The staff here was extremely helpful and courteous. I had a special request for our Jeep windshield and they made my husband's day. They located a windshield with the infamous "Willy" logo. Thanks Joe, we love it! I would highly recommend Steele Auto, Monticello, for your auto glass replacement.

The crew at Steele's was awesome! Very friendly and responsive, returning phone calls quickly and following up on any questions I had. Enterprise Rental is adjacent to them, which made it really convenient to get a rental car while my vehicle was in for the repairs. They even washed and cleaned my vehicle inside and out before I picked it up. I swear my vehicle looks better now than it did when I purchased it. I would definitely recommend Steele's.

I could not be more pleased with my relationship with Steele's. They have repaired several of my vehicles and done a wonderful job. I'm known to be rather fussy and couldn't be more satisfied! They treat you like you're one of the family and are always willing to accomodate wherever they can to make your experience a good one. They return your vehicle clean and like new again! Good job Steele's. I would recommend you to anyone!

I don't trust people, but I trust them. I had a small no fault accident in my work Truck. It took me a month to even find time to deal with it because it was my work vehicle. Steeles was busy and said that they could do it in about a week and a half. I told them that I had the next 3 days off and it would help me out immensely if they could find a way to do it in the next three days. They said, reluctantly, thay could. When I brought my work Truck in the next morning, John V drove me home in his own vehicle. About a 20 minute drive.These guys did the work in the time they promised and, I felt, went out of their way for me. I appreciate the professional and carrying conduct and terrific work they did. I highly recommend these guys!!! Way to go guys!

Steeles is fantastic! I wrecked my truck on 494 three weeks ago and chose steeles because they are a home town professional shop. Their facility is state of the art and they use all of the latest technology to repair vechicles and make them like new again. From the moment I walked in they were friendly and efficient. The process was painless with them and my truck was retuned to me in perfect condition. They are maticulas and pay attention to the details they even found a bad brake pump that was damaged in the crash and would have effected the brakeing capability of my vehicle but was only slight noticeable and I drove the truck prior to the repairs and did note that the brakes felt spungy but they still worked well I thought it was in my head (I haul my child in this car so thankful they found that). Finally they care about the job they do and the people that walk in their door.I would defiantly recommend this shop they are amazing!

Had our car at steels for service, they could not do all the work in shop, they sent it to the auto shop that's behind them, we were quoted three different prices in the two weeks it took them to fix the car, they gave us false information about when the car would be finished, finally when the car was done the price went up yet again. They would not work with us on the price, they blamed each other for the Miss communication, one place does not take checks, steels does not take master card, we yelled about that and they said they would take it but they would be charged 3% and made it sound like it was our fault. Horrible service, will Never recommend or be back.

Horrible Service, Almost a year and still dealing with them on trying to get my vehicle fixed properly. Got in a wreck in August and they had my vehicle for almost a month to fix it, than after they "fixed" it, they used parts for a different model. So I had to take it back to them again to fix it again (February). Now today my mirror just fell off (May) that they supposedly had fixed, along with my rear-view mirror from my windshield they replaced.

As always amazing service and my car looks great! Twice now because of deer I've had to visit Steele's and each time because of my work schedule they've had someone to meet me on the weekend to pick up my car.

Great Customer Service. Had a windshield replaced. Technician was out standing. Showed up early and everything looked great and warranty was explained. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

More than fair prices. Seriously amazing service. I didn't catch his name, but I assume it was the owner who helped me. The first time I went there was for a real small job. Charged me $10. Who does that? I won't go anywhere else

This place is horrible this guys are rude and unorganized they will tell you one thing and not even remember the conversation. They ruined my day.
