Absolutely wonderful!!!! Night and day difference from the Subaru dealer service experience back home in NJ. I made a 10:30 oil change appointment for today on Monday. The service advisor explained that when I get here, just pull up to the garage door, and it will open, then park inside and walk into the service office. As you see in the pic, I pulled up, that car was in front of me, she pulled in, and there was room behind her for me. The attendant waved me in, and the door closed behind me. This place is super clean. I got out, threw my empty soda can in the garbage, and proceeded to the advisor. I had one foglight out, so I ordered a new pair on Amazon, and they had no issue throwing those in. I also told them my left front tire loses about 5 psi over the course of 2 weeks, they said they would check it out. After I sat and made a fresh cup of Starbucks Kcup coffee and played with my phone and contemplated a Sandy's doughnut, a guy came out and gave me an inspection report. I needed a cabin air and engine air filter (which I knew), the tire, in fact, had a nail in it, and mybrear brakes were acceptable but getting worn. I told him to fix the tire, replace the filters, no on the brakes (front brakes do most of the work, and they were fine). I came in at 10:32, my car was done, washed, and out the door at 11:25. The total for all was $215.70. I cannot say enough good things about this dealers service department!!! Thanks so much guys!! Have a blessed day!!

Awesome experience with Ward Muscatell Subaru they even delivered my car to me which I thought was amazing since I lived 50 miles away from the dealership. I would highly recommend these guys! I m very happy with my new Subaru Crosstrek

Do NOT purchase tires here we purchased tires here in January the very next day had the car alignment in Hawley at muskatell as we being hit with one storm after another.. I got a flat on the way to work the we brought the car back to muskatell Moorhead as the inside tread was wire down to the cords, in which they called stating it was because of the alignment in which was done at muskatell, I had asked them to also change the oil, they are so sloppy they didn t even reset the oil change 1000 of dollars on us, then the proceed to to me that can t align it as the bolts are rusted in afraid they will ruin the suspension on my cost, well if it was aligned how are the bolts rusted now. I am bringing my car to my brothers tire shop after almost 3000 dollars in 8 months pathetic!!! NEVER Do business here they obviously have enough money.

Very good drive in for service. Service advicer was superb. Any time I've been in service drive or the rest of the dealership has been totally professional. I've bought 2 new Outbacks and very enjoyable experiences.

Only went here for a standard maintenance schedule that came free with a new car purchase (purchased from a different dealer), and it went really smoothly! I logged in to my app and was able to book an appointment for the next day. I was running about 10min late and they had no issues still accommodating me and finishing quickly. I was able to easily find the place with Google maps and was able to sit in their customer lounge with drinks, snacks, and tvs. Very convenient.

I came into the dealer to get a couple tires that were leaking air fixed. After a hour and a half they came to me and said they couldn t find any leaks. I said I d been dealing with this problem for over a month and have to put air in them at least once a week. They said they could do something else to find the leak but it would take another hour. They had already brought my car back to the drop off area so I m assuming I had lost my spot in line and that s the reason I would have to wait a additional hour. I asked why they hadn t just did the extra steps to find the leak. I didn t get a straight answer ad got the vibe they thought I didn t know what I was talking about. A additional month has gone by and I am still filling my two tires once a week. Would have been nice for them to take 10 minutes and replace the two tubes with new ones, problem solved. But I wasn t in the mood the wait another hour for my number to be called again at that point. Poor service. Don t waste my time.

I just completed my 3rd lease with Greg Mickelson at Muscatell. he is the best-he lets you know when it's a good time to 'trade-in' & he explains absolutely everything in your new car before you leave. I am horrible with technology-he explains it, so you understand-he even 'quizzed' me thank you, Greg for making car-buying fun & your 5 star customer service!

Luckily, I was able to get an appointment for the following day for a diagnosis of my Forester. Muscatell Subaru's customer service was exceptional, and their waiting area was quite suitable for longer appointments.Ardin, my advisor, was thorough throughout the process of the 60,000 miles maintenance that I had also requested. In addition, I was notified by Ardin that the technician had found that my catalytic converter was cracked and needed to be replaced. With this, he found that the replacement cost was still covered under warranty. Overall, I am glad I chose this dealer and definitely will be coming back again. Thank you so much!

We had a dead battery (see attached picture) 6 days after an oil change and were stranded. The $81 oil change had the usual "X point inspection shows all green". Corrosion should be at a minimum a comment on the inspection- what else is being missed? We would've had the battery replaced that day benefiting both parties.Emailed the service manager and received a "I will talk with all the parties involved and with the whole Express team". When asking for a refund we were insultingly offered a $10 coupon on the next service.The cherry on top was the car reeking like someone passed gas while in the car (assuming during the car wash).Poor service, lack of professionalism, and distinct lack of empathy having been stranded 6 days after a poor quality inspection. Strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

I bought my 1st new car here from Jeff, a 2017 wrx and it's been an awesome experience. I ordered it made and shipped to get the color I wanted and had them add some factory options. Unlike other dealerships I shopped around at I wasn't pressure sold on anything and my salesman didn't rush me to get something. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted for a fair price. The new dealership I've since visited is fantastic and offers lots of nice amenities

I've been needing a new car for awhile but just didn't want the hassle of the car buying process and a car payment. I worked with Jeff Bruer and he was great. I was in and out in an hour and a half and got exactly what I wanted! I wish they were more willing to negotiate on prices and trade in value, but I understand how the market is right now. Will only be doing business here from now on.

5/5 Stars!! Great experience, and bought the vehicle basically sight unseen!! Justin was great to work with through it all! Very prompt, direct, plenty of time on the phone answering all my questions, sending pictures of the vehicle, including pictures of the tires with the penny test for us (again, sight unseen other than the pictures online). Speaking of which, great pictures online, was provided a CarFax, signing everything went well, they already had installed our extras on the vehicle before pick up! Overall, wonderful!!!!

I cannot speak to the sales team but after my most recent service experience I felt compelled to write a review because it was so excellent. I called last minute for routine service, and the service department was able to get me in two days later.On arrival I decided to wait, which I haven't typically done because sometimes it takes so long, but in less than 45 minutes my car was serviced, washed and ready to go. There were excellent snacks and beverages while you wait as well as superb staff.I would try to take my car here even if it weren't a Subaru, although I'm not sure if they service other makes!

Just had the best car buying experience today!! Justin with sales was so easy going, knowledgeable, low pressure, and accommodating to help us get into the car we were hoping for. Once the deal was done, Wes with finance made the not-so-fun parts of buying a car really enjoyable. 10/10!
