Jeff and his team were friendly and knowledgeable. The process was quick and painless. I dropped our vehicle off and they kept it warm in their shop unit I was able to drive it out myself. They even fixed my windshield wiper that hadn t been operating properly for months! Thank you thank you! We WILL be back.

I had a cracked windshield. Estimate time was given for fixing it and they were able to be done before the estimate! Worked very well with insurance company! Very professional and hard working crew that did an awesome job! I highly recommend Glass Doctor Auto of Moorhead!

Unbelievably great customer service! My windshield got damaged and they were able to replace it fast! In and out in the same day! Great quality too! Would recommend to anyone who needs their windshields repaired or replaced!

As a first time customer this was all new to me. My daily driver needed a full windshield replacement and these folks got it done right. Thank you to the installer who's name I don't know and also Dean working the front desk. Your coworkers did great work and I am beyond happy.

Had a GREAT experience. I had a rock hit my windshield. I sent a message via their website and someone called me within the hour. They explained everything in detail on dealing with sending claim to insurance. They were able to direct bill, so i didn t pay ANYTHING day off! They dealt with it all. I asked how long it would be, they said 2 hours for rapid and calibration, they were exactly right they called be within 2 hours to pick it up! 5 stars!

We had our sons windshield replaced. They were very nice from the first call through the completion of the job. Preston was able to get us in within 2 days, and did awesome work! I would highly recommend to our friends and family.

Glass Doctor of Fargo ND not only replaced my windows in a timely manner, they did it at half the cost of the nearest competitor, I will go to them for all my glass repair needs.

Fast and convenient service! Helped with insurance inquiries and offered a good price for whole windshield replacement. Friendly pros who go above and beyond to accommodate. I had a great experience the staff were professional and worked with me as I managed my insurance claim. They even helped me fill my flat bike tires while the car was in the shop. Can t say enough about their great customer service.

I had my windshield replaced and they were efficient with great customer service. I chipped the windshield within a month- completely not their fault, and they repaired the chip for free. You don t encounter that kind of costumer service anymore.

I have now had 6 windshields replaced by Glass Doctor of Moorhead and the service has always been outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that things are done right the first time. It is one of the few businesses that still believes in customer service and it shows. I will not go anywhere else in the FM area.

We have had several windshields replaced in the past several years and the service has been exemplary. Service was performed in a professional manner. The people are extremely courteous, helpful and very professional. I will most certainly go to Glass Doctor for all my glass needs. I m extremely satisfied with Glass Doctor in Moorhead.

Wonderful experience!Great people to work with. Everyone I worked with was very friendly. I am a college student and the customer service I received is unmatched at this point in my life.Been there twice now once to replace the windshield on my old '99 Mercedes and another time to fix a chip in a windshield (which happened 1 week after getting the windshield replaced on a 5 hour drive from the twin cities area to moorhead). SCREAMING fast wifi. While I was waiting for my windshield to be replaced I downloaded a few steam games to my laptop at rates of up to and past 7megabytes/second (note not megabits). What I really like about Glass Doctor though, is how they don't have that disconnect between customer service/relations and business protocol/flow. If you go there, you are the priority.

I needed a small sliding bathroom mirror replaced. They cut a special piece of mirror for me to try out. It didn't quite fit, so they made me a new one that did fit. Total charge for my job was only four dollars! They provided me with excellent customer service. They have earned my recommendation and future business.

I have used Glass Doctor of Moorhead 3-4 times over the years for windshield chip repairs. They've always done a good job, and promptly. The employees are friendly, and helpful with submitting to insurance.
