I would not recommend Brady's Service Center to anyone! My car started having some issues, so I had it towed to their service station. Initially they told me that the spark plugs and one coil was misfiring they quoted me $604. Then a couple days later they told me that a couple of cables needed to be cleaned as they were corroded for an additional $27. They also said the front brakes were almost metal on metal so that was another$472.I approved all this and they said they would have it done by the next day. However, that was not the case. I then got another text saying there was a crankshaft position sensor that neededto be replaced and now my total was going to be $1321. Once again I was already into it, so I agree to this. But this was just the beginning as I come to find out. After a month of them having my car and working on it, I was now told that I needed a new computer and that my final bill would be close to $2000.Moving forward, I did not hear from them unless I would periodically text asking when my car would be done. They told me they were still working on it. Finally, after 4 months of them "working" on my car they told me it was done, but now my total was $3965.24. I did not agree to any additional charges, nor was I told that there would be additional charges. On top of that when I went to pick it up they didn't have the receipt ready for me. So I wasn't allowed to get it. So I had to go back the next day and when I did, there was damage to the bumper, grease all over the inside, and my trunk didn't pop, and all four tires were low. After 4 months, they couldn't even air up my tires!I then had to take it to another shop to fix my trunk for $78, they were also nice enough to air up my tires for me. I also got quotes for the bumper repair, which is going to be $1307 and detailing for $350. I text Brady's Service Center with photos of my bumper and they didn't even respond to me. Claiming "they didn't get my texts". Even though most of our communication was through text.I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Good gasoline station! Be careful driving out as the curbside borders are not marked, easy to run off and damage car when dark. They should market the driveway. Also, it is the inly place in town where you can buy real no ethanol high octane gasoline. Most of other stations have old stickers claiming ethanol free options, which is no longer true because they all get gasoline from the Marathon refinery in Mandan, ND and they mix ethanol at the refinery now.

Wouldn't recommend. Fixed an issue with my steering column, in the process disconnecting the electronics for my airbags and traction control system - and the dashboard lights turned on, they had to have noticed but made no effort to fix it before telling me my car was ready to pick up. Made my car unsafe to drive and cost me hundreds of dollars to get it fixed correctly elsewhere.

Brady s is awesome! My car suddenly wouldn t start one night, I got it towed in on a Monday and they got back to me the next day with what was wrong! The communication was great and timely, and I got my car back in two weeks, which I thought was quick considering the absolute list of stuff that was messed up. As a college student who lives a few hours from home I m always a little worried about getting taken advantage of since I don t know much about cars, but everyone at Brady s were very kind and professional, not to mention the 10% student discount that saved me nearly $300! I definitely plan on coming back here for future service!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Car towing

This person is a crook. Nickel and dime. Do NOT bring your vehicle here unless you have deep pockets and the propensity for putting up with excuses as to why they couldn't fix it right the first time. If only you give them just a little more. I was a fool for bringing my vehicle here. Please save yourself a headache and go to a different mechanic.

Based on phone calls and emails with Brady he needs support and assistance. I recomend cheap highschool chop shop class trainees tech school apprentices to assist him. Dont let this guy go down.

Brady's is the most expensive, price gouging, rude ownership place for less than sufficient work. We have had multiple repairs done over the last few months & 9/10 times, we had to go back or go somewhere else because it wasn't fixed properly the first time. We spent $1900 on my husband car & left with it still not running - then my husband who knows absolutely nothing about mechanics, figured it out from youtube & got it running within an hour after getting it back. When they did the brakes on my car, they forgot to put brake clips on & I had to go back 2x for them to figure it out based on the awful noise it was making. Brake clips seem like a very basic part of a brake job, honestly. The ONLY reason we went back more than once was to utilize the financing option offered.Brady himself is very rude & has made it clear that customer service is not on the top of his priority list. I have several rude texts from Brady which include him accusing me of "wasting his time & my money" due to miscommunication from his own employee. It's ridiculous, truly. Atleast Jason was always polite.The price gouging is INSANE. We paid nearly $550 for 1 wheel bearing at Brady's & 2 months later paid $335 for the same service elsewhere! Oh, & did I mention $278 for SPARK PLUGS.I'd give 0 stars if I could. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

Horrible experience. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I took my tire to be patched on 10/17/22. After the repair was done I only made it two blocks before my car steering wheel was shaking. This had not been happening prior to my arrival at the shop. I immediately took the car back. Brady's staff took a look at it and said everything looked good. It was Fast forward two days as I took my car to another company to get new tires. I heard from that company a short time later and they stated they could not change my tires because there was a broken stud on the tire that I had just had fixed at Brady's. I didn't even know what that meant. The tire company explained that whoever had put the tire on had broke the stud. I called Brady's back and they denied breaking the stud. They tried to tell me that it was broken when I arrived. I had helped my husband change my flat tire and all of lugs were there and in good shape and the only place I drove was from my driveway to Brady's shop which is only a mile. After I called Brady's out they continued to argue that the stud was broken on my arrival. Brady's also sent a text to my husband claiming that they told me that Jason who fixed the tire, told me that the stud was broken. This was an OUTRIGHT LIE! Nothing was said about the stud. My assumption is that Jason broke it and doesn't want to get into trouble with his boss. There was nothing on my receipt about a broken stud or any recommendations about getting it fixed. Brady's admitted in the text that they put the recommendation on their records after I left. Ten minutes after I called them they also came back claiming to have video footage of my car with the broken stud, but at the time of this review we have no evidence of that.Services: Tires, Auto exhaust system repair

