On Saturday January 13th 2023 my Jeep Rubicon died leaving the Holiday station on Brandt Dr in Fargo . It wouldn't turn over at all. Tried jumping it but once cables removed it died. We ended up calling Aggressive Towing and figured there would be a wait. The initial call was handled by a very pleasant gal that took my info, informed me they would be able to get me taken care of, and an approximate wait time of 2 hrs. We were contacted by Carter within the 2 hr time frame. I let him know the keys were inside the Holiday and asked if I needed to get there. Carter was amazing! He took care of everything without us having to run over. He got Jeep loaded up, delivered to Certified Auto Repair and promptly called us when finished to let us know he put keys in drop box, accepted our payment and left receipt on seat inside Jeep. What amazing service! We can't thank Carter and Aggressive Towing enough. What an exceptional experience!

We needed our vehicle towed back to our house tonight. The gentleman who came to assist us was a very nice respectable man who was very nice to talk too. His name was Thomas H, he told us he was new. Please make sure he is REWARDED for his outstanding service.Thank You

Shout out to Blaine at Aggressive! Known him for years and always been a knowledgeable and great guy to work with. He drops off vehicles at the shop I work for very regularly. Aggressive towing and recovery has great service and they always come quickly to the service and get the job done right! Ashley Miller is always polite on the phone and doesn t skip any details when taking a call! Blaine is also a great driver and gives his all when getting the job done and gets it done in a quick and timely manner! I stupidly ran out of gas right outside of Fargo. I called and spoke to Ashley and she sent a driver named Carter to tow my car and he was great! He reassured me it happens more often than I'd think lol. Made me feel better. He was quick to respond and get me on my way.

Beware unless you have a deep pocketbook avoid this company they will milk you for every penny they can !! There is no help your neighbor here!! 2500 for a tow !! 30 miles from fargo !!

Call Ashley at Aggressive Towing and ask for the driver Blaine. He knows what he s doing and very good at it. He s had to hook on to a vehicle that was dangling over a steep embankment. I have used this company twice now once with Blake and the second with Carter. Both men were amazing and answered my questions as ridiculous as they were. They made me feel comfortable with them especially Carter. He towed my car and I to a tire shop and was very polite and respectful I will continue to use these guys while I'm in the area.
