I had the pleasure of working with Todd Honstrom recently. I was looking for a VERY specific vehicle and been searching for months. I called Todd and within a few days he located one, got it to his dealership and then to me. His attention to detail literally blew me away. The few minor issues with the truck were pointed out by him and then he told me his plan to fix them. I was so impressed he pointed them out before I even noticed them. After the sale, Todd again went out of his way to get a few EXTRAS for my truck. He is honest, responds in a timely manner, and very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his team!

Don't buy from Mora chev they are nothing but rude arrogant people who think they know everything.Went and looked at a truck everything was good to go through the bank for a loan. The guy sat and argued with me refusing to give me a purchase agreement telling me the bank won't approve of the vehicle and it doesn't matter if your already pre approved or not.

Was told over the phone but when I took it in they didn't do the repair and wanted to charge more than I was quoted by phone. I won't go back to them.I told them exactly which one needed replaced. They new this. I grew up as a mechanic. Due to a back injury I'm not able to replace the part.

OMG great salesman and financial manager.Bryan Drews did a awesome job with selling us a 2012 Jeep Liberty as for Todd the financial manager.He was awesome as well.Bryan took Ver good care of us and Todd did the same. We had to have something checked out so was given a car from lot to use. The problem was fixed.Bryan delivered our Jeep to us once we bought it.The issues we had were fixed and was reimbursed by Bryan for the remote I bought.As well as Bryan helping out to get Jeep detailed.Great purchase from Mora Chevrolet.Thanks Bryan Drews and Todd.

Bryan Drew s was my sales person and he was amazing. He did not pressure me into anything was very nice and took the time to explain everything that was happening since it was my first time buying a car. He put gas into the car before I left and even got a new mat for the car because the old one had salt stains. He goes above and beyond if anyone ever asks me where to go to get a car. I will be telling them to go to him. He is even getting me paint for the car since it had a couple of scratches! Best experience I could ask for thank you Bryan!!!

Brittney was an outstanding salesperson for us. Didn't pressure us at all or point us towards something we didn't want. The manager and finance office were also very friendly and willing to work with us when we were trying to decide between a couple of different vehicles to show us what the differences in payments and etc would be. The service department didn't try to sell me something I wasn't asking for when I went in to talk about covers/bed mats. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Would definitely recommend them again, and that's saying a lot for a guy who's traditionally been a Ford/Jeep guy.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE: Our family has bought 3 cars from Mora over the years. The first two were great, but they were Chevy Bolts, which as an EV, have very few things that mechanically could go wrong with them and EVs are typically very safe cars to buy used as a result. The third car however was a gas car. One that was sold with a "new engine and a warranty". As such one would assume there should be no issues with said new engine. Instead we evidently bought the Exxon Valdez which has proceeded to dump oil everywhere it goes as if marking its territory. To say it's a disappointment, environmental hazard, safety and well being hazard is an understatement. No worries right, it's "under warranty", this is where perhaps we are seeing the true Mora Chevrolet. After numerous calls to have it addressed, all we are getting is the run around, rudeness and a general "not our problem anymore" but in a go, vulgar 4 lettered word that starts with f, yourself vibe. They have our money, but they certainly do not have our respect. So if you are willing to give them money for the pleasure of being left high and dry and a heapful of disrespect, be forewarned.

Brian Drews was our sales person he was a great to work with and had us go for a second drive to make sure we liked the vehicle they work with us on the down payment as we would not have it for two days was not a problem did paper work drove the vehicle home and went back and payed the down payment they are truly a small town dealership with great guest service

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. Bought a truck from them back in July. Still had a leased vehicle so really didn t drive it much until that was done. Started using the truck it Broke 2 weeks into driving it. I bought a 2019 with under 50,000 on it.Had to do all the brakes and rotors 2 weeks in to use. Just shows these guys don t look at anything before they are sell it. I paid a lot of money for this truck you would think a dealership would do a general mechanical look over on a vehicle before selling.

My Wife and I just bought a 2024 Chevy 3500HD from Mora Chevy. The process couldn't have gone smoother. Spent over a month looking at multuple vehicles. Bryan Drews took the time to ensure we found the right vehicle for what we were looking for, Very professional and created a no pressure atmosphere. Nice small town Dealership. Parts staff is amazing and go out of the way to get u what u need. Love my brand new G6 f40 6 speed transmission kirk got me for a upcoming project. Also test drove a 2016 Cruze and fell in love with it. It sold before I could buy, but the experience was great.

I was very impressed with the service and the waiting room was a cute little area with a TV and I didn't have to wait very long at all. Everyone seemed very friendly and waved or said hi in the store. I had a diagnostic test and that was less expensive than anywhere around I got there too early but they fit me in right away. I then decided to look around at their vehicles and I had a Salesman out there right away but the prices on their vehicles are extremely high is about all I could say bad about the place. In fact I think I will take my car there to have the brakes worked on they seem honest.

