I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle with Cody! When I initially called I said I did not want to be harassed and he did just that! He was extremely patient with me, getting vehicles in from the Hawley location by the next day that I was interested in and went above and beyond answering all of my questions and comparing my options. He explained to me specs and techs of different vehicles in detail and was mindful of everything that I had on my wishlist. Upon purchasing my vehicle, Cody even did a backflip. So fun! When my license plates arrived at the dealership he offered to put them on and even contacted me to let me know there was a spare sets of keys located for my vehicle. Thank you so much Cody, you made purchasing a vehicle so easy and took the stress out of it. Your honesty and integrity is greatly appreciated!! I would 100% recommend Cody the Flipping Car Salesman to anyone in a heartbeat, thanks for helping me get my dream car!

I ttaded my current vehicle for something different. They were more competitive on my trade than some other dealers. Our sales person,Tom, was super knowledgeable about all vehicles we drove. He listened and cared about our needs and helped us find an amazing vehicle.I highly recommend them!

Their sales staff was amazing! Cody made transition to a new vehicle very easy, answered every question and even made sure that the vehicle was warmed up and ready. The best part is that the end when he handed over the keys he did a backflip it was awesome! Rick their Finance person help to answer any other questions that I had. Would think about buying a car from them again!

I just spent $13,000 on a car that didn't even come with floor matts.I called about it and they said they can install them for me for a charge.....so that's my experience.

I have purchased 2 vehicles here since March. I initially left a bad review until I actually worked with them. I had some issues with a vehicle and they were great to help get it fixed at no charge to me. I will buy every vehicle from Muscatell from here out. Hands down best dealership I ve ever worked with.

We worked with Lisa and it was a great experience! She listened to what I wanted and didn t show me anything not in that description or out of my budget. She didn t rush me and answered all of my questions. Eric also walked us through all of our options and didn t push us to get more than we needed. Overall we received excellent customer service and I car I love!This was the second time we have bought from Muscatell and from start to finish enjoyed working with them.

I knew we wanted a Subaru, but it had been years since I had driven one and I didn't know which model I wanted. Lisa was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She brought out several cars for us to test drive (4 or more?), both new and used. She made the process smooth and painless and we are happy with our new car! The whole experience was comfortable - no pressure, and no one minded when our kids did kid things.

What an absolutely outstanding experience all around! We arrived at Muscatell with apprehension due to an experience elsewhere, and within one minute Lisa completely turned that around! We received the warmest welcome, and tons of empathy about our other experience. From sales to financing every moment was absolutely perfect, this is what buying a vehicle should always feel like! As long as I am in the area I will only buy vehicles here. Thank you so much to Lisa, Cadie, and Eric for turning one of my most frustrating days in to an amazing one that I will never forget!

I was looking for a reliable car at an affordable price. Blaine Stigen and Katie did an awesome job getting me into my beautiful, Buick LaCrosse. It's beautiful. If you are in need of a vehicle go to Muscatell and ask for Blaine. He is amazing, kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on and Katie in the finance department was amazing. Lisa was fantastic to work with! She made the process of looking at and purchasing my first car go so smoothly. Lisa was present in conversation and shared her positive experiences as someone who s owned a Subaru. She did a great job explaining all the technology inside the crosstrek and helped set up Bluetooth before leaving Muscatell.

When looking for a family vehicle, originally, Muscatell didn't have what we were looking for. But last minute I checked and they had just gotten one on the lot. Went in and spoke with Brian Bates who proceeded to track down, go get and bring to the Moorhead location just so we could test drive it. We made the decision to buy but had to wait for inspection and detail. Brian kept us updated and the shop too great care in making sure any and all repairs were done before we got it. He kept us updated and aware and was fully transparent through the entire process. Thanks to them all, there is a newer, reliable vehicle in my garage that accommodates the family (2 and 4 legged). We will go nowhere else for a vehicle ever again while living in Fargo-Moorhead. You all are amazing!

This is the 2nd vehicle I bought from Lisa Leick. She was very professional, very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Muscatell Subaru is a fantastic dealership! Aaron Berg who is the preowned manager was great! I have always been treated well there. My finance guy was Rick Stotts who was also great to work with. I would recommend this dealership for your next purchase!

I have now leased my second car through Greg Mickelson at Muscatell. He makes the process super easy and is so fun to work with-he even answers all of my ridiculous questions (I have many) and walks you through the features of your new vehicle. I also love the atmosphere there-great facility. Everyone is so welcoming.

I worked with Greg and the process couldn t have been smoother. He was patient and answered all of my questions without pressuring me to buy! Called to see what was in stock for pre owned with the intention of purchasing a good used car, I was pleased with the service I recieved. Not pushy and easy to work with. The part I liked most was during my purchase I was not shuffled around between different rooms and different people. I worked with Gene Hauser and he's the friendliest fella, you have to ask for him! Also I should add that these guys are very decent on giving you the best trade in price for your vehicle!
