Had issues with both my AstroStart remotes not working. Even though Trandem didn t originally install my AstroStart 5 years ago they offered to take a look at it anyway. Turns out I just had bad/counterfeit batteries I purchased off Amazon. Even though they were Duracell and Energizer brand new in the package they were under charged and useless. The lady from Trandem who I spoke with on the phone and dealt with in person was very nice and helpful. She tested all my new batteries I just installed the night before and informed me that they were no good. She was able to replace both remote batteries within a few minutes and tested everything to make sure they worked. I highly recommend doing business with these guys as they are awesome at what they do! Thanks again for your help!

John is amazing! He is so on your level with customer interaction. If y'all need a remote start then go here. I arrived to his shop at 9:05am and drove away at 10:25am completely impressed and happy with my first ever remote start.

If you are looking for service after the sale look no further. I've had auto start installed on 2 different vehicles with Trandem automotive and had no issues on either system. Worked well even in the sub zero temps that are normal to this region during winter. Never had my car not start when using the system. Quick to get scheduled and quick installation. Had an issue with a key fob circuit shorting out (after daily winter use for 2+ years) and called them and was told to come in and it would be taken care of. I was given a new key fob at no cost to me due to it being under warranty. My warranty (through Astrostart) had expired 2 weeks prior to it not working. Trandem ran it through a warranty claim regardless. Tip top service over 2 years after it was installed by them. Can't ask for better customer service than that. Look no further, let them handle your auto start. You won't be disappointed.

I ve known JT for 12 years now. He s my number one go to in terms of autostart not only that after many years knowing him I am proud to call him a brother and friend. He s honest, humble and genuine. Family man who loves his family and still cares about customers; craftsmanship at its best. Highly recommended. Give me a visit, you won t regret it.

John is AWESOME. Started intermittently and then for past year, My car would only start with the astrostart. Turn the key dash lights came on but nothing. After spending a lot of $$ at dealership replacing different electrical systems parts, he figured it out in 45 minutes and charged a reasonable price. I had bought a used car with AstroStart already installed. After one season, it stopped working and I couldn t figure out why. Took it in, to my embarrassment, it was just the remote batteries! Best thing was they didn t charge me an inspection fee since it was such a simple diagnosis just $6 for the batteries. I know where I ll be taking my autostart needs on future cars I purchase.

I couldn't be happier with the level of service and courtesy I got from Trandem. I dropped my Jeep off for a new auto start, and they were not only polite, they are helpful and know exactly what they are doing. I will never take my Jeep anywhere else for my extra stuff. They are awesome, keep it up guys!!

I can highly recommend this company. The service was excellent, the gal at the counter was friendly, and the price was amazing. All I needed was my auto start fob to be re-calibrated (or whatever the term is). I looked at several other places, and the price they quoted me was far, far above what I could afford. I reluctantly decided that I could go outside and manually start my car and warm it up for a couple of months until money was less tight.. But dang it, I had gotten spoiled by my auto start! My brother suggested Trandem. They did the same work--quality work!-- for half the price. In fact, a little less than half the price. From now on when I need something done, my first choice will be Trandem.

These people are rockstars! They helped me trouble shoot an AstroStart problem that no one else in town could solve. Best part, it was a ridiculously simple fix and they didn't charge me for it. Thanks for the help!

Staff was polite and service was quick and professional. Owner was on-site and exceeded our expectations! Waiting area is full of interesting memorabilia to keep you from getting bored while you wait.

Yes, yes, yes! I went in to get a fob programmed. Not only was it programmed, it took less than 10 minutes, new batteries, and they only charged me for the batteries. I'll say again, I only paid 5 bucks.. a certain unnamed place on main was charging me 115.. and another in South Fargo was charging me 60... sooo... come on. Head to Trandem. I don't know about you, but I love saving money. Just means more gas money for road trips

Three Astrostart installations first two were fine. Third one they broke my door handle and denied any liability saying that they can't be responsible for older vehicles with hundreds of thousands of miles. I drive a 2010 F-150 with 131,000 miles. I'm very disappointed.

Referred to by a trusted mechanic. Family feel when you walk in the door. The only place I ll take our vehicles for our auto start issues from here on out. If it was acceptable to hug a stranger you ve just met during a pandemic I would have.
