Good customer service, put on new tires that were bigger than stock. They did there best to advise me that there could potentially be rubbing, as they should. But in the end got it done for $100

I called last minute because I had notice balding tires on the front. I talked to a kid who seemed new and took him a little bit to see if they had my tires in. I Got there at 530 and there was someone ahead of me. Although I was told by the kid they could squeeze me in, I was not aware of their procedures for apts. Anyhow altho I could tell they wanted to say no by time I got there, they were amazing and took care of me . I Got my tires replace for a decent price. Thank you so much.Service: Tires

They had a tire for me on a Sunday at 6pm. It was fast and I left with the feeling that I had great service and at a reasonable price.

I have been here 3 times and they have not been able to complete one task... ever. 1 time for wheel balancing, and twice for new tire installation, that's a 0% success rate. I won't bother with this Walmart any longer. I have had much better results at the Buffalo location.

I arrived at 1pm on a Tuesday afternoon and was quoted my vehicle would be done in 2.5-3 hours because they had a few others ahead of me. They didn't get to my vehicle until 5pm, 4 hours later! This only happened after I finally asked when they would get to my vehicle and had to stop them just as they tried working on another vehicle ahead of me!! They had literally no one working on any of the vehicles in the back and had two associates sitting up from gossiping and discussing the wages other employees. Super professional.

Terrible service. Brought my car in for an oil change and arrived there at 645. Waited with one person in front of me that was there first. I needed an oil change and was told it would be ready sometime this afternoon if I wanted to wait. I shared that I needed my car back before 12 as I had somewhere to be and was told they could squeeze it in, it would be 1.5-2 hours and they would call me as soon as it was ready. After 4 hours went by I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back and was placed on hold for another 10! I called the store and the employee informed me they re busy and they help the customers who are physically there before bothering with anyone that calls. She transferred me to a manager who shared me car has been ready for a while. I will not go back. I understand being busy but the service has been awful the last several times I have been there. Do not recommend.

Employees were very polite and helpful, but very slow. Everything seemed to take forever. If they could just speed up the process it would be a great place to go for repairs. Right now it's only mediocre in my opinion.

*PLEASE READ*I recently went to this auto shop center with my mom and we were treated terribly. The lady checking us in seemed as though she was intoxicated from something as she was swaying and losing her thoughts as she was talking. She also was slurring her speech as she was trying to describe what the wait was and certain options, I m certain she didn t even put in our name. She then disappeared for an extended priori of time for no reason. When we first came up she told us it would be an hour wait, that s just what we interpreted. For the whole center there was one man working the whole facility. And by the looks of him he had no clue what he was doing and that he shouldn t even be working anymore. The same is true with most of the employees at the store. Either they should not be working because of age , or, they have a disability which renders them no help whatsoever. We ended up waiting 3 hours for an oil change. And even then we were told it would be longer. This is a horrible facility and no one should waist their time here.

I went in at noon today to get a couple of cheap tires on the back of my car because that's all I could afford at the moment due to getting a new job recently and I just got this car back on the road. My rear tires are almost bald while my front ones are still pretty good. I went in and asked for a couple of specific tires to be put on the rear. The kid at the counter said that they had them but it would be probably a two hour wait. I said "Ok, I'll be back at 2." I leave and get lunch, get fuel for my car, etc. I come back at 1:50 and the manager standing next to the kid chatting away with him told me it would be another hour to an hour and a half due to them being a "first come, first serve business." I said "Ok, I'll wait." I sat right by the front desk watching 3-4 people who got there AFTER ME get in, get new tires and whatever else they needed, and leave. It hits 3:30 at this point so I've already been waiting 3 and a half hours. I go up to the counter and see the kid playing on his phone. I asked him if I could get my vehicle in yet or not. He said "yes, of course." I gave him my information and my keys and sat back down. 30 minutes go by, they haven't touched my car. 1 hour goes by, my car hasn't moved. AN HOUR AND A HALF GOES BY and they finally bring my vehicle in. It's 5 pm at this point. Just after they roll my car into the garage, the manager comes back in and comes up to talk to me. He tells me that he cannot put just the rear tires on it because the difference in tread from the new rears compared to the fronts would mess up my transfer case since my car is a 4 wheel drive and they don't want to be liable for any damage. I wasted 5 HOURS OF MY TIME to be told something that I could've been told right away and I could've been well on my way. The manager then tells me that he could either sell me the two tires that I need but not mount them or I pay for all 4 tires to be done. I don't have the money for all 4 tires. I asked for my keys back and left. This is absolutely ridiculous. I happen to have the same kind of vehicle that has a broken transfer case back at home with the same tires but in better condition so I used my garage tools to swap them around and got it all done in an hour. NOT FIVE. I really should've just done that in the first place. They didn't offer any compensation or sympathy for having to sit around for so long. I would much rather take my business somewhere that has employees that take their job and customers seriously.