Overcharge and price gouge. I was charged 76 dollars for 7.5 quarts of oil! Not to mention 4 dollars for a half gallon of washer fluid. In total my bill was 114 dollars for an oil change. I mean REALLY!Update: After two years they responded to my review. Good job Brady!Service: Oil change

I have never had such a positive service experience in my 40 years of driving. Our manual transmission car started jerking and the engine light came on as we drove east on the interstate. We slowly pulled off of the highway and into the nearest garage. We were in the middle of a 1,000 mile journey we were planning to complete in one day. Brady greeted us, ran the diagnostics and set to work right away so that we could continue our journey. He was calm and knowledgeable. We waited in the cafe and the staff were friendly and courteous. The work was done well and we were on our way in under 2 hours. I highly recommend Brady and his team for their expertise and genuine commitment to service. I would make this my regular garage if i lived anywhere nearby.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I worked here for 4 years and never have had a better boss. I would have kept working there if I didn't move closer to home. Brady is fair and treats all employees like a boss should. He wanted me to succeed while I was there, he even paid to send me to several classes to get better at my job. Working in customer service is a hard task and I give him so much credit for being able to handle any situation or problem. Brady and his family treated me like family while I was away from mine. They often brought in food for all employees and have a really cool bonus system for all employees. People forget that small businesses are not easy to run and are harshly scrutinized as well. I normally do not write reviews, but felt this one is needed. We live 65 miles from Moorhead, when in Mhd our alternator started going, we were a couple blocks from Bradys in S. Mhd. Got the car there & the ONLY good thing was they fixed it the same day. A one hr job turned into three. We had an extended warranty of which they would not cooperate with the co. We ended up paying about 1/3 because there prices were excessive. When arriving home our vehicle was making noise we had not heard before. Took it back to Bradys & they misdiagnosed the problem saying it was the clutch for our air conditioning, was not a concern to them& sent us on our way. We called our local Ford dealer & got the vehicle in for them to ck. They found the Tension Belt & Alternator assembly were ruined. They had to be replaced & told on a vehicle with 46,000 miles this should have not gone bad. Our car is not making noise. WATCH OUT, we can not be the first they have done this to.

We landed here when our car blew a hose on the interstate. They didn't have the necessary part for my foreign car, but promised they could get it the next day. I was nervous leaving my baby in unfamiliar hands. I shouldn't have worried. My car was repaired the next day in plenty of time to pick it up. The guys did a great job and charged me a fair price. These reviews don t do this place justice. They are the first and only shop I ve ever been confident to recommend friends or family to go to. I even gave them a task that would have been easy for them to milk for extra labor. I was nervous and expecting to possibly argue about the value even though I felt I could trust them. They UNDERCHARGED me in my honest opinion. I was stunningly impressed.Mechanic job is tough when it comes to trying to be fair, not screw yourself or the customer, but also to give honest opinions on what can be done or what can maybe safely go without doing without putting the customers safety at risk. 90% of people will never understand this.Brady s is the most HONEST dealings I ve EVER HAD with a shop and I will send any work their way I don t have time to do for friends and family.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

After reading some negative reviews, I thought this would be helpful to new customers. I am writing this review before my car is completed at Brady's Service Center. First off, I asked for for an estimate on the services that needs to be done. They came back higher than what I thought. I politely told them this. Nick was trying to find parts for this older 1986 Pontiac Fiero. He came back with a closer estimate what I was thinking it should be around. During this whole process, both Nick and Brady have communicated with us. Giving advice and even helping to find the best solutions for us. He suggested using another body shop in Moorhead that he felt was better to take my car to. They have had our car for over a week. (A summer collector car). They both told us that the car will be done after they test drive it. Two times now there was issues that they felt wasn't safe for my wife to drive it. They kept it and still working on solving the issue. They easily could of said it was completed and had me pick up the car. They DID NOT do this. They want to finish it right the first time. During this process the communication has been excellent and even at times funny exchanges were made. When it came to the car, Brady would say, In all seriousness now. He was able to separate the two conversation aspects of the situation. I will do an honest Follow Up Review, Feed back once my car is totally completed. At this time. I would not hesitate in using Brady's Service Center. I believe this is our third time working with them. I give them a A+ of excellent service. Paid an excessive amount of money just for them to tell me what i already told them and to do stuff on my car which i never asked for. I suggest you never bring your vehicle here.

