The customer service is fantastic. Andre was a delight, kept me in good spirits, and was honest about every step of what was going down.The mechanics did their best work, and got me out in the time frame I was given.My car was feeling pretty smooth when I left.

On a Sunday, when everyone else was closed, they lifted my Alfa to help identify what was causing a low oil warning. They didn t have the parts but helped me quickly diagnose the issue. Well done Tires Plus!

Expensive oil change. $88 plus $6 for premium oil labor. They also charged for an inspection that we didn't ask for and that they didn't say they were going to do. Edit 2/6/24: Reply to my review didn't leave an email, so most likely just for show.

Very nice people, easy to deal with on the phone and in person. My work will cost just slightly more than planned, but I was told this upfront, so no surprises. They even got me in a bit early! I would definitely come back. Nice waiting area too.

I came here a couple years ago for a flat tire and go figure another nail found it's way into my tire. Same day service quick and friendly. The waiting area Is clean and comfortable as well.

Have gone to these guys 10-15 times the past 4 years with mine and my fiance's vehicles, and they are crooks. The manager is nice, the mechanics are slimeballs. Brought my car in for a routine oil change and picked it up to find the check engine light on and the engine misfiring/shaking with dashboard lights flickering. Ended up needing to replace a spark plug wire that had been burnt through the middle. The car was running just fine before a brought it in, they informed me that it burned through by making contact with the exhaust pipe, but how does that happen between dropping it off and picking it up for an oil change? Is the car running during the oil change? If this did happen, why did it happen in a garage and not at any point driving on the road before bringing it in? My assumption is that they just showed me a random damaged spark plug cabling as proof, and removed the functioning one during the oil change to cause the engine to misfire. Do not go here for any service, as this was me asking for a simple oil change. I'm lucky it was just a spark plug + cabling for $300 they stole, definitely could have been much worse. They also said my battery failed when it was replaced 2 years ago without any issues. Looked at the diagnosis print out and saw that it passed the test on the diagnosis but they still recommended replacing it over the phone just for fun. This location is a great one. Allen and Duane were both a big reason to why my experience was so great and why I will continue to use Tires Plus no matter where I am. Allen way out of his way to help me out and gave me some of the best customer experience I have received in the auto industry. Hard to come across a guy like this! By far the worst reception I've ever had walking into any place of business. The person behind the counter accused me of lying about my appointment time and lying about what they told me on the phone.There was another customer before me that had a similar encounter and I was met with hostility as soon as I said hello. The employee seemed amazed that I wanted to continue with my appointment after the confrontation we had.I would avoid this place unless you are as desperate as I was.Service: Air conditioning

Thought I ran into Bradley Cooper at the tires plus off Wayzata Ave. Looks JUST LIKE HIMHis name was Brandon and took good care of me. He recommended a nice set of tires and they're getting installed on Thursday.... Hopefully before the blizzard.

If you have not used this Tires Plus location, you are missing out! I had a leak in my tire and they got me in and out that same day! I had a blinker bulb go out and they fixed it immediately. First let me say that I had my car towed there coming from a auto shop and instead of taking it apart and charged me all that money for a sensor wish I was told that's what the problem is and it was going to be a whopping $500 I ended up having it towed here and they said they were going to start with an oil change and guess what!.. that solved my problem!...!. I was so happy to pay what I did Chris is so honest and trustworthy... thank you for communicating back and forth with me for having patience with all of my questions and etc!. It's people like you that makes customers want to come back not sure if you are a manager but you should most definitely apply to be one you're awesome and you make sure your customers come first and they leave happy!

TRIED to use them but the lies were too much! Arrived and told that they couldn t get in touch with me to reschedule . Read me my number and it was correct. Then rescheduled me to Labor Day oh and GUESS what, they once again couldn t get in touch with me to reschedule . At least this time they emailed AFTER appointing. If you can t trust them to make an appointment correctly. I could not be happier with the way I was treated at Tires Plus in Minnetonka! I went in for new tires because I thought I would need them for the snowy winter driving. After looking at my tires, I was told that the ones I have on my car already are the perfect kind and have plenty of tread. They didn't want to sell me something I didn't need. Integrity right there!

I come to this location twice a year to change out my seasonal tires. Always efficient and great service. I especially want to give a shout out to Kaila. It's always such a chore for me to have to swap my tires, but it's not so bad when when you are dealing with someone who has such a helpful and great attitude. I get my summer and winter wheels switched out here twice a year for the past 3 years. The staff have always been awesome about scheduling appointments. They're really good about communication for your service. Letting you know what else needs to be looked at on the car, as well as when the car is ready to be picked up. Staff has always been really nice me and other customers during my visits.

Brought my car in to put on my summer tires and get an alignment. After some inspection they told me to hold off on the alignment to get a control arm fixed. They took me back and even showed me the worn parts. I appreciate the honesty!Service: TiresService: Tires

Nice work and promo on full inspection and tire rotation. They found a lot of issues and replacements needed that another shop failed to detect or communicate while they had my vehicle for repair and inspection after an accident. I like they did a more thorough inspection and thus helped me pinpoint what the other shop failed to do with my accident claim. nice work!

I have used this location twice now and both times have been positive experiences. Most recently Kaila and Jeremy helped me get 4 tires replaced on the same day. They had excellent customer service and a fair price on the work.