Went to get an oil change a couple days ago. Was told it would be about an hour. Two hours later, they said they hadn't even started it yet so we just left.Today we go back to try again and were told it was a two hour wait AGAIN, meanwhile there's only two cars in the parking lot, the kid behind the counter is just sitting there looking bored, and there's another guy standing behind him playing on his phone!!This place is a joke! Will never be coming back.

Got here at 7am today since I ve been told by an employee that the earlier I got in the faster they could get my tires finished. Lies. As soon as I walk in they say it s going to be a 2 hr wait just to get my car in because they have two guys and then another hour to get my tires changed. 3 hours pass then I go up and ask if my car is done and tires are changed.They tell me i m Sorry they just got it in and it will be 25 minutes to an hour for the tire change . Lousy service, terrible time management and understaffed employees. Monticello Walmart Auto Care you better step up your game or you re going to be losing a lot of customers through reviews and word of mouth.

Not answering phone at 2:00 PM in afternoon. Will shop elsewhere. Typical of this store though. Edit: Went to Buffalo MN store where I prefer to shop anyway. Friendly & on the ball.

Oil change and tire rotation service. First part of experience was great. I was told it would be between an hour and half before they could get me in. I was able to leave and was called when they were ready for me to get my car I.2 hours later before car is done.

If no stars were offered, that's what they would have gotten. I only came here for the convenience of shopping at the same time. Never again though!My gas tank magically had gashes in it after an oil change.They broke off the helicoil but insisted it was "like that before".Didn't replace the filter like the ad said.When putting on new tires, they "forgot" to clean the rims.I have now spent an extra $500.00 to fix their F ups.SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

9.08.18 Got in line 12:45, 10min later I was told it's a 5 hour wait! I know there's a little wiggle room in that estimate but in my previous experience the wiggle room will make it even longer. I went somewhere else.I give 2 stars because I've been coming here for years and know what to expect (mistakes, long waits, wrong materials) and the price usually beats the surrounding shops (looking at my list, I'm pretty sure the negatives outweigh a good "deal"?Ok I'll change to 1.

New tires were installed less than 1 hour with an appointment. It was unbelievably better than the previous experience at this place. It seems all mechanics are replaced.

Called ahead, first come first serve for tires so I ordered online, shipped to store & showed up super early...barely waited and everyone was incredibly friendly! Great customer service!

0 stars absolutely terrible service they need more people would never come again they will just make you wait or say I can t help worst service ever been here since open told me to go home and come back at 10 and I did and then I sat and waited tell 1 and they finally pulled it in. And took it back out said can t help wish i knew that befor I was waiting forever. Been waiting for 2 months for them to touch my truck what a joke

Had everything shut down over an hour before posted closing time and refused to do an oil change. 3 employees standing at the counter chatting away doing nothing.Previous experience I had to wait for them to change my oil twice as they put the wrong kind in the first time.Never good service here, don't bring these guys your business.

Open only from noon to 6 on a first come basis. I was there at 1130am and 2 ladies entered from the front and were waiting my car was the only one there and the only person inside wouldn't open the door for me. I packed up and went to auto zone and got treated like a human being

Cross threaded the bolt on my oil pan and wrote it on the receipt i get after the oil change.When I bring up thay they broke my oil pan at the next oil change they refused to fix their mistake and stated I was told about this which is an outright lie.Then they just try to push me out the door saying there are no managers who can assist me because one is on vacation and one is working overnight.Meanwhile I have a car thats leaking oil and no one to pay for the fix but me.

Been there three times and the wait for two tires was two and a half hours went to elk River and got me in right away much better service
