I have very good customer service at Auto zone. I needed wiper blades & I couldn't get them installed they came out in the cold wet & helped me. Also their prices are competetive. Know many who do business & have refered several people to them & will continue.

My daughter is 10 hours away from home and going to college at MSUM. The bulb for her headlight went out and was concerned on where to take car to get it replaced. She stopped into this AutoZone and the kind staff not only got her the right bulb but, they also installed it for her at no charge in sub zero temps. Can't thank them enough.

Stopped to pick up a part that was previously ordered. Walked in n counter personal were busy assisting customers. As soon as the 1st counter personal was available I walked up to the counter told him I was there to pick up a part that had been previously ordered. The part was on the counter waiting to be picked up. The counter person handed me the part along with a copy of the invoice n I was out the door n on my way back to the shop. Was in n out in 15mins. Sweet

Excellent Service! Worth going out of your way to come here. Refreshing these day's to have this kind of customer service. It was super cold out and the gentleman came out and installed a windshield wiper for me, notice my other one was broken and replaced it as well. Thank You!

Daniel went above and beyond resetting fuses on our minivan after the battery was replaced. It was almost 90 degrees outside and he was super pleasant. We re grateful for him.

I called both Auto Zone and their competitors down the road (O riellys). The dude at O s seemed rude. Wasn t real helpful when simply wanting a new battery. The guy at Auto zone was awesome. He put the battery in because I couldn t due to my back. He was helpful and actually acted like he wanted to help. Thanks Auto Zone!! I know where I ll go in the future.

They had the parts I needed at a reasonable price. The young man who was helping me could definitely use some more training. He was a little lost when it came to discussing the replacement of my exhaust manifold gaskets.

The workers were somewhat awkward due to not explaining how to use the weird set up due to covid. Friendly and helpful otherwise but some directing on where to go would have helped. Also I am not sure the benefit of having me lean so far is when the credit card reader could be more accessible.

Went here to purchase a new battery for the car and was impressed with the look of the store....very well laid out and a great selection of any products you may need for your vehicle!! Daniel was a great help and very knowledgeable in his position!! We will return for future auto part needs!!

I have been stop asking about issues my suv and tell them was jump start coming to there shop. One of there employee tell me ok stop the engine and then won t start up again so, ask him flavor jump start like emergency type, he actually can t do it. What kind of shop don t do customers ask than other autozone do it. I recommend this location in Moorhead,MN pretty bad to customer experience

I was fixing my brakes and found out that I needed a new caliper and AutoZone was able to order it from nearby store and get it delivered to my local store on a holiday! These guys have been awesome for getting parts for my weird Mazda, thanks a ton!

They had my heater blower motor in stock for cheap, $85. I put it in in their parking lot and it's perfect. Smooth and silent. Thanks Auto Zone.
