Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff!Brought my hybrid in and only waited 2 days to get the assessment, results and repairs! Not only that, but the shop owner was aware of a towing company that provides a discount if brought to them, which was really helpful for me as a broke young adult.They also are allowing me to pay them back on a pay arrangement, as I couldn t afford it all up front. Will definitely be bringing business back, I just hope under better circumstances for my vehicle haha!

I've had most of our fleet in for various repairs and have always been happy with the cost, speed of service and honesty about what needs repairs.I also brought my kids personal vehicle in after it had been at a car dealership (under warranty) that could not fix a problem after they had it for about a month off and on. They basically said they could not fix it and to come and get it. I then brought it in and Tim and his team had the issue fixed after 4 labor hours (approx).

Came here on the recommendation of a friend and I now plan for them to be my new regular repair shop - super friendly crew, fair & transparent pricing, and best of all they were able to get my vehicle in and back on the road quickly. Big thumbs up!

Called last minute to see if they could fit me in to get my tire fixed. They fit me in right away and had me one my way in 30 minutes. I also had to younger kids with. They we very kind and friendly with my kids. Will definitely be giving them my business.Service: TiresService: Tires

I absolutely love this team. Been using them for much more than alignments since 1995. Always get the job done right the first time and are awesome to work with. Will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend that you give them a try.

went there for an expensive fix on some mechanical issues and a loud noise coming from my steering that i thought was coming from the mechanical issue. when i got it back the noise was still there so i called back and got it back in so quickly! they fixed the problem what seemed like effortlessly and i didn t have to pay a thing! the best part was how nice and accommodating these people are! i could not say enough great things about my fist experience here!

I was moving my son from Fargo to Bismarck when his truck broke down. After calling numerous repair shops in the area- being told they were all booked out for a week plus, we called Tim at Valley Alignment and Auto. He was also extremely busy but said he would do what he could to help us out. I can't tell you how INCREDIBLE his service was and ability to help us out when we were in great need. He and his amazing team figured out what was wrong with the truck, updating us along the way, and had it done in 1 day. I would recommend Tim and Valley Alignment and Auto to anyone who needs incredible service and honest, fair prices. Thanks Tim!!

I d give no stars if possible. Brought my Mercedes here to get fixed for a simple problem with my fan and they ended up costing me more money than anything! They broke multiple parts and replaced parts that didn t need to be replaced. The denied to fix what they broke on my vehicle and just made it worse than when I brought it in. DO NOT GO HERE!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Miserable establishment, had a leak in my transmission and they tightened some bolts charged me $120 and told me to kick rocks. Then to find out 1 week later that the leak was still there and my transmission was completely ruined. Please don t come here if you have a problem with your car: Edit I couldn t reply to the businesses reply but this is one hundred percent real, this is under my moms name Julie knorr. And the man I bought it off of an 80 year old man who has a wife with dementia was stuck with the $1500 bill to replace the transmission in the car. Please stop lying and get some class and dignityService: Transmission

Great service from our mechanic David. He was super courteous and didn t try and up sell me with things I didn t need. Gave me all of my options and walked me through the repair. I don t know much about vehicles and he made me feels so comfortable. Awesome business. Neighborhood feel. Brought my car in for a low tire. They took the tire off, checked for leaks and put air in. Nothing wrong with my tire. NO Charge.

I don't normally do this type of thing, but this company got to me. I walked into Valley Alignment and Auto Repair. I had a sticky solenoid in my transmission, that was causing it to shift hard. I was told be the Service Writer it would be $500.00 - $600.00, I set up an appointment for the following Monday. Dropped the car off, about an hour later a different Service Advisor Pete called and informed me that it would cost $800.00 for the fix. He said they ran into a complication. I reluctantly agreed to the increase. Then about half an hour later Pete called and said he made a error and the cost would be $1100.00 to fix the car. At that point I said no way, i'll come and pick up the car. He asked if I wanted the oil and filter changed. I said no. He said they already drained the oil. The oil was in the waste tank mixed with all other waste oil. I had no choice to get it changed. When I picked up the car they charged me $456.03 for the oil and filter change. Remember this was the original quote for the entire repair. I expressed my displeasure with being quoted one price, then being called not once but twice to raise the price of the repair. Pete looked at me and said, I get it, I would be mad too. Wait, he gets why I'm mad? He would be mad also if it happened to him? WHY IS THIS GUY DOING THINGS TO HIS CUSTOMERS THAT WOULD MAKE HIM MAD IF THEY HAPPENED TO HIM?. I DON'T get it. If you are in the Moorhead area and need auto repair, DO NOT go to Valley Alignment and Repair.Wes SorensonService: Auto maintenance

The fairest prices in town! These guys keep vehicles running far longer than you'd ever expect! I've been coming here since 2008 and they always are thorough and clearly explain what's going on and what needs to happen. So you can feel confident in their service! My highest praise goes to Valley Alignment!

I took my Ram to this place , very professional . I had an appointment at 13:30 ...13:40 my truck was lifted and the tech worked on it. Also did minor job for nothing.My wife's Van is next :)

We have been using Valley Alignment for all "out of warranty"repairs, air conditioning service, and alignment for over 25 years now. The experience that both Corry and Tim have gained through their years of building, tuning, and racing cars competitively in the Red River Valley has made them the absolute best in solving the all too often complex problems with today's sophisticated automotive systems.Any one can change spark plugs, these guys have continuously solved every problem we have had, no matter the make of vehicle - GM, Honda or Toyota.We have always been treated fairly and honestly, and will continue to use Valley Alignment for all our automotive repairs.Tim and Barb Simison

This is one mechanic shop that I fully trust for its honesty, great work, and very reasonable price. My experience has been that the shop does not try to sell you parts and services you need. I recommend Valley Alignment and Repair to all.
