Managed to find the deepest ditch and stuff my truck into it, called A1 and they were there super fast. They were able to pull my truck out with no damage to my vehicle and the guys were so kind! I was broke down between Hinkley and Mora, with my two small toddlers in the car. Called A1 and Steve towed my car back to Little Falls for me! Reliable, timely, friendly, and great price.

Very low quality company. Far from professional. Also I would like to make note that he smelled like alcohol I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. The one thing you should never have to do is help your tow truck driver pick up his empty bottles up when there was a state trooper there, just so u can get your truck back home.

Towed my boat trailer after my leaf spring broke on the side of the road to his shop. The next day I returned with parts for the repair. Steve was there ready to help, he jumped right in there and we got it done. Thanks Steve for your help and the fan. I recommend the A1 team for your towing services.

Hit a deer a few minutes from home in the middle of nowhere. Steve was there within an hour and had a fair rate, friendly. I'd called a 3 body shops that all had a month wait and had resigned myself to that. Steve recommend a ford dealer a little further away (that the closer dealer didn't say anything about) but that would have the repair done in a week, before anyone else even would look at it.Service: Car towing

I'd like to say it's time to say thank you when your vehicle breaks down or leaves you stranded there is nothing you want more than to feel like your priority to someone and at a one that's how they are you couldn't ask for better service they are Hands down the most recommended for being fast friendly and efficient towing companies in my experience. when it comes to customer service.... fast response times.... treating your vehicle like one of there own they are the best!!!!!They took the time to make sure that me and my passengers were safe and home without the hassle of trying to find a ride As long as their doors are open they will be my first phone call no matter the distanc to be very clear that the guys of A1 Rescue Steve and son/Dallas are absolutely fantastic and should be your first call too anytime !!!!! Husband lost the key to my car and after a week of not finding them I gave this guy a call and he was out here right away. Very fast service and price was reasonable. Car was stuck in our driveway and they responded within 15 minutes to pull me out. They were fast and friendly. They even went and got my jacket from my house for me as i was covered in mud and only had a t shirt on. Never a bad experience with them!

Vito cane to my rescue after a tire was blown. He not only towed me to a tire shop but stayed and tried to help my problem get solved. He went above and beyond that and during the evening was still helping me find the piece I needed to get my tire fixed. This is by far the best service I've EVER received.

Steve came to our rescue, not once but twice over Labor Day weekend. He was so kind and helpful. He towed us into the town of Mora and we tried to fix our truck to limp it home to no avail. Two tire changes and several tows. Great experience in difficult circumstances every single time. Dave stayed in touch so we always knew when he'd arrive. He knows his stuff and always made sure we we're taken care of and safe. Thank you from Wendy and Thomas who will always have a full size spare.

Horrible.. if I could give 0 stars, I would. I was charged $80 to move my broken car from Twik Trip to Lenny's in Mora which is a 1 minute drive. If they had more to do in Cambridge first then please do that, and save me the time and wasted money that I already don't have to use to fix the car.Edited for response...Which took less than 5 minutes mind you... They're fixing the car, you're not, THEN the $80 would have been worth it. PLUS, I still don't have my car back because it's still sitting outside their shop, that part is not your fault, but if they had room in their shop, I wish it was towed inside then maybe it would be fixed by now.Service: Car towing

I was in a situation that wasn't a rush. The driver kept me updated on arrival time and was quick to pull my vehicle out and be on their way. Would recommend to anyone. Great attitude for a chilly January night.

My family had a wonderful experience in the shadow of a bad one. A1 towed our car and Vinny made it great. I honestly felt like I was driving with a friend. Smart, friendly and fun. I am hoping not to break down in northern MN again but if I do..I am calling A1 and praying that Vinny pulls up. Thank you from all of us!

This place is so sleezy! I got into an accident with a deer and called for a tow at 8:30pm. At 9:30 I got a text confirmation of my tow and that they'd be there in an hour. Steve came and hooked me up at just around 10:30. He didn't know where to take my car and since I'm from the cities I was expecting him to know. An hour later (11:30) I signed the paperwork and he drove off with my car to the company lot. He was nice enough to wait with my until my ride came after deciding to take it to the lot (only like 5 minutes).This part of the service was fantastic. The next morning insurance insurance went to tow my car to an auto body place and they demanded 2 days of storage fees.There is no way my car got there before midnight and it left in the morning. They are lairs and conmen. Don't tow with this company.

Was driving around mora of today on highway 65 and came across one of their tow drivers and was able to slow down around a curve to 20 miles an hour which is pretty good considering I couldn't see them till last minute and the guy still was flailing his arms flipping me the bird and telling me to f**** off very unprofessional. Maybe put some cones out around the curve so somebody knows something is coming up. Not to mention I pulled over into the oncoming traffic lane as well

Had a little incident today on the road.. Called the owner to address the problem and he was very nice and listened to everything I had to say. He said that he would look into it and get back to me. I thought he handled the situation very vell and I was a lot less angry with the situation aftes this, thank you again!!

Going on 11pm Wednesday night and needed a tow. Fast response time and the driver was awesome! I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Nice work driver!!!

Dave unlocked my car for me. It was a tricky lock, different than most, and he made sure I was able to get back in my car. Highly recommend!

Best towing company ever I called 17 other towing company s they would not come get me from the side of the road almost to Duluth and bring my car back to the twin city s but they did and they only charged me 300 dollars my car ever breaks down again will be using them best towing company out there and the drive was the nicest sweets funniest guy ever

Got locked out and the guy was really awesome. Wish I remembered his name but it was on 5-20-2016 in stanchfield.....anyways he was here in 20 min. Very friendly and profesional!

Our home burned on nov.11th it was a total loss.my duaghter started telling people on facebook what had happened. We had no ins. And what cash we had was lost in the fire.A1 rescue & towing recieved word of the fire and immediately contacted my daughter.they took in donations of all kinds, clothes, blankets, shoes/ boots, hats & gloves, linens, dishes,etc. Which we needed desperately as we only had the clothes we were wearing. It was overwhelming.the generousity of these kind strangers.the donations filled their office and , im sure, had to be an inconvienance to say the least.however, they did this out of the kindness of their hearts.they showed so much compassion, kindness and generousity.my family thanks yu all at A1 and pray for huge blessings for yu all.we would b freezing and lost without yur help.yu were our heaven- sent angels....
