They've had our truck for 2 months kept us completely in the dark about everything. They were supposed to call us when they started working on the truck so we could get a rental. They never did. I would absolutely not bring my vehicle to them again.

Steel's Collision did an awesome job on my 2024 Seltos - when I had the accident I didn't think it would ever be the same - but the work done on my car was far and above my expectation - it looked like it came off the show room floor. I would highly recommend Steele's for any repair on a vehicle - they are a excellent company to work with. Thank you for the great service

Very reliable in car repairs after an accident in the parking lot. Car looks spotless, no trace of damage. Costs are very reasonable compared to other autobody shops.

My car had heavy damage on the driver side after an accident. Steele's had the shortest wait time in the area (7-8 weeks). My window would not shut so they made sure to cover it so nothing got damaged inside from the winter weather. They called to give me updates throughout the process. They worked well with insurance. When I picked up my vehicle after 2 months with them it looked great. Like brand new again. I would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Best collision repair ever. It took five months for my car to get in and it was worth it. They even cleaned my car so well after repairs were completed that it looked as if it had been professionally detailed. Excellent work, great customer service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Decided to wait for them to get my body damage and bumper repaired on my truck because they did a great job when I had hail damage a few years ago. This time around John was terrible. No communication. Took almost a week longer that they said because they didn't even look at it for a week and a half after I brought it in. There were scuffs and scratches from them removing and replacing parts so I had to go back and have them fix it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had collision repair to a vehicle. Steele's kept us informed of progress. There was a slight delay because a part was received damaged. They let me know right away. When we picked up the vehicle, the repair was as I expected. And they also had the entire vehicle spotless. I will recommend this business. They're fantastic!

They do good work. Car looks great after crash. Took one star off because it takes so long to get your car looked at or worked on. They are very busy.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience in working with John Vit and Steele's Collision and Glass. After a mishap that resulted in two small dents in my tailgate and a broken tail light, I was sick about the damage to my fairly new truck. John gave me a fast quote, got my truck in quickly for repair and returned in the promised time. He was easy to work with, thorough in communication, and even trusted me to deliver the insurance payment when I received it. My truck was repaired and back to me within 12 days of my accident. My company car had front end damage and Steeles was the in network certified shop to do the repairs for element fleet that we lease the cars through. John and Rich got me in right away for and estimate and scheduled for repairs. Car was picked up on time when they said would be done and communication was great throughout the process. These guys are very professional and good to do business with. The repairs were done to my satisfaction, A+ technicians and they went above and beyond to make it a great experience! Very professional services. They team there are great! I had to replace my car engine, it took sometime for them to find a suitable replacement engine but then they tried their best to get it installed in a timely manner. I had a great experience with my car getting fixed at Steele s collision. They went over and beyond and my car looks better now than before the accident and was done in a very timely matter. Went in for an estimate and had photos taken of my vehicle, left my number and email and was told I would have the estimate by the end of the week. Another week later, when I called for the 3rd time to get this estimate sent to me, they said they had no record of me or my vehicle and that I needed to come in again for another estimate.Service: Body & Trim

I said I could drop on 8/19 John said that would work seeing they were booked the week before. Truck sat there a week while I was in a rental. I called the 23rd. Never touched it. John said there booked thru the end of Sept. Don't know why I dropped it. I went and pulled out of here. I was recommended by a dealer and this reflects on them also. They have been advised. Just not good business practice. Now I start over with a new body shop.

Employee was on time, came to my house, just needed my keys and got to work. Replaced my window super quickly, and even cleaned up the broken glass I forgot to get myself. Didn't expect him to go above and beyond like that at all, just replace the window and go, but he put in the extra effort just because. Very polite and efficient.

I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else for auto body repair. Before finding Steele's, I had a not so good experience with a different body shop. Now, I will only recommend Steele's to people who ask for advice on where to bring their vehicles. Repairs and paint job are impeccable.

I was sick when I crumpled the corner of my brand new car. I brought it here, got a rental and left it for a week. When I picked my baby up again you couldn't tell anything had ever happened! I cost much less than I expected, too. When my son got in an accident later, I knew where to send him.

Stay away! Theses guys couldnt even fix all the damage to my car under a claim. I'm doing some work on said vehicle now and I know it was damage from the accident. no way it couldn't have been... Idk if it was lazeiness or lack of attention. Also, they kept my car for a whole month because of a "back ordered" part. Companies that care work harder then these guys...

Don't waste your time! went there a week ago for a simple estimate to send to my adjuster, they took pics I gave them my info and they sent me on my way, I still haven't heard back! Other shops in St cloud gave me detailed estimates on the spot!

Windshield replacement...great service..great people...the entire process was handled by them...will definitely be returning if I need any other auto body work...only issue was the windshield was not as clean as I would like.

Replace the hatch on a brand new Jeep and did not connect the electrical or the windshield washer fluid tube so I don't think I'd ever go there again
