Efficient, courteous and helpful. Service was replacing a headlight. It was right near closing time and they could have understandably said no, but the young man was so willing and kind to say he could do it. Attitude and courtesy is everything! Thank you!

I brought in some reconditioned wheels and wanted some tires mounted, they did the job and got it done sooner than I expected. The Gentlemen who teamed up on my vehicle also gave things a good look over. This is a 24 year old vehicle, and it does need some work. The Technicians also recommended some work I already knew would need to be done as well as something I was not aware of. They replaced some lug studs as well and were nice enough to do it with no charge, they really seemed to want to make sure I was happy I chose them to do the work. I left that day satisfied and very happy that I spent less than expected.Service: Tires

Recently went and had a brake inspection done. Staff was friendly and helpful. The technician who worked on my mini van was knowledgeable, honest and took the time to explain to me what he found. They didn't try to push product I didn't need. Extremely satisfied with my last visit and will gladly share with all I meet to go visit our local Fleet Farm.Service: Brakes

I had a great experience at the auto center last week. I called the day before and was able to get an appointment the following day. Also the gentleman on the phone was able to find the battery needed and reserved it for my service. It was the last one! The following day the appointment started the moment I walked In the door and was completed in less than 30 minutes!Service: Battery

Brittany has awesome customer service. She was very good at not only getting me checked in for my truck tires rotate and balance, she was pleasant to talk to. Called me as soon as my truck was done and called me by name as I was walking up. Great experience.

This is my new go to place for vehicle service needs. The staff are friendly-thanks Scott. He remember to ask if I was signed up for rewards which saved me $20! The Fleet Farm automobile service was great. I got a good offer for an oil change by email, plus there was a bonus rebate for using Valvoline oil. While my oil change and tire rotation was being done, I explored the fishing deals too! Very productive day!Addendum - After a different oil change, I noticed drops of oil below my truck a while later. I brought it back, and apparently the oil plug gasket needed replacement. This was after a month and they changed and replaced the oil and gasket without an appointment. They backed up their oil change, but now I am very diligent to watch for oil drops for a long time after oil changes.

Service was great but they scratch my aluminum rims. I can tell its a fresh scratch as its shiny vs dull if it was a old scratch. I know my vehicle is not a 2023 but really. Looks like they slid it across the floor slightly.Service: TiresService: Tires

I brought my Toyota Camry in for new tires, they couldn t get the lug nuts off so my dad had to drive two hours to come do it. I also brought my dodge ram in, left with a cracked rim but replaced (thank you for making it right). They also told me I needed front lower ball joints so took it to an auto shop for second opinion, EVERYTHING is fine. I would not recommend this place for your auto needs.Service: Tires

Took a along time to get my tires done. Dropped off at 2.50 for a 3pm appt, walked by tire center at 3.35, my vehicle was still out in parking lot. Made appt for alignment check following weekend Saturday. Was sent email reminder on Friday about alignment check. Got a call while out riding motorcycle. Got home, off bike, in vehicle to head to alignment appt at 1.30. Finally saw VM. Telling me no appt, called and was on hold entire drove to Monticello location. Walked in and was then told alignment machine was broken for the last week. When I asked why was I sent an email to remind me, if the machine was down for 5 days and probably wouldn't be fixed for another week or so. Was told the reminders aren't connected to that machine. Wasted my afternoon. I stopped a day long bike ride to be back for an appointment that was no way gonna be happening. And they knew it but couldn't tell me the day before. Last time I buy tires or anything automotive from Mills Fleet.Service: Tires

At first I thought they were going to be more expensive and probably have worse service but they actually went way above and beyond with customer service and it ended up being cheaper than Sam's Club.
