I used their flyer coupon for a great rate on full synthetic oil change and safety inspection ($36). They even provide free Uber rides home and back to pick up the car when it's complete. Safety inspection was thorough.Cons: I'd asked at desk to have tires aired up at drop off and it was forgotten (in fairness I did not remind the technician who called to review the recommended vehicle repairs). Estimates for suggested repairs seemed high compared to my mechanic, but they weren't pushy and provided a printed list for me. Neither was a big issue, still 5 star service and price!

I've been taking my vehicles here for a while now. They're always friendly and accommodating. Very good at communicating what needs to be done and the most efficient (and cost efficient) way of completing it. They also won't try to have work done that isn't necessary. I love that all the recommended work can be accessed immediately with pictures or videos of critical things. Their website also let's me know what everything will cost and gives me the option to approve or deny it right away so no one needs to wait on a phone call. I've also used their online scheduling option and I love that I'm able to put a dollar amount of how much they're able to do without having to ask (but I'm sure they will anyway).Overall I just love the online/digital aspects of the business. It's definitely something I've never experienced with any other mechanic and it makes things easier and more efficient.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

The best in the FM area, hands down! Everyone else said I was required to replace sway bars in pairs, but these guys said that it s not necessary. Recommended, but not necessary. Saved me a couple hundred bucks! Great prices plus they paid for my Ubers from the shop and back. Great service. They help those who are less fortunate with some of their profits and labor too, providing vehicles for those in tough situations. Never going elsewhere again!

I cannot say enough about these good folks. The last mechanic I took my car too not only installed the wrong parts, but did so on the wrong wheel and to top it off they did so incorrectly. Fix it Forward found the issue and got me back up and running in no time. I will never go anywhere else for auto repairs. They are honest, polite and professional.

I brought my wife's 4Runner in on for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement. I had been waiting in the lobby when I got a call from my wife who went into labor and needed to get to the hospital (of all the times for this to happen!) several of the employees of Fix It Forward offered to give me a ride home to intercept my wife, it was the most incredible service. Though an unconventional circumstance, it spoke to the quality of people that work out of this shop. They have always treated my family very well. Highly recommend!

I m rather new customer at Fix It Forward. I have been there twice. The first time was to have new tires and brakes installed and the second was to have an oil change. Very impressed with the staff in all aspects. I really nice surprise was the technology with which they communicate with you regarding additional concerns that may have been identified as well as the cost and how urgent it is at this time. The technology is amazing!! I m also impressed with the Uber driver service, For a courtesy ride, although one time it didn t work out and I had to scramble for a Plan B. The lack of a courtesy/Uber driver has been the only challenge I ve encountered so far, and would definitely recommend Fix It Forward for service for your vehicle. They ll take good care of you!

Buyer beware! I made an appointment for a oil change and alignment at the downtown location. I was told I needed a new wheel bearing and tie rod. My husband didn't believe them, so he took it to another mechanic. Guess what, nothing was wrong with either. It was great when it was Adrian's repair shop! I went there for years. Buyer beware!

A business is only as good as it's employees. Fix It a Forward in Moothead is OUTSTANDING!!! They helped me and I am so very grateful for their kindness.Thank you Collin! Repairs and complete check to inform me of any potential problems.When I can no longer drive my vehicle it will be going to them. They will fix any problems and give it to someone in need of it.

Communication was top notch and staff was super friendly! A thorough check was done and other issues where found other than what it was taken in for, but never once where they pushy about anything. They fix what you say to fix and it's that simple.Highly recommend!

I can't express how happy I am with the whole entire staff here. They treated me like a human and explained every little detail about what tires were going to be best for me and not just some chick they could sell the most expensive tires to. They also updated me every step of the way. I absolutely give them an 11 out of 10! Great job guys.

I got a screw in my tire very late in the day, most everyone had went home for the day. A technician stayed late, removed the tire from my truck, repaired the puncture, and remounted. There were no extra charges, which I would have gladly paid because they totally bailed me out of a horrible situation. I will push everyone I know to give this place business. Also everyone was extremely kind and professional. When I know at that time of day it sure isn't easy to be, and all you want to do is go home.

I ve used them a few times. They ve been good, a little higher priced than most private shops but I m assuming this is to help cover costs on the donation car repairs they do and give to needing families. My last encounter was when I stopped in to see how much it d cost to replace an alternator on my car. She couldn t give me an answer?? She wanted me to schedule an appointment for 3 days later to let them go over my car etc etc. I told her I didn t need all that, I already know my alternator is bad, so I just need the rough idea of a replacement cost if I had them do it. She gave me some more run around about how they never know what they re getting into until they get it in and check it out, blah blah blah really? In today s world of technology you no longer can look up my car, it s alternator replacement costs, and then the labor hours required to fulfill the job and give me an estimated idea of cost? That was a very frustrating experience after standing behind another customer being helped for 15 minutes while watching 3 other people back behind her by the desks chit chatting amongst themselves. Maybe that s what the coffee and comfy couches were for? Anyways, I left the place very frustrated and called someone else. I guess it s your loss of business because you wanted to schedule my car 3 days out to get it in the shop so you can crawl around it to find potentially other things wrong. Don t get me wrong, it s great you do that, but I didn t want that. Just a simple alternator replacement estimate because I didn t have time to do it myself. Come on peeps, you used to be a great shop I recommended to everyone, but it appears you ve changed over the years.

BEWARE of this facility I took my car in for a miss . Turned out the transmission was slipping. Wasn't to concerned since I had insurance (another good deal gone bad Endurance Read fine print before purchasing) GM Collin called me stating my rear main was seeping I asked about the cost at the time was between 3 and 4 hundred dollars. I called a transmission repair shop was told it was 1/2 hr replace the seal with the transmission out . I then called Collin to make sure we were talking about the same seal. He stated he'd check with his tech and call me back. Well the price changed to 285.00 I turned down the repair of the seal . Approximately 2 weeks later I picked up my car and when I signed the paperwork to pick up my car I noticed the price change again on the seal to. 228.95 plus tax for a 1/2 hr job. Its sad they hide behind their religious ties to draw ppl in to take them for a ride. Please Beware if u decide to use this facility I'd get a second opinion on any repairs.

Kind, considerate, friendly business! My Caravan needed major repairs and it was more than an oil change. They needed to keep it for a couple days but always updated me with the progress. I ll surly return for my future needs.

My car had rattles coming from the rear suspension on my 31 year old convertible. The mechanic diagnosed the issue, was able to get the necessary parts and successfully completed the repair. No more rattles!

Since finding Fix it Forward when my car needs a repair I do not feel stressed. The whole experience from booking the appointment, dropping off the car, getting the estimate and picking up the car. Excellent in every way. Outstanding customer service and communication with every step of the way. Fix it Forward also has financing available. A comfortable waiting area with a choice of different beverages and delicious snacks while you wait. I was very impressed with everything from the phone call to get an appointment to the speed of service. I needed my car back by 11:00 but due to circumstances, when I arrived at the shop, my time of need had changed to an earlier time. My car was done in plenty of time which really helped. The other wonderful service was an Uber was arranged for my trip home and again when I needed to pick up my vehicle ! This service was very much appreciated as I didn t have a driver of my own. Very professional and kind. We had a complicated repair, parts needed to be ordered, it was in the shop 5 days yet they worked overtime so we could have our vehicle back on Friday.