Excellent service and reasonably priced. I had to have a new transmission installed and I chose to pay a little more and have Mora Chev put it in instead of a cheaper option for peace of mind. They did a great job and got it installed quickly. Tom is excellent at his job with his caring personality.

Talk about a great experience, that s what I had at Mora Chevrolet. I showed up at 10:30 on a Saturday morning with a service issue before a six hour drive. The service department was closed, but a salesman named Alan stepped up to the plate and took care of me. Talk about Minnesota Nice!!Thank you Alan and thank you Mora Chevrolet for having such a great staff to take care of your customers.Thumbs up and way to go, highly recommend this business.

I dealt primarily with Al, from whom my mom, dad, and younger sister have all bought vehicles (and from whom I got my recommendation to see Al specifically), and Todd. I found both to be very knowledgeable and incredibly fair, which was SO relieving. All of the staff were friendly and seemed to want the best for my experience. 10/10 would go back again.

Went to buy a blower motor for my truck. The parts guy said it ll cost $10 to look up the part number. Both me and my cousin looked at each other and I said I need to pay $10 for you to look up a part when I m going to be buying it here. He said oh if you buy it here then I ll give you $10 discount. My cousin (Nate) said nice $10 off I said no Nate he s just not going to charge me $10 to look up a part. Parts guy orders the part. I paid for it. I said Tim is going to be installing this for me at his shop. He said well you need to go to service and make an appointment. I said no I don t it s not going to be fixed here. I just told you it s going to be fixed at his shop. Parts guy said oh ok then I ll give this part to him on Monday. I said ok thank you. Tim gets the part and they charged me extra money for parts I didn t need with the blower motor. I go and return the parts and waited for 25 minutes for parts guy to get done with an interview. So here I waste 25 minutes because I guess nobody else could return $28 worth of parts. If I could rate this experience with negative stars I would ve! Very very bad service (parts guy)

There were 2 problems with our truck when we brought it in for an oil change. I let them know about them when I scheduled the appointment. When my husband got there, he was told it would be 5 hours for the oil change and for them to look at the truck. Then they stated that they couldn t repeat the two problems. The one problem has been present for over a year since we bought the truck. I told them what I thought it was based off some research I did. They didn t even check that. They wrote on the slip that they checked something else. Neither of the problems were addressed

My parents and I have had good experiences with this dealership. We have a relative working there and he has always given good suggestions with regard to our vehicles. He was willing to find a good vehicle for me (not limited only to the dealership!) and my parents had a positive experience buying their current vehicle.

If you are a buyer long distance bewareTalked to a salesman about purchasing a carThey had. Told me that it need a recall update and that it was in service center. I said can i pay for it today and pick it up when done.He says when it comes in i will call you and you can pay for it then. I said great!! Waited for call about a week called dealer and they sold it. Wasted my time and did not hold upTo promise of reserving the car. I guess small town dealer with no of customer service on the sale dept. I shopped all around for a four/five passenger SUV and found that my home town dealer just couldn t be beat. I wasn t pressured into anything and got to take my time test driving multiple vehicles and was allowed time to think about what I wanted. All of my questions were answered and everyone is so nice and helpful. Mark and the rest of the team are great! I will definitely be doing business with them again!

I recently bought a car from here while living out of state in Wisconsin. I was able to buy it with confidence and ease dealing with them over the phone. I made the trip to MN and bought the car without any hassle. I didn't feel pressured by the salesman Duane like I have at other dealers in the past. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Bryan Drews our salesman was great. Thank you for everything. The finance people are horrible. It took 6hours to get the paperwork settled. Then 10days later, I was told they forgot to have me sign for my license plates!! Extremely disappointed.

I was having trouble with my car and a emissions light came on. I called on Wednesday morning to see if I could get it checked out, but was unable to secure an appointment that day due to prior commitments on my part. They were full on Thursday . but I was able to schedule an appointment for Friday morning. John was very kind when I asked him if they could do an oil change, too. I was soo happy they were able to. Thank you, John. These guys are wonderful to work with and reasonably priced service. I plan on going there for all my automobile needs! :)

The only issue I have with the service department is, I bring my vehicle in 1st thing in the morning, or the night before, and let them know they can get at it when they have an opening. I carry my phone all day, and by 4:00 I start to wonder what's going on. I call, and they say it's done. Why can't you call ME when it's done? I try to make it convenient for you. I would appreciate the same courtesy.

They wouldn't take 1 minute to put my truck on the scanner to see why the engine light came on. I tried explaining that the engine light goes on and off and it happened to just turn on.I have bought multiple vehicles from them and have brought my vehicles to be serviced there. The service guy was rude and dismissive.
