Online scheduling is worthless. We requested an appointment Sunday for an oil change and tire repair. I showed up at the requested time only to find that the shop was closed. Another customer was also waiting for a non-existent This wasn't reflected on Google or their booking website. Frustrating experience.Update, was told by the social team that a local manager would get back to me within a couple of business days. Nothing happened within a week. To their credit, a regional manager got back to me after I reached out again. Local management obviously needs some basic communication and problem-solving training. I'm still done w/ Tires Plus. It takes a few minutes to update a Google listing. It takes 30 seconds to scrawl out a sign on a piece of paper.

I'm impressed most with Jack at the front counter, who helped air up my spare tire and tighten its lug nuts to the proper degree even BEFORE I had the tires replaced. He's also the one who alerted me to the need to replace the springs/struts in the front of the car, and who told me about TP's 6-month no-interest financing option to pay for it. Thanks!

Made appointment online for Sunday 14 Jan. Called and talked to call center, confirmed appointment. Went to drop off veichle to find out the store is closed today. Disappointed that the website, google and the call center all said they were open. Wasted time and gas showing up for the business to be closed.***UPDATE 8 Feb.*** manager replied and was very rude, never did anything to make the situation better. Poor service and bad customer relations.

BEWARE - This location does not offer scheduling of appointments like it says online. They only do same day drop off. I scheduled online and got an email that said if the time does not work they will reach out to schedule. So showed up at my scheduled time and he said "yeah we don't do that" explained the same day drop off thing. They are just doing their own thing

Not a very wide selection in stock. Seemed to only have the more expensive tires on hand. They sneak in a $80 insurance without asking you. On the plus side they were the quickest option in town. Turn around time wasn't bad at all.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They have absolutely the worst customer service I ve experienced!! Twice I have made morning appointments online for tire repairs which have been confirmed via email. Even with confirmed appointments, I got put in the first come first serve line which leaves me without a car ALL DAY!!! The last time my car was completed late afternoon. This time they didn t get to my car before they closed. There was no communication that they were planning on keeping my car overnight.

I brought my car in due to it shaking at higher speeds & I noticed my front tires were wearing bald. Side note I had bought all new tires from them 8 months earlier. They told me it was a my suspension was bad & my front passenger side ball joint was bad & they needed to be replaced plus 2new front tires. Because the suspension & ball joint caused the tires to wear unevenly. I paid almost $1000 to "fix" this. Picked up my car only to discover it was now making a horrible noise whenever I turn & my car is still shaking when I drive at higher speeds. Brought it back & they stated I now have a bad front driver's side CV axel that will cost another $500 to "fix". I told how could that be because it wasn't making this noise prior you guys working on & now it is. The technician response was "well there's really no way to prove that. So would you like us to fix it or not." I can not believe that this happened!! Money is tight in my household & for me to struggle to come up with $1000 was so hard & then to have none of my problems fixed & now basically have been given another is devastating. I feel very taken advantage of & they take zero responsibility for messing up & expect me to pay them another $500 to fix their mistakes. Unreal. Just terrible!!!

I called at lunch time to make a appointment. I needed to have a tire fixed, because of slow leak. I called the local number, but I'm thinking the call went to call center. Made appointment for 3. When I got there said they couldn't get the work done while I waited. I was more then a little disappointed, as I drove in from out of town. They need to look at appointments made by call centers and if they don't work , they should call customer to change appointment.

Don't go here unless you like to have stripped lug nuts. You'd think a tire rotation would be simple, but not for the guys over at the Moorhead tires plus. The guy who helped me also had attitude and said my appointment was never confirmed even though I received an email stating otherwise. Terrible service!Service: TiresService: Tires

Called to get my daughters flat tire fixed on Saturday morning said sorry it will be next Thursday. Called another shop and got right in there number is now in my phone.thanks ok tire!

