I had to have a window on an outside door replaced when it came in it didn't fit but they were more than Happy to come out and fix it on their own time and then bring it back when it was ready and install it.

I cannot Express how grateful I was when working with Novus Glass. Everyone was super helpful and awesome to deal with. We had a hail storm come through and practically bust in our windshield around 5pm. Novus stayed open late and helped me and 2 others out! Highly recommended! Thanks Novus!

I had my windshield replaced in February of this year by Novus. On March 31st I noticed 2 cracks in my windshield when I d gotten in my car. They are in the lower center. I didn t have a rock kick back or anything of the sort. So I submitted a form online where it states they will reach out in 24 hours. They did not, I had to call them. I live an hour away and chose to drive to my appointment Vs them coming to me. When arrived my windshield was assessed for maybe 2 minutes. I was told it looks like it cracked from the inside which it hasn t. Then I was told that the issue wasn t their fault and it can be cause due to slamming new wipers down. I explained I haven t replaced my wipers in quite some time so that wouldn t be relevant to which the woman agreed. She stated they could cut the windshield out to assess it further. So.. then I m stuck paying for a new windshield when it s deemed not their fault? No thanks. Overall I m pretty disappointment and don t recommend this company as I feel this should have been handled better.

Very easy process, technicians were great! Very professional friendly and did their job efficiently. I work in the same industry in the cities. I would highly recommend Novis Glass. Very satisfied customer!

These guys were awesome! The techs that came out were absolutely great guys. Their professionalism was impeccable and even though I hated having my windshield busted in the first place, it was a pleasure doing business with this company. Also, I saved a large sum by choosing Novus. They were on time, quick, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Highly recommend. Will be recommending to anyone I know needing glass work.

I just got my Jeeps windshield replaced at Novus today and it is BEAUTIFUL!! SO CLEAN! And they even cleaned my dashboard! They were efficient and had it done quickly, as promised! They even took care of dealing with my insurance company. Highly recommend this business!

Friendly, fast work. I was there to get my rear window replaced and he noticed a chip in my windshield and offered me a nice discount if I wanted it done on the spot. Highly recommend!

Novus glass is quick, trustworthy, excellent at what they do, and they go the extra mile for you! I gave them my car info & home address. They gave me an appointment that fit my schedule, and two polite young men, arrived at my house, on time, and replaced my windshield. They called before arrival, replaced my windshield while I worked in my office, knocked on my door, gave me the care info, and took my payment!!! Pain free for me!!! They offered me the opportunity to run the work through my insurance, if I desired, and they even installed complimentary windshield wipers!!! I will use them every time I need window repair on my vehicles!!!!! Give them a call!!!

I had my windshield replaced by novus. Quality work and nice people. He noticed the window on my house was cracked and didnt pressure me into getting it replaced but quoted me for the glass and got it ordered that day. PlUS the glass cost less than it quoted!! Awesome place. I highly recommend them.

I decided to see if I could get my windshield fixed last minute before going on a cross country road trip. I told Ginger I would be leaving in 2 days, after she had explained the next appointment time was several days away. I was expecting to live with my cracked windshield, but she told me to bring my van in first thing in the morning, and they'll get to it. I had a new windshield by the next afternoon! Novus Glass replaced the windshield in my 2005 Lincoln Town car. They were at my house at the exact time set, completed the job in a timely manner, and even cleaned the windshield. I was extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend them. Joe McCarty

Called to get my glass replaced. I got tons of excuses from safelite as to why they couldnt do my window for 3 weeks . Told me if I went with anyone else it would end up being done wrong.I'm so glad i called novus glass. Got my truck scheduled in less then 12 hours. Had mobile come out to my house. The guy was amazing showed me what he was doing. Let me watch . It rained all night last night. I also soaked a bunch water in the cracks cause I was washing off my duct tape. No leaks . This place was friendly and top of the line. I will definitely be going back.

Called them for replacement windshield on my Toyota Camry. A guy called back and told me to wait for them to find the glass. Two weeks later, I didn't hear anything from them. I called them again and again and left the messages but never get back to me. Sometimes the phone disconnected also. Bad company!!!!
