were out looking at cars, but sales people need to be attentive to the people they just sold a vehicle to. I had to hunt him down in order to get the keys for our new vehicle we wanted to drive off the parking lot Also he forgot to give us the insurance cards back so we had to bug our agent to get new ones. I waited a week to see if you would mail them to me, but that didn t happen. You also, in this day & age, need to be able to process bank/credit cards for down payments. The fees charged for a 8000 down payment was over 300 dollars and that is so crazy. Most people do not write checks anymore. So the vehicle is great, service could be improved.

Mike Hadfield was amazing. I forgot to post a review when I bought my 19 ram Laramie longhorn and overall had a great experience. He was very professional and helped me through the whole process even though I was a pest. I am so thankful they even accommodated my request for a personal plate. Thank you so much Mike! Please let me know if my escape ever comes back in stock, I want to rebuy it back haha! Thank you again!

Mike Hadfield and Mike in the finance office made this experience so easy and simple!! Definitely worth the trip to Valu Ford to purchase our new explorer!! I had a wonderful experience at Valu Ford. Both Matt and Corey were wonderful to work with. We had bought several vehicles from Corey's dad in the past and so it was nice to meet and work with Corey. One of the many benefits of small town life and the many connections there are.
