The ONLY place I will ever get my oil changed. I've been going to this Valvoline for over 15 years. The great & quick service has never changed. Love this place!

Service is good but car wash never works at any location. Seems like a easy fix that they can't figure out. Maybe some day

I will never go to this place again!!! The last 2 times I went in for an oil change and lube they didn't grease my truck! The 1st time they didn't even mention anything about it, I noticed it when I got home! The last time I was there about a week ago, I told them they didn't grease it last time and he apologized and said the grease gun was broken so they couldn't grease it again! Unbelievable!!! It needs to be greased or many very expensive parts will wear out! I can only imagine how many vehicles have been there without getting greased in the last few months! I didn't get what I paid for! I feel like I've been robbed!!!!

I have ha my oil changed many times since the year 2000... and several cars that have run valvoline products in them... everyone of them has gone over 200.000 miles and one my Avalanche pickup went 538,000 miles... then I traded it for a newer Avalanche... Great service and great products... The Moorhead guys did great work on my car...

PLEASE fix your car wash! Receiving a car wash with an oil change purchase is a perk to using your service. You aren t the most competitively priced place in town and adding a free car wash helps justify going there! The Moorhead location s car wash hasn t worked in almost a yr+. It s aggravating when the tech hands you a code for it and states here s your free car wash, it s good for so many days, but sorry it s closed/broken right now! Coming back isn t worth it either, it s never open or fixed!!!

I've been going here for years and they do an awesome job. My mom went there once to get her oil changed and didn't realize she had got it done recently. They topped off her tires and told her she didn't need it and when she should come back; they didn't charge her anything. Said they didn't have my oil type for a conventional oil change. Charged me ~$85.Congratulations, you have motivated me to buy myself an oil pan and learn something new. Never again.

I use this station for the company I work for to do maintenance on our fleet of vehicles. I have had no issues here and the staff are very well trained and courteous. I can trust the mechanics to do the job right the first time. Fast service in your vehicle every time! I have had other shops where I have had to wait for over an hour to get the same job done.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Nice and fast! But their car wash is crazy even if it s free it doesn t work at all. Fully synthetic is 90$ crazy price

Incredible service. Erik and Jacob were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They replaced my brake light bulb, changed the oil, reset my maintenance light, and added a deicer windshield wash. Friendly and fast. Maybe too fast. Battery cover not replaced correctly. Device on side of battery not reattached. Because of this, I had to check everything over carefully as engine was louder. Not good. Came in with concerns that were dismissed. They also did not replace my brake taillight after giving approval. The staff was more equipped to do oil changes than any other services on the board.

Got my car oil changed, after few days my starter went down. I went to a mechanic shop and they told me it had oil all over it. I had to pay 612$ to have my car fixed. I came back to valvoline and they gave me there lame excuses that it's not there fault. Honestly this has been a nightmare for me. I am a college student and I can't even afford spending this much money on my car. Honestly I would never recommend or never show up at this place ever again.

I went in there just thinking I was going to get a standard oil change. The guy first off was very rude and then he proceeded to tell me that the oil for my car was going to be 100 dollars per QUART! I left no way am I going to be paying for that! Do better Valvoline! That is totally unreasonable!

They are really good guys, friendly and helpful, sometimes I go there after I have been driving for 5 months still didn t reach the 3000 miles and the guys tell me to come back when it reach the required miles to be changed. I was wondering if that was safe for engine driving with old oil even though is not 3000 miles, but it s over 5 or 6 months. Other than that they are fantastic employees.Service: Oil change

Went in for a simple oil change. I saw them messing around with my tires without asking or telling me. Later that night my tire exploded on the interstate. The saboteurs at Valvoline perhaps made an attempt on my life? I will now be using Jiffy lube.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They did not check the filters and they did not check the tire pressure until asked then they did not put the same tire pressure in all tires. Horrible service and I have been to several different Valvoline's.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Super awesome fast service, like 10min oil chg, no kidding...!!! Free car wash, given afterwards tht is valid up to 2wks after date issued!!! ONE QUALM I DO HAVE THOUGH, and in my opinion, overall the final PRICE PAID once services all been completed REALLY kind of negates all positives they did have to offer me as a consumer... Yes, they did give/had completed as promised, an awesomely & most surprisingly speedy/fast oil change servicing on my vehicle...but honestly, I did have some ticket shock when was handed the final bill & saw my total price owed!!! It hands down, singlehandedly was most expensive vehicle oil change tht I've ever had/paid for on any vehicle I've owned & serviced...!!! I'll put it this way; YOU WILL (as advertised) RECEIVE the MOST AWESOMELY FAST & SUPER SPEEDY PROFESSIONALLY DONE OIL CHANGE tht you can find or is given/found in WHOLE LOCAL FM AREA (THT is in my opinion, of course), all was definitely done sooner than I thought even possible, whilst mind you-I never even had to leave my car EITHER thru whole service from start 2 finish, their very friendly swift servicemen were awesome, kind, very professional as well, which was nice too...but all their perks/positives of choosing them over their competition, it ALL comes with a VERY NOT SO POSITIVE & MUCH HIGHER PRICE TAG to match...!!! You want a super efficient fast & friendly, w/ total wait time of just 10-15minutes for your oil change vehicle servicing needs, also with their free car wash at your finish... Then come to this place, as long as you don't mind paying (nearly double competitor price)for them/their pretty nice & expensive price tag to get all those nice amenities that they have to offer you...lol!!!

Assistant manager Rich is the man. He provided quick and knowledgeable service while getting my oil changed, and then manually sprayed down my vehicle after I ran into issues with the car wash. Went there due to the review of 4 stars. Asked for an oil change. Saw the three options and picked the $45 dollar option. I change my oil every 3000 miles. Plus I need 7 quarts which always cost an extra amount. Anyways, when I said just give me the cheap one the tech shook his head no and mumbled something under his breath. The other tech decided he couldn't read an air pressure gauge and lowered my tire pressure on one side to 25 psi. Needless to say I won't be coming back. Plus they charged me $5 for a skid plate removal. Really? Didn't realize these small skid were so hard to get off?? If I would have gone full synthetic it would have cost me $100+ oil change.

It's like going through a drive threw, tell them what you need done, (for me it was a oil and filter change). They even checked all my liquids in my car and air pressure in my tires, ect. Then I got a free car wash. It was nice to not have to get out of the car...The guys that were working at the time, were very nice, polite and professional.

Never had a problem with my truck. Owned it for over two years went here for a simple oil change on a recommendation from a friend. They proceeded to check rear and front differential fluids. They talked me into changing the rear walked out paying over $300 and now the back end of my truck has a shake while driving over 50 mph. They must have screwed something up. NOT happy and I would not recommend this place.

They really charge more money than I expected. We have agreed to change thermostat only ,Which costs $49.99. And they changed my good coolant, which I didn't agree with them. They charged me almost $160.I don't recommend to go over there again.

I'd have to agree with the other review done within the last week. First time with them was great. This time, not so much. My engine light was on - told the guy when I drove in. Told him a second time when I paid. And a third time when I had to sign for my card. He said if it didn't go off to come back. Umm - it was on when I came! I'll be on the road Tuesday - now I have to waste my time/money finding another place that can actually address my problem. I wouldn't recommend.
