Took my 2012 Ford F150 truck there because it wasn't starting. I had 2 others look at it to why it wasn't starting and they couldn't figure it out. Mr.Mechanic called me next morning and said he barely spent time on it and it was a fuse. I was appreciative of his honesty and being loyal to his customer. He saved me a lot of money and wasn't much work needed to be done. Thanks and hope to do more service here.

I ve went to every garage from fix it forward to Matt s automotive to try to fix my vehicle. Unfortunately they were all over priced and unnecessary repairs but once I took it to Mr. Mechanic He explained what was wrong. Moving to a new area is a challenge in finding all of the places . I tried a few places for car repair (oil change, new battery, etc) in Fargo-Moorhead and was disappointed. Then I tried Mr Mechanic in Moorhead. Great to work with, quality care, no up selling, and a comfortable waiting room! These guys are excellent!!

We are fortunate to have an honest capable businessman like Andrew around. He's smart, skilled and stands confidently behind his work. My car was haveing some issues and I took it to multiple shops prior. This place figured out is was a coolant leak in minuets. Everyone was verry friendly and the price was super reasonable. They fixed my water pump back in July, but now it's cold and my car is leaking coolant somewhere. I called 1 week ago and they can't manage to call me back to see if it was something that got missed. Brought my vehicle to a different shop this time. If you can't fit me in the least you can do is call back and let me know.

Called to get my bmw looked at, scheduled a time and set up a tow the same morning. They did not answer their phone at all, I attempted calling several times and even had to pay an extra $100 to have my vehicle towed to another shop. I even borrowed a friends car to drive down to the shop just to see the lights were on and no one attending to anything. By far the absolute worst service ever !Service: General repairs & maintenance

Saturday morning on the way to our grandson s birthday party my alternator went! two hours away from home and not really sure what to do. We were so lucky to find Mr. mechanic!! Andrew was very nice, helpful and even though they were going to close at noon he said no problem. (It was 10:30) I don t know how he got the part there so quick. He must have good connections/standing with the parts places.Cost of the part and one hour Labor and we are on our way again. He even showed us why he was replacing the alternator. No surprises.There were secondhand stores and antique shops along the road while we waited so I didn t even know my car was done until we stopped back to drop off our packages. He called me and texted me but my phone was in my bag.Thanks again Andrew for making this mom not so leery of mechanics!

He did an excellent job in a timely manner and was willing to show me the key points of his inspection on my truck, along with my SUV. Great Mechanic! Gave me alot of Good advice on my Vehicle. Friendly and polite. Had 4 new Tires and an oil change done. Good Prices and Highly Trustworthy. Definitely going back whenever I need Work done to my vehicle!

Went above and beyond to fix my suspension, worked on a Saturday even. Lower prices than dealerships, explained everything I needed to know and more. I Highly recommend this repair shop

Worst experience of my life. Charged me $320 for diagnostic didn't fix a thing only made things worse. My headlights now dont turn off, my brake lights dont work, and he broke my exhaust. All were fine before bringing them to his shop. PLEASE research Eddie Ramirez before ever considering doing business with him. He is a crook and a criminal!
