Been going here for a few years now. Staff is friendly, they get you in right away, techs are super fast. I've had nothing but good experiences everytime I go here. Will definitely continue to go here for any car needs and recommend to anyone else in need of repairs!

The team was very careful with my old truck, and it drives so much better with the new tires and properly balanced wheels. Thank you for not damaging my impossible-to-find wheels and doing good work. I'm even impressed by the price. Overall great experience!

Took my Silverado there for tires and alignment. They did the tires and handed my wife an estimate for upper ball joints/control arms and lower ball joints and informed her they would not do alignment until the repair was made . So I brought it home jacked it up and the upper ball joints were perfectly fine, upper bushings a little questionable on upper control arm but not the worse I have seen . Lower ball joints had a little bit of play in them but not even enough to have uneven tire wear on tires .. I made the necessary repairs and brought back for alignment, the performed the alignment and did not put the wheel cover back on rear passenger tire. I called the next day spoke to Grant the service manager the next day around 12pm who assured me he would go look and call me right back and took my phone number .. no phone call so my wife stopped in the next day after work as she works next door and Grant assured her he would check with his tech Monday and call us back well it s now Friday of the next week and he JUST called my wife telling her his tech claims it was never there so he wasn t going to replace it AFTER he assured her he would .. when I called to inform him I have time stamped photos of my truck in his parking lot as my wife dropped it off as I ALWAYS take pictures when bringing it to shop for this exact reason he then decied to hang up on me these guys are crooks and liars and I will NEVER go back there . To bad when it was Goodyear it was a great shop in Monticello /

Temps were sub-zero. All my tires were low. Went to 2 gas stations and their air pumps both busy. Stopped by here and they filled my tires immediately at no charge. I have bought tires here before and I will be back when I need another set. I am retired with two bad knees and was so very grateful for their help. I won't forget it and will continue to patronize this business.

I had a nail in my tire andy spare had a bad valve stem. The tire had to be replaced and a suitable replacement was not available. The did fix my valve stem so I could get the car to the place where I bought the tires originally. I was very happy with how I was treated and the price I paid.

Called in morning about new tires for my Toyota Highlander, there in the afternoon getting them on! Fast, convenient, and friendly service. Nice customer wait room with tables to get work done while I waited.

This place is AMAZING! I was on my way to my son's wedding when I had tire trouble. They were able to get me back on the road in an hour. I didn't even have to make relatives coming in flights wait! They were friendly, checked everything well, did a great job, and made sure to get me the best price and rebates. Can't say enough good things about this place and the folks working there!!!!

Purchased tires online and had them shipped to Heartland Monticello MN. Install was fast, efficient and they were very friendly. I would go through them again.

I ordered cheap tires from Walmart and they decided they couldn t put them on because they couldn t remove my run flats. I called heartland and they drove over to Walmart and picked the tires up for me and got me in and out super quick and same day. Great overall experience. If you need work done or tires in Monticello, I highly recommend them.

Schedule oil change online and was in and out in just over an hour. Found out that since I bought my tires there that they rotate them for free.

They said it would take and hot to get my service done. It took 45 minutes :) they were able to get me in under short notice. The staff was great, and courtesy.

Ill never use Monticello Goodyear auto and Tire every again. Went in and had a plug I needed filled, they did a great job getting it done, fast and very nice.Got about 40 miles down the road, the tire wouldn't hold air. It did before, but I wanted to make sure a plug was in it, because the leak was a slow one.Filled it up again and got 100 miles out and pure flat. So I had to go into a place in Park Rapids and they showed me what they did.The pulled the tire off the wrong way on from my rim, ripping the bead to shreds. SO I had to buy two new tires ( my tires only had 10,000 miles on them.)So I figured I would contact the GoodYear in Monticello, just to let them know, they accidentally ripped my tire. Left a message, and even messaged them on FB...no return calls nothing.No return calls and they blocked me on Facebook... Who does that?I wasn't wasting my time going up there in person because I can already hear the BS on how it wasn't them, when it was. ( I watch the Park Rapids guys remove my tires )Thanks for nothing Monticello Goodyear. Dont expect me to use you ever again. And I will be taking down my good rating for you on your site. Oh thats right, you blocked me???

Heartland Tire in Monticello saved my day when I woke up to my brakes grinding on my way to work. In the afternoon I called and asked if I could get in (totally thinking they would say no) and Grant said come on down! I dropped my car off and in about an hour got a call saying my car was all ready to go. Highly recommend.

They tried to charge me 1,200$ just for new brake calipers and a brake fluid change when i had a coupon for a 50$ brake fluid change, and a whole new set of rotors, calipers, and pads for my car only cost 600$ for the sport brembo brakes, not 1,200$ for just the stock calipers never coming back there! trying to upcharge me over 800$ silly shop

Not happy with that service at this place, I bring my vehicle to get alignment job done at this location, my vehicle keeps turning to the left after leaving the place, I came back to see if they can check it again, and the service advisor was trying to make me pay again for something they didn't do right, I spoke with the manager and they keep try to make me pay again, and the manager give me an actitude and he told me my guy is 25 year experienced mechanic trying to say that I'm lying,. I never going to do business with this place.

I brought my car here because it wasn t holding any coolant. They were able to take a look at it pretty quickly and determined it was the water pump. They put a new one in and it didn t fix the problem. My car is a Foriegn car and not many places work on them. They let me know they weren t able to fix the problem and didn t charge me anything! They let me leave the car in the parking lot until another shop was able to take it. They weren t able to fix it but they were honest and very kind.

The staff is friendly & have put air in my tires free a couple times, but very disappointed & upset that my service never got done. I made an appointment for black Friday & they had my car from 8 am til 4:45 pm, but when I got there to pick it up, the guy said "They didn't do your car. Do you work around here? Can you bring it back Mon?" And then just said "sorry about that" will not go back....sorry about that doesn't cut it. I was without my car all day... couldn't use it for my lunch or other breaks & all I got was sorry about that.

This first trip to Heartland Tire was very impressive. Tom & the guys did the oil change & fixed a windshield washer pump issue for me. Communication was above par!As a bonus, I saw Tom go above and beyond to help a stranded customer not miss her upcoming Dr. Appointment after she had rolled in to the lot with a flat tire. He found a solution and was very sympathetic and warm hearted. I WOULD recommend Heartland Tire to anyone. There were many people there having work done. We were all quite comfortable in the lobby, with plenty of seating & hot coffee & reading materials available.For Black Friday they have an amazing 8 oil changes for $99! Even the Kwik Trip worker told me about that! Great place!

Horrible!!!!! They said I needed to get a pair of tires that I didn't need (brand), which I Foxman need a discount for.. Never mentioned my alignment. Maybe they couldn't tell. Miller in St. Cloud did a poor job, obviously. Maybe they don't check that. Now there is a loud sqeeck that I Never had before they put on tires on. The rep was there, but they did Nothing!!! I would give a zero if I could. Definitely Do Not recommend it. I guess they had a reputation when I talked to different auto places. Highly recommend Eddie's Auto in Clearlake and any work they don't do the muffler place off Lincoln in st cloud.. so phenomenal work and are Honest!!!

They diagnosed the issues with our vehicle shortly after getting it into their shop and were able to fix multiple issues same day at a great price. And Tom at the front desk is more than professional and great customer service!
