Extremely frustrating experience. Had two issues that needed attention and originally quoted more than $2400 for repair, replacement, calibration, etc. On the recommendation of their team members, I explored using our insurance for what was supposed to be the larger (more expensive) of the two issues: replacing a tail light ($1,000) with labor and a calibration ($700). Somehow... The larger issue was resolved for just $523, which is just barely more than the deductible. So something originally more than $1700 ends up a third of the price? Weird.Meanwhile, the "smaller" issue in the quote was for replacing the driver's side mirror ($225) + labor and what was presented as the same necessary calibration ($700). Somehow this ends up being way more expensive? If the calibration was required for the tail light (and insurance is covering it), then how does it somehow exclusively become the requirement for the mirror (after) and unnecessary for the tail light?What was originally quoted as more than $2400 for parts, labor, and calibration ended up being just over $1200 for which insurance paid a total of $23. The $700 calibration was originally intended for the more expensive (insurance-claimed) task of replacing the tail light... but ended up on the out of pocket expense because it would "cause red flags". They were kind enough to reduce the price of the calibration , but feels as though they shouldn't of had to do that in the first place by keeping the charge where it was initially supposed to be.The whole thing really stinks. I feel misled and taken advantage of.Why quote double the price up front?Thanks for the recommendations?

The guy that looked at the damage was very nice and pleasant and he even made a time were I was upset into a fun experience. Made me feel at ease knowing that they all seem to know what they are doing.

I have been a long time customer for many years and my entire family has too .I keep coming back because of the people at Muscatell. Had some Colliison work and all I can say is WOW !! The service was outstanding for the front office to the technician in the back . Travis the manger was outstanding the entire process I will tell all my family and friends . Super fast and worked with me very well! I loved their service and it was better than what I was expecting! They did a windshield and a bumper repair and both look flawless. They worked with me and my schedule to get it done, and were very friendly. They show they care about you and your car in all steps!

They did a great job! I had been recommend to them after having difficulties with the first place I had gone to. They matched my quote that had already been made, and when they found out that more money was needed they contacted the insurance company for me! They had told me it would be three to four weeks before they could get my car in but they got it in within two weeks. And when I was told it would take seven days to fix by the other people it only took them four. Not to mention you get a free loaner car if needed. My car came out looking better then it did when I bought it! Great Job Guys!! I highly recommend them.

I just want to say, Dave and his staff did a GREAT job on my Outback. From start to finish, they were Great to deal with. Excellent Customer Service is why I keep going to Muscatell and Subaru. Sales, Service and now the Body shop. Hard to find any better service anywhere. Thank you Muscatell

I cannot say enough good about my experience with the people at the collision center! Dave helped me so much after my accedent, I have never gotten in one before so I was absolutely clueless!! He was so kind and helpful, it literally took ALL the stress out of the situation. I am still amazed at how great they treated me. It felt like I was working with family!! Thank you guys so much! I'll recommend you to anyone!!

Replacing rear bumper was quoted 1 day, took 2.5. No updates given, they later blamed insurance.I asked them to lock my doors when left outside unattended because i have power tools for work in my car, they didnt.The interior wasn't vacuumed.When I brought all of this up to the manager, he told me talking to me wasn't worth his time.

Because of their sign right out front saying free estimates , you would think that would mean exactly what it says. However management became very confrontational, condescending and unprofessional when we told him we decided to pass on getting the work done.Their quote was hundreds higher than other shops and I really am not sure how they could justify such a high price. Manager accused us of wasting his time and ripping him off. Can we really be the first ones that decided not to get work done after an estimate? It s totally acceptable if you would like to charge for estimates, but you have to be upfront about it and most definitely not have signs that advertise a free estimate.If a customer decides to pass on your repairs, apologize to the customer, ask if there is anything you can do to earn their business and make them feel they are always welcome to give your business a shot again. Instead, I was treated very disrespectfully and they made sure I would never come back.

The professionalism, timeliness, and overall great services that I am given when I work with Dave and the employees of Ward Muscatell is unlike any other collision center I have worked with. I now bring company vehicles to them for repairs, they re always so great to work with!

I had an appointment at 3 and they got me an on time I thought I'd be there for a long time getting my estimate I was in and out of there they are friendly and they took the time to go over my estimate and explain all the repairs and answered any questions that I had I would highly recommend him to anybody

They were $1200 (or 65%) less than other guys so I also got a cracked light replaced, still walked away with $400 from insurance, and they gave me a free car to drive. Uhh... pretty duh choice here!
