Sal, Michelle and Cory always provide the best customer service. Almost feels like family when I go in there. Thanks for all the help growing my small shop. I put up there banner because its a good company to buy parts from.

Paid $80 on Saturday for wiper blades, they installed them. First time using them on Monday morning and one fell off upon first swipe, the second on the way back to the store when we returned Monday evening. They absolutely refused to honor their own policies on dealing with the issue because it was cold?

ORIELLYS is a rip off auto parts store. Never going to a ORIELLYS again as long as I live. 95 bucks for 8 spark plugs for a 2002 gmc pickup, crazy!!!! Exact same plugs on line 25 bucks for 8 spark plugs.

I like this store. Sometimes I feel it goes a bit slow at the checkout counter but I totally get it, would hate to get a wrong part or something from moving too fast. But yeah, store is always clean, staff is always helpful and not hard to find if you need em. 10/10 keep up the good work!

Ask them about coolant for my truck. Thinking that it might require something special. They recommended the wrong coolant and now I have to have my entire system flushed. Cost me $200

Closes way to early, i mean come on, if>ran one is be open till at least 8 p.m. Monday thru Wednesday, Thursday thru Saturday 9p.m. or even 10 p.m. on just Saturday and Sunday open from 9 a.m. to at min 7:00 p.m. or even 6 p.m.I feel all part stores should be open late for the simple case that people who have emergency break downs or a simple as people all work different hours and just because they work weird or longer hours they shouldn't have to miss work, or important events, meetings, visitation with children, or anything someone's working a 9-5 job with weekends off isn't everyone's schedule.... a part store is needed sometimes at 3:00 a.m. or during the night anytime then that part store should have someone on call to help...Ya my family use to own a convenient site in a town of 101 people but we didn't just have gas, we had a mechanic shop, liquor store, rental movie store, towing service for those who's break down, or for the police where ever they needed my dad to tow from to our lot for impounds etc, my dad had a small car dealership and repair.... plus ALL THE ITEMS PLUS THAT ARE IN A GAS STATION/STORE...PLEASE START LATER HOURS,EVEN DURING THE WINTER MONTHS IN MINNESOTA UNLESS IT'S -50� WINDCHILL FACTOR otherwise it wouldn't be pleasing to a true MinnesotianThank youWe do love this place so it's really a bad review just things I and so many wish was aroundJax

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is great and they are all very knowledgeable. They also have a nice little reward program if you buy lots of Parts like I do.

Do not go here if you are looking for any sort of help in choosing a part or even locating it within the store. Very often that my boyfriend and I walk in and there are 4 employees standing at the counter talking amongst themselves and never has anyone stopped to say anything to us at all. Most places the employees would stop their conversation and greet a customer and offer to help them find something. NOT AT MORA MN ORIELLY'S! When you do ask for their help they seem irritated and annoyed and rarely do they know where ANYTHING is located or if it's something they even carry. Extremely disappointing service. We would rather drive 30 minutes to go to Princeton MN ORIELLY'S than drive half a mile to not be helped at all....

Have had 1 bad trip in 5 years dealing with this store part my fault for not asking right questions and part there fault about not being specific about what they wanted back in a core exchange not being a professional mechanic was not aware mounting bracket was part of brake caliper core my bad but I also said I would like to buy pads in the middle price range not the cheapest but also not the most expensive would have been nice to know that it did not include hardware all in all it took 4 25 mile round trips to complete project other then this last adventure I have received the best customer service then any other store in the area highly recommend this store for your needs I will shop there until I don't need parts anymore remember 1 bad trip does not really define the quality of service they offer

Good place to get auto parts, if they don't have it on hand they will have it there the next morning for you or track it down for you. Most of the sales peopke are Knowledgeable about the parts they sell