I m so happy with how above and beyond this place went to get me back on the road. Made it 6 hours from Wisconsin on my way to Williston when my car started to overheat. 90 degree day, stuck on the side of the road I called for a tow and called maybe 6 places to take my car to which none where able to help me. I tried Bradys and thankfully they said they could take a look at it and see what they could do mind you it was already 3 by the time I got there. Service went beyond closing time by 3 hours trying to fix the problem just so I wouldn t be stuck with my 3 year old 6 hours from home. I m truly thankful from the bottom of my heart. Most places wouldn t have been this generous and woulda told me I m SOL and to find a hotel and come back tomorrow but they where determined to make sure I could get on the road the same day. Once again thank you all truly for going above and beyond and staying late just to make sure we where safe. 1000/10.

New to the area and live near by. I went in to inquire on the costs of some routine maintenance. Their was a young woman in front of me, probably a college student, and the way the mechanic was talking to her was appalling. If I couldn t trust my wife or daughter to go somewhere, I won t go there either.

I needed a hub replaced. It's hard as a single woman to find a good, knowledgeable mechanic with integrity. They were fast and efficient. They also did a great check on the rest of my vehicle which I wasn't expecting! Awesome job guys! Special thanks to Nick! You rock!

Was having a pretty rough time waiting for a tow until Brady arrived to save the day. Brady was so kind and helpful in getting my vehicle to the shop. I m so thankful for him. He took great care of us. He even went out of his way to get us to our other vehicle.

Bradys service center is top notch service. They are upfront and do their best to make customers feel well informed and know their options. I love supporting locally owned and operated businesses! This one is family run. Great convenience store items and lots of variety. Conveniently located!

BEWARE: Incredibly expensive and they are price gougers. I took my car there to get a "service engine" light read and asked for an estimate on the replacement. They gave me an estimate of over $500 for repairs. A separate mechanic in Moorhead said they would do the same repair for only $200. So I picked up my car and decided not to do work with them. But they still stuck me with a $115 bill just for running the computer test codes, which O'Reillys and most other mechanics do for free. Then an additional $60 for simply checking my spark plugs and coils. Ridiculous! I am a college student who trusted them for work in the past since they advertised being trustworthy mechanics. I will never do business with Brady's service center again and I suggest that no else does either. Very dissapointed!P.S. I would've given them zero stars if I could've.

I took my jeep grand cherokee for a estimate cause it haz a bad clock spring they took the whole day to test the car and do a computer test just to charge $300 bucks and didn't do a thing they didn't replace some screws they were missing and I'm in the same spot just no clue what is wrong whit the car do not used this services they just steal your money

I visit Brady s a few times a week and have been doing so for years. Every time I go there I am greeted by a friendly face. The store is always clean, and the service is great. I have never had any problems with a repair or the service department at all. Brady and his staff have been nothing but fair and have helped me with all my needs.One person claimed they support small business and then turned around and complained about the price of water/milk. Do you know how big businesses like Walmart can sell stuff cheaper than its competitors? They get better deals. Why? Because they do a ton of business with its suppliers and buy large quantities, therefore, they get discounts. Apply this to a gas station like Holiday, which has like 600 stations, and it s easier to see why they can sell their milk cheaper. So if you as a small business buy each gallon of milk at say $2.79 a gallon and mark it up 50% while holiday pays $2.00 a gallon and marks it up the same 50%, it s easy to see why there s a big difference in price. Small businesses still have to profit and still have bills to pay. If you think it s as simple as just paying rent and utilities you re dead wrong. Try running a small business before you spout off about prices.It s so easy to tarnish businesses today and anyone can do it with a click of the mouse, and it s sad. Read other reviews submitted by the people who gave one star and most of them have posted nothing but negative remarks on every review. To me that just says they like to complain.Like I said, I have always been greeted by a friendly face and have been treated right. I haven t had a bad experience yet and that s why I continue to support them.

The worst service anywhere! They would not work with our extended warranty, they over charged by Triple, and broke a working part of the car fixing the original issue. We had to go to a dealership to have everything fixed! Awful customer service. Would not recommend!

My husband brought a tire in that he could feel the air leaking out of. Told the guy in the shop. Waited for him to repair it. The guy came back and said that he replaced a valve stem. My husband repeated himself saying no i am pretty sure it has a hole I could feel it and it was a fast leak i drove it earlier and now its flat. The mechanic told him he was wrong. My husband left and within the hour it was flat. He called and service was closed. Went back today with the tire and explained that the tire was not fixed it did have a hole in it and that it needed to be fixed. The guy fought with my husband and even answered a phone call while talking to my husband. He called my husband a liar and said he could of left and got a nail in it. My husband had to talk to Brady because this is not great customer service. These people will rip you off and care nothing about customer service or how their employee's treat customers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Several years ago, our motorhome broke down. While Brady's Service Center doesn't typically work on RVs, he was more than happy to send a tow truck and then work to fix the problem and get us back on the road. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

They told my Aunt that she needed expensive repairs. When I showed up the short guy who is the owner tried to fast talk and make it seem like a suggestion. Over priced and scammers! If you are not educated in auto repair do not go alone. My aunt is elderly and on a fixed income. I would give 0 or - negative stars if possible.
