Chosen because close to my work and a friend recommended. Normally, autoshops can be kind of intimidating, but I always felt welcome and heard throughout the process! Our youngest son goes to college in the area & we live in another state. He has his own vehicle & of course breakdowns are bound to happen, especially since we are so far away. The first time it did, we didn't know who to go to or trust. It's frustrating & a little scary too. I'm not sure how we found Mike's Auto Service, but we are so glad we did! Mike has been easy to work with & very dependable when our son's vehicle needed servicing! We greatly appreciate him & his crew!!!

Mike and the team have done many repairs and maintenance on my vehicle. I ve been able to get in the same day or within a couple days which has been fantastic with my tight schedule. They ve even made accommodations to give me a ride when needed. I couldn t say enough great things about these guys! I ve finally found a place I m comfortable. I appreciate their honesty. Mike even checked in after a few days to be sure I was happy with my services! This is A+ service folks!Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

I came to have my vehicle fixed Mike's out of a recommendation from a friend/coworker of mine. I just picked up my truck and it's running great. Working with Mike and his crew was hands down the best automotive service experience I've ever had. They are honest and trustworthy. This is the second time they've fixed a vehicle of mine. They've never tried to sell me an unnecessary service, and have provided me with honest guidance regarding my vehicle service needs. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to my mom or daughter. Big thanks to Mike and the crew. I'll definitely be back.

Hands down the best auto repair place to go in the F/M area. I have had a few things repaired on my car here. They do a great job everytime, and very honest. I was given a ride home while my car was being inspected and Mike even gave me a ride back to pick up my car when it was done. They told me one price on the phone and after I had my vehicles towed to them, they went up 1,000. They even charged for the diagnostic test that auto part stores do for free. My son was away at school and they say that the plate was from out of state. They told me something didn t sound right with the transmission. I said I just had it replaced. They said O it must be something else.

Got my oil and oil filter changed for a much more reasonable price than anywhere else would. No stereotypical mechanic rip off haggling either these guys are great.

My check engine light was on and my vehicle had a couple of issues going on, so I set up an appointment for a diagnostic check. When I brought my vehicle in, all they did was check the engine code with a scan tool, something that can be done for free at any number of places. They didn't tell me their "diagnostic check" was just checking the code. I had already had the code checked for free, but that's just a start, I needed someone to actually diagnose the issue. The other issues going on couldn't be easily explained by this particular code, so I suspected there was more than one thing going on. But after they checked the code, they refused to actually look at the vehicle to try to diagnose any of the issues, not even the issues that were likely. to the code. So I paid $49 for something that can be done for free at several different places, and I still don't know exactly what's wrong. Even if for whatever reason they didn't want to proceed with an actual diagnostic check, it is absolutely ridiculous that they charged me $49 to use their scan tool, something that can be done at Autozone or O'Reillys for free.

We take all of our vehicles to Mike's. We can get them in quick and get results either right away or whithin a reasonable amout of time.They are great about giving prices before the go ahead and dont usually have "added" things to be fixed unless i request a complete inspection. I dont often trust most mechanic places but have always liked going to Mike's. Cant see going anywhere else.

Mikes auto repair Offers great services, very professional, friendly, reasonably priced and very efficient. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone. First called and talked to Russ and got an estimate for a heater core for my pickup. After getting the money together about a week later I called back and set appt. They had all my info already and were very friendly and accomadatng. Two days later had my pickup back and it works great.. Thank you Russ and Mike I will be back for my next needed repair.

Heard nothing but good things. Very professional and knowledgeable. A bit out of the way for most but I'm sure the locals appreciate that or the shop would be much busier and wait times to get any work done would be terrible. Highly recommend.

This shop is a little hidden gem. These guys don't try to tell you things are broke that aren't (aka, they are honest), the prices are great, and they'll give you a ride after you drop off your car.They don't talk down to you and the staff is also super friendly and easy to talk to.

I have brought my vehicle there multiple times. Service is fast and reasonably priced and the staff has always been friendly. This would be the first place I would recommend to anyone looking for an auto service.
