These guys are WONDERFUL! I was convinced my issue was needing an alignment, instead of that being the issue they found it was 4 bearings gone bad. Instead of doing just what I asked and returning it to me with the problem still there, they worked with me and got the true issue fixed. These guys are super honest in their business practices and I am recommending them to all my family and friends! Was a true blessing to work with them.

I was recently recommended to give these folks a try. They provided a detailed estimate for the repair work. Extremely professional and very good labor rate. They did an excellent job with a very labor intensive fix. I would highly recommend at least getting at least an estimate from them if not having them do the work. Excellent business. A code reader was telling me an O2 sensor failed on my 2014 Ford F-150 Lariat. I found this out DAYS before I was supposed to drive down to Texas from North Dakota for some military schooling. I called around to all the dealerships who had no interest in helping me with this repair on short notice. I called Ten 11 auto and Jerry was more than happy to help. He is a kind, caring, empathetic person who actually enjoys helping people get back on the road. He said "Bring it by in the morning and Ill make sure your in good shape to make your drive down to Texas". I was amazed at how timely they managed to get the repair done. They also took a look at a few other things for me while the pickup was raised. I would HIGHLY recommended Ten 11 Auto Service to anyone who wants a shop that actually cares about PEOPLE. 5/5 Stars.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

This shop did an excellent job of fixing my truck right away. They explained everything that was wrong thoroughly and showed me the bad or worn parts too. Also they have very reasonable shop rates compared to anyone else. They also stand behind their work and give you warranties on them too. I highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you very much!

Great job fixing my right from wheel bearing on my excursion. Fair price and timely repair. I was on my way home so in dire need. Ford dealer did not have the part and could not get us in for another day. Thanks JC Auto.

They don't have the lowest prices in town, but they do the job right and in a timely manner. This is one of two shops I recommend to friends in the FM area.

The owner at jc Auto never does anything to your car until they have talked with you first . They are very honest,and will never do more than your car needs.