I took in my vehicle because I noticed a slow leak after the temperature fell below 30 degrees. It would lose about 10 PSI of air pressure every 2 days or so. After a couple of weeks of continually adding air to the tire I had to bring it in. It was difficult to detect, but eventually they found a small leak from the valve stem. Due to a miscommunication of my appointment everything was free of charge. It is admirable that some businesses will still go out of their way in order to earn your future business. I will be back.

If I could give no stars I would. Unfortunately, a while back there was a big shift in management at this location. I had been a loyal customer while Gary was the manager/owner. After the change over I have had nothing but problems. Today I went in for an oil change. Everything was fine. I drove off and my tire pressure light came on. So naturally I turned the car around and drove back. When I arrived Susan (aka Susie) asked I pull up to bay 3 for the tech to check my pressure. As instructed I pulled up facing the entrance to bay 3. The tech immediately said "can you not listen? she said pull along the building, are you a moron?". I was shocked, speechless at first, so I instinctively apologized and immediately the tech proceeded to say "back it up sweetheart (AND winked at me)". This really rattled me. Verbal sexual harassment while at Tires Plus was quite the shock. Then the tech tried to tell me I was going to hit the building as I was attempting to back further away from it (BACKING AWAY< MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO HIT THE BUILDING). I exited my vehicle and asked him to position it as he needed and check my tires. I then asked if the manager was on. I told the service manager Sussie what happened with another employee present, they were not shocked of Mike's (the tech) behavior and seemed like it has happened before. I left after they fixed my tire pressure and called the corporate office which they couldn't seem to find that number though it is right on the website, who then called the service location, funny enough the service location thought the customer service rep from Tires Plus was my father (? yes my father??? very puzzling). I hope this never happens to anyone. Mike the tech saying "sweetheart", winking, and calling me a "moron" may sound very juvenile and like I should dismiss it, but honestly it was the worst feeling. OH and the first strike was last year when they didn't replace the O ring on the oil plate screw and all the oil leaked out of my car... should have learned that time, but I am a forgiving person... not this time though. I recommend finding a different location for your tire and oil service needs.

Got new tires and an oil change and was in and out quickly. A few hours later, my car started shaking and an engine light came on. I called Tires Plus back, very worried I'd be told it wasn't their problem but quite the opposite. Marty told me to make sure the lug nuts were tight (they were) and to let him know what happened. I let the car sit over night and it was fine. Marty could have easily told me not to worry but instead he insisted I return to the shop to make sure the car was safe to drive. The Tech inspected my car and took it for a test ride. We don't know what was wrong but everything seemed fine. I am extremely impressed by the care and professionalism of this place.

They were going to charge $75 dollars for the license plate light. That should tell you everything you need to know!!! They tried to say removing a bolt that was misplaced would take 6 hours and my friend did it within 10 minutes. Tried to say if we left with the car it would need to be towed to try having us "scared" to leave to gain a sale. Thank goodness I brought my friend who knows car stuff they were going to charge a total of $2071 dollars, so 1410 dollars in labor.... and all that really was needed was to take 10 mins to put a bolt in the right hole and then do a front alignment.....and no way a license plate light should be 75 dollars....stay.....away.....we did not get services here only a diagnostic test.

Scheduled appointment for alignment. Came on time. Service took over 1.5 hours. Technician turned my headlights off for some reason. I almost got a ticket for that later in the evening, thank god officer believed that. I always drive with my headlights in automatic mode.Scheduled for another appointment at 3pm on Saturday, came on time. My car was sitting on the parking lot until 3:38pm. What's the point of scheduling if you have to wait about half hour before they pull your vehicle in shop? Also water in their fountain tastes really bad.3rd alignment appointment was scheduled, took over 2.5 hours... Called manager Steve, complained about it , showed him on my phone how much time I have to wait every time (Google Maps logs that info, BTW). It was really hard to get his attention, he didn't apologize, instead started to explain how much work he has and how tough it is to do everything on time. Well, then why the store associate told me over the phone that it's a good time to come now for the service? I left the shop, jumped in my car and guess what? They turned off my headlights again! I came back to the shop and asked what's up with that. Manager got all defensive, his body and hands started shaking and telling some nonsense and in the end he said "Try another store!". Wow! Great problem solving skills right there. Do you go to some special managing school to learn these? After that I asked if the tire pressure was adjusted. Instead of giving me a positive answer, the shop associate offered me to check tire pressure with him manually, which we did and it was correct. During that procedure outside the shop he asked me several times "Well, what we can do to make you happy?". What a silly question. It's like the guy truly did not understand what should be done in order to have customers happy. Just do your service right and on time, respect your clients. If you screwed up, apologize and offer some discounts or free services in order to show appreciation or at least promise next time everything will be done right. Let's see what corporates would think about that story.

Every time that I have gotten a vehicle serviced here it has been a good experience. They seem very honest, friendly, and prompt. My only complaint is that I had just gotten 4 new tires and one of them popped within a week, it didn't even have a nail or anything in it. Anyways, since I didn't purchase the "road hazard protection" at the time of purchase, I had to pay full charge for a new tire. Just didn't feel right. Otherwise all has been good.
