I've brought in a couple of older motorcycles. The mechanic is top notch and did an excellent job going above and beyond making sure it was done right. The owner, Matt, is a straight shooter and a stand up guy who makes sure you get out the door with quality, well cared for equipment. I would recommend KRK to anyone needing powersports repaired small engine repair.

Highly disappointed with their service. My snow blower wasn't running great at the end of last year so had it in to KRK for a tune up in October, paid $181 and was told it was in good working order. The first time I was able to use it after this, it still did not run well. Call them back, had them check it out again and was told the carburetor seals are leaking and it needs to be rebuilt for another $211. Asked them why this wasn't found in the initial tune-up and was told it was in good working order when it left there and this must of happened the first time I used it after the tune up. I declined the services and now they want another $85 for pick up fees and initial testing which I paid the first go around. What a joke

Worked with PJ to purchase a new snow blower for this season. Worked with me to find the correct one I needed and was very reasonable on pricing! Will definitely do business with him again.

I initially called KRK because my kicker motor wouldn t start on my boat constantly flooded. KRK informed me that they could fix it no problem. After a week long delay waiting for parts I called them to inquire about the status of my repair ..they hadn t started. The next day they got it in and called saying it was ready. After paying $425 I picked up my boat at noon as I had to go out of town that afternoon. KRK informed me that it ran perfectly. Fast forward to yesterday which was the first opportunity i had to test it out after priming the motor I could immediately smell gasoline, needless to say the motor wouldn t even fire much less run. Upon arriving home I washed my boat and my wife noticed our trailer was scratched on the fender and on the boat guide. As this damage wasn t present prior to KRK I believe it was damaged at their shop. I called them but have received no response .if I could give zero stars I would. How they can be in business with this kind of service is astounding.Update: Chris called me shortly after I posted this review and assured me that KRK was committed to my satisfaction. They came and picked my boat up and repaired it without any further charges to me. I have now started my motor on two separate occasions and each time it has functioned very well. For this I am happy. Nothing was done regarding the scratches however. Chris was very cordial throughout and his demeanor helped diffuse the situation a bit. Thanks to Chris at KRK Marine. I have updated my rating to 3/5 stars.

I would like to start by saying that my motorized scooter is in full working condition after bringing it into KRK, and am happy that it s finally taken care of, but am very unsatisfied with KRK s communication and operation. I was having issues with the way my scooter was running so I had KRK pick it up for me. I told them what the issue was and handed over the keys, and they told me they would notify me when they find the issue and to confirmed with me before they do any work on the scooter. A couple days later I get a text message saying that the scooter is done with a $180 bill attached. They cleaned the carburetor without telling me that s what they were going to do!? If they would have notify me before they did the work like it says in there policy I would have been able to tell them that that is not the issue . So I pick up the scooter and start driving it home. I make it about 1/2 a mile and the scooter dies and I have to walk the scooter home another 1/2 mile. I call KRK and tell them I didn t even make it home. They say sorry we will try to pick it up again today or tomorrow. I didn t hear from them for almost 2 weeks. Sooner or later they come to pick up the scooter again. A couple days later i get another text saying the scooter is ready to be picked up. I go to pick it up and I m told We didn t charge you to pick the scooter up the second time, but we are charging you for partial labor. 1. They did work on my vehicle without notifying me about the work they were doing. (Work that didn t need to be done in the first place)2. After being told it was fixed, it died on my way home and had to walk it home.3. It took them almost 2 weeks to pick up my vehicle after being told 1 or 2 days.4. I was charged a second time because of there mess up.You can t charge someone for work that didn t need to be done, especially without notifying them, then try to justify why you are charging them again after you fix the actual problem.Satisfied that it s finally taken care of, but very unsatisfied by the way KRK handles there business.

I had the oil changed and an inspection on my Yamaha V-Star. They did a great job and I'm pleased with the service and attention to detail. I recommend these folks without reservation.

I had to get an oil change on my UTV and stopped in at KRK. What a pleasant experience. Spencer the service manager, and Paul the lead technician were very easy to work with. Friendly, helpful and efficient would describe them perfectly. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely use their services again!

KRK was great!! My snowblower wasn t throwing snow as effectively as it had previously. Took it into TRK and Spencer said he would check it out that same day & let me know what needed to be done. Called me later that day & indicated the auger drive belt was slipping & needed to be replaced. He ordered it and 4 days later called & said it was ready.Very impressed!! Where else in the FM area can you get service like this?Highly recommend!!

I have fear and trepidation each time a small engine goes down. The cost and time delays for fixing them make me wish I knew how to do the repairs myself. After my son fixed his single stage snowblower at KRK quickly and not too high a cost, I brought my larger Murray two stage snowblower in for a carb repair and rope replacement. The crew at KRK had it fixed in less than two days and the cost I thought was reasonable. Unfortunately it did not run perfectly, I had to return it, and KRK fixed a pinched gas line in less than a day; no charge!! I am very pleased with their service, cost, professionalism, and overall modernness of their facilities. I would recommend small engine equipment be repaired at KRK, and will be back in the future. It s great to have them in Moorhead.

I never thought I d get my son s old snowmobile up and running until I brought it to KRK. They are very reasonable priced and very friendly. It definitely was done in a timely manner as well. I do highly recommend bringing any kind of recreational toy to them for repairs.

Recently had our snowblower in for a tuneup. They did everything right. We were a little concerned about delivery but it all worked out would definitely use them again.

I contacted KRK because my snowblower suddenly stopped working. I am new to this area, so I kind of had to make a random choice. I am glad I went to KRK. They quickly solved the issue, at a reasonable cost, and they were very easy to work with. I highly recommend KRK.