Stay away! I had a flat tire and bent rim from hitting a pothole. They ordered me a new rim that wasn t correct and the hubcap didn t fit. So they said they d order me the correct one, but all they did was bend the original one back in to shape (mostly) and still charged me for the rim! Didn t notice until later when the hubcap fell off. There was an X shaped scratch near the bend that was there and was on the original rim too. Same rim. Now it s leaking air. Total scam artists! Avoid at all costs.

I could have not had a better experience with this business, our timing chain went out in our truck on our way to a concert, the tow truck got us there before they closed and they had our truck in the shop right away this morning and we were fixed and back on the road by 4:30 this afternoon. I m astonished with the kindness and efficiency of the mechanic that was working today. I can t thank them enough. Will always use them when in the area!

I needed rear brakes and rotors on my Ram 1500 truck. I called them and said if I brought it in at 8 the next morning, they would get it done in about 1 1/2 hhr. I dropped it off and walked to a shopping center to kill time and came back in an hour and a half and they hadn't even pulled my truck in. They apologized and got it right in. They pointed out upon inspection that I had a bad caliper on one side that also needed replacement and could get one from auto zone accross the street. I agreed, and in 1 1/2hr it was ready but they said I had a torn axle boot so also needed a right front axel. I didn't have time, so I just got a quote. Why 1 star? The work was good but what I discovered is they buy parts from places like auto zone and mark them up 150% on top of $149/hr labor. They also replaced my right caliper, which wasn't bad, and I didn't agree to. They quoted me $650 to replace my bad axle which I got a quote from a small independent shop which they said they could do for under $400. The difference was the independent did not mark parts you could buy from auto zone by 150%. Stay away from these crooks. Mechanics good, the people selling you the service bad. Never again will they rip me off.Update: I got 2 quotes from other auto repairs shops on the front axel, $360 bucks vs $654.24 at Tires Plus rip off artists.Another update: I got my axel replaced at an honest shop for $272 and they said my front brakes had 40% wear left, good for another year, Tires + said they needed replacement asap. TIRES PLUS IS UNETHICAL, BEWARE!!

I bought my car for an oil change and vehicle check up when they were done they did mention trans leak and one of tires. Visually see but went to ask receipt it s online there was no info on the brakes tire depth. I couple days later and the man. Replied I showed you already no itemize bill and spent to much on. The replacement tire

I am not from the Fargo-Moorhead area and was visiting the area when my alternator went out on a Friday late evening. I was grateful they were able to replace the alternator on a Saturday as they were the only place open and ultimately the car did get fixed - that is why I've given one star and the only reason I have given one star. In terms of other aspects of the experience, it was disappointing to say the least. The quote on the alternator including labor was nearly double what it was at home when we called an auto shop as a new customer. I received a call while they were doing the repair that the belt was hard to get off the tensioner, told me the cost, and said he may be calling me back to say it was broken in which case I would have to pay for it to get my car working again obviously. I had my father call to speak to him given his knowledge with vehicle repairs and suddenly he was told that he would get the belt back on one way or another. I have a hard time believing I wasn't being taken advantage of and the costs here were outrageous. In addition, we were told that there was an oil leak above the alternator which likely caused the alternator to go out. I chose to wait on having the gasket repaired as it was not urgent. We had that looked at locally and they could not find a single thing wrong or any type of leak. Unless you are in a situation like I was where there is no other option and you're from out of state, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your car needs.

Gave me no options to fix other then buy a brand new tire when this tire is less then 6 months old, when they called me they said it was in the side wall of the tire. Every where else I called said they would patch that in a heartbeat.

I went in to get tires on my car . I called a few days before to set the appointment, the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When I got there it was completely the opposite. The 2 gentleman and the counter were rude , talked down to me I do not know if it was because I was a female. Maybe it was cause I was covered in dirt because I came straight from work . It could have been a million reasons why. I have never felt so unwelcome in this store I have been bringing my vehicle's here for over 15 years . I probably will not ever be going back.

