Joe and Kitty absolutely crushed it in servicing and repairing my vehicle in a timely manner. The rear passenger window was smashed out in a theft incident right before we were to leave on a family trip. They understood how important the vehicle was to have ready, jumped on it and quickly expedited with insurance and repair parts. The vehicle looks perfect and they kept me informed of the progress throughout with a understanding and friendly manner! Thank you Monticello Auto Body!!

After a whole section of cars at my job were damaged by hail in late May 2022, I fully expected this to be a long process. While working with my insurance has not been easy- every single interaction with Kitty and Joe at Monticello Auto Body has been phenomenal. They have been so professional, helped me get my car in before a big trip, and the car is looking great! They even did a second check from my insurance estimate and found damage not originally listed, worked with my insurance to take something off my plate and have scheduled me for the last run of repairs. I am thrilled with my experience here and so appreciate how kind and informative they have been through the entire process. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

Good quality work, but unfortunately had to find things out the hard way that customer service and timeliness of their work is apparently NOT their strong suit. Recently had my truck in there for some very minimal damage that was done to rear-end and was told twice that it should not be a problem to get it done and have it back to me within a weeks time. When picking it up exactly 2 weeks after it was initially dropped off, I found that it basically sat for over a week before it was ever touched. As long as you re not in a hurry to have your vehicle back, I guess I d then (and only then) would I recommend them.

The quality of repair work done on my car was top notch. I had dents in my car door and fender from a deer run in. It looks great now.However, the communication regarding the completion date was awful. I was originally given a 7 day completion estimate. My insurance company then notified me it would be 8 days..okay fine. When going there to pick it up on a Friday we were told they needed another day (which really meant 4 days because of a long holiday weekend). I called on Tuesday to make sure it was ready. Nope, they needed another day. I'm just annoyed that THEY didn't call ME! Very poor customer service.

When life shows you hardship and you think that you can't possibly understand what the insurance company will throw at you, there's Joe! He helped me through so much and doesn't expect anything in return. Thank you Joe, you're such a an amazing person!

My family and I have been bringing our cars up to John and his team at Monticello Auto Body for over 20 years. They do excellent work and will quite possibly leave you speechless like they left me today with the amazing work they did on my vehicle that had multiple issues to tackle. Sue who works to put the estimates together is also a great problem solver when it comes to find solutions to problems without breaking the bank on parts needed to get your vehicle back looking good.

Everyone that works here is awesome and caring of what your needs are on your vehicle even though somethings were beyond their control they were great on keeping us in the loop even after about 3.5 months of having the vehicle......way to go Monticello Auto Body.... Happy Holidays

After my accident they could not have been more accommodating. Excellent customer service, with beautiful body and collision work. My car had extensive damage, it looks brand new. You would never know it was in an accident. Great Body shop, highly recommend!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Don't waste your time! I went there to get a simple estimate and they didn't want to cause my adjuster had looked at vehicle even though he told me to go get a estimate at the shop that i wanted to get it fixed at. A week later I still haven't heard back. So I went to St. Cloud collision center and Northstar Auto body both located in St cloud and both excellent! They were happy to give me a detailed estimate all printed out and went through it with me. They didn't care one bit if my adjuster had looked at vehicle or not. They both had free rental vehicles available also!

When I got hit in the bumper, I went here to have it replaced. My car color is kind of uncommon as hyundai only used it a couple of years, and it's a pearl which makes it harder to match. If you looked at my car now you'd never even know I got hit. These guys do great work, highly recommend.

I just wanted to say our experience with Monticello auto shop was nothing but awesome. We had questions answered clearly. The staff was super nice. And our car looks allot better than when it went in for service. I will certainly be referring anyone I know to them. Thanks again for turning an unfortunate experience into a very good one.

Took my car in with extensive Hail damage. Progressive was extremely low on their repair estimate. Monticello Auto Body worked with Progressive to get my car back to condition before hail damage. They had to paint some areas and i cannot tell the old versus the new. Right now my other car is in their shop having some other work done. I was given a loaner car which was in excellent condition.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We went there last year for an oops that had happened and we didn't know what to do really being it was our first accident. So the lady helped us out. And when I got my car back it looked good as new. The people there were completely amazing to talk to. Just absolutely an amazing company. I highly recommend them!

After months of being patient and MULTIPLE attempts to make sure they are taking care of us, I was told once again that they have no record of our estimate, and no parts were ordered. If you attempt to work with these guys, make sure you get electronic confirmation on everything they say they are doing. Joe was very kind in person and on the phone, portraying that he has everything under control, but did zero actual work.Very frustrating. In a world of delayed parts, it is tough to hear that after all this time we aren't even in line yet.

Questionable work +receipts .was supposed toDo repairs to sideOf car billed for wrong side and glass with no broken glass when car was delivered $480.00 on recept when paid for+ lots of parts never installed???

Had a crack in my windshield that appeared out of the blue when I washed the ice off my truck today. They got me in immediately in a blizzard and ordered me a new windshield right then

I tried calling about getting a quote. I talked to their child who did not know anything about what they do. I'd suggest going to a professional.
