Had my new Grand Cherokee for 2 days before I hit a deer. These guys brought it back to factory new and made it look easy! Highly recommended.

We just used used the pet wash for the first time and loved it! I'm making this review because I had questions and after looking couldn't find answers so figured I'd share to maybe answer others questions. The wash takes $5 to start and once started u can add quarters or singles to keep it going longer. It is a dollar a min to operate which is a great deal! The water was warm and the blower was amazing to not have to take wet dogs home! One small change I would make would be that the timer still goes even when in the off position so I was glad I had my husband there to scrub one while I got other one wet and then after both were well lathered we put another 5 in to rinse and then dry as much as we could.

Bought a used SUV which was causing serious allergic reactions. Stenstrom Collision & Detail Inc found the cause (as you can see in the first 2 pictures) and made it all go away at a very reasonable rate. Purchase a car that was quite dirty on the inside. Brought the vehicle in to be cleaned on a Tuesday and picked it up on a Thursday. Paid double the normal rate because it was quite bad, but my car came back still visibly dirty. Would not recommend.

I use their manual car wash often....its more work and doesn't have a dryer but, I prefer it over others.

pay just like you would a car wash. only thing I didn't like was the fact of people walking in when I was trying to blow dry my dog because they needed quarters.

Love the pet wash here. Was told it was extremely expensive so I started with $5. Ended up being more time then I even needed. I believe it gave me 22 mins? But can't remember exactly. Either way, great place to bring your pup to clean it up

They repaired my car after I hit a deer. The best part was I was not expecting them to clean out the inside and it looks AMAZING, especially after the mess in there from my 2 toddlers! Would definitely recommend for both repairs and for detailing! Thank you Stenstrom!

Great place to give the grand puppy a bath in the winter. I could have easily have spent $20. The pooch seems to enjoy the bath

I didn't use the collision part to this place but my sister went to pick up a Uhaul truck and it took 45 minutes online to pick it up. Very difficult when they tell you go to Uhaul.com/ here and the website doesn't exist. Only to find out 40 minutes later that it was Uhail.com/ share.

Wonderful job. Had the complete detail and my car is like brand new again. My car was BAD with hauling 2 young grandsons around. Very pleased!

Great friendly place to get all of your autobody needs taken care of. Wash your car in the ONLY self serve car wash in Mora! Save a trip and bring your dogs to get them cleaned up as well! This place rocks!

They did a wonderful job repairing my Saturn, it looks wonderful and only took a couple of days. The price was a lot less then I was expecting to have to pay . Highly recommend this business.

Make sure to ask for your old parts back especially if you didn't see any damage done to them because more than likely they will keep your parts to resell and charge you for things not needed. Take plenty of pictures of your vehicle to compare the parts list to and lastly check with insurance companies what they actual paid for to see if it is different from original estimate you were given. Tried to give me parts that were at least 4-5 years old compared to the brand new parts in my 2018 Jeep and they totally destroyed a perfectly good hood that had some small cracks by the vents could of been easily repaired but they punched a hole in the center of it as well as stomped on it denting it so bad it wasn't usable. Even though they were told from day one I wanted all the parts back. Got excuse after excuse from owner and then nothing won't even respond. Beware check your estimates against what they bill insurance for and what parts are being replaced and why.

Nothing to do with their main business they do great work. But if your gonna rent uhauls you should have someone on call you had a e.pty truck there all weekend you could have rented. Guess that part is not important enough to answer a phone

I had an appointment that I had to make two weeks in advance to get my vehicle detail I told them I needed a loner car when I got there there was no loner car I was told I should have asked for a loner car when I made the appointment after he looked at the appointment book he found where it said I did request a loner car and said they had a run on loner cars and did not have one for me stay far away from this Business they lie very good

Great place to wash your pets with gentle warm water on a raised sink/table. Or self wash your car next door.