Saw a few bad reviews so I was hesitant to go in. I told them my price range for 4 new tires and they were able to keep it under requested price. They also had a credit card that allowed me to put my entire purchase on that instead of paying all of it upfront which for me was super convenient. Besides tires, I also had them do an oil change and alignment and all of that was under $750 which I didn't feel was a completely bad deal. Time frame was a bit long but understandable with everything I had done. Definitely appreciated them being willing to work with my budget.

They did great work and the only delay was because of the part we had to wait for. My ride feels so much better after the work was done. Prices were discussed prior to the work being done. Only downside is that I don't trust Pennzoil and I can never get my oil changed there.

Dropped my vehicle off in the morning, waited for two days for the alignment to get done and they didn't even get it in the shop. Lifetime alignment not worth it if this is how long it takes to get it done. NEVER going back

Brought tire in for a repair, knew it had no screws or cuts. Probably just a valve stem leakGuy called back a few hours later saying i need a new tire and to match the tread it ll be 380 bucks, I tell him no because I have a spare that s new and I ll wait to get new rims and he tries to convince me to come look at more options.I tell him no thanks and I ll get it soon, few weeks pass(family emergency) and I come back to get it, they roll it out to me and I see it s full of air and looks clean, I ask what s up because it was permanently broken according to them and he said it must have been a mix up and it was just a valve stem fix, he let me take it for free and I left.So I d pass on this location, they ll lie to get more money out of you any day.Service: Tires

Management and staff are awesome, friendly, and attentive. They were willing able to provide service near the end of the work day on a Friday . Also explained what basic device was needed soon just for future reference. Amazing experience. Thanks for servicing my vehicle without an appointment for an oil change

Went in over my lunch just for a quick diagnostic check on my engine because the check engine light came on. The guy working behind the counter said he couldn't do it because they need more time to do a deep check because the diagnostic check isn't reliable.... Drove across the street to autozone (should have just went there first) where they just did the entire thing for me even and now have a printed copy of the diagnostic. Only needed to clean my fuel injectors and the truck runs normal again with the engine light off again. They just want to get your car on a lift so they can charge you for something.... I actually like tires plus for fair honest customer service I get in the cities with the mechanic I've gone to for years. Don't go to this location it's a waste of time and isn't worth the gas alone to drive there.

Taken my vehicle here before no complains, but this time I went for one thing and they look at other things and gave me a quote so instead of being the $100 some my total would have been $600some and told me that the couldn't work on the vehicle until everything else was done first. So instead of just doing what I needed done they did nothing and check on other problems that I already knew about that I didn't say for them to check and got charged for it.

If you are a female just looking for a simple fix without having to worry about being sold a bunch of stuff, I would not recommend you go here.I went in to get a tire patched because there was a rock in it. I ve had three rocks in my tires since the new year, so I knew that s what needed to be fixed.I waited two hours for them to tell me there was no rock and actually the tire was so worn down that there were internal wires sticking out of the tire and I needed to get them replaced.I already have a new set, so they didn t get the chance to sell me some.I get home to change the tires and they were low tread, but it not even close to as bad as they told me AND I found the rock that I knew was in my tire. So not only did they not look for what I told them was wrong, they lied about how bad my tires actually were. There are no wires sticking out of my tire and I had to figure out how to patch the tire myself.I give them two stars instead of one only because they told me it would take two hours (and it did, which is absolutely ridiculous) and they only charged me $10 for them to look at my tire.

I was getting 2 new tires and an alignment. They told me it would be ready around 11:45. I showed up at noon and they hadn't even started. I had go work at 1 so I gave them my husband's number. They never called him, they called me and I was at work so I missed it. Then when my husband finally does get there, the price is just under $500. There were almost $100 worth of "warranty" fees that they never told us about. We did know about or ask for these warranties. Get exact prices before committing to anything from these people.
