Morrie s Minnetonka always does an amazing job taking care of my vehicles. Most recent service was an interior/exterior detailing!! It turned out great!! Thank you Alejandro for everything! It s impressive how terrible these guys are at every step of the this process.I purchased a used car from Morrie s under the pretense of them fixing a crack in the bumper and a dent above the drivers side wheel well. I called them trying to schedule the appointment to have them tell me oh we don t do body work . Eventually after almost 3 weeks of me having the car they set the appointment.I was scheduled at 7 am to have Alejandro tell me he doesn t know anything about the service work and wouldn t check me in unless I had the invoice when I purchased the car. I then had to drive all the way home because Morrie s can t access documents. I got checked in finally just before 8 am.I left my car for 4 days and when I went to pick it up they had pushed in the lower bumper reflector. I brought this to their attention and they told me I had to talk to Dave

So customer friendly. Curt is the best! No pressure buying as they don t work on commission. He just works hard to give you every option to fit your needs. Great communication!

All I can say is exceptional service all around! I m an Average Joe, bought a beautiful used vehicle from Morrie s and had questions regarding a small issue I had, they got me into Service ASAP! Less than an hour later being explained an easy remedy to my issue by an Experienced mechanic I felt not only was my problem minor, that also I had made the right choice buying from Morrie s!! Love you all, thanks!!!

I have never in my 27 years of car ownership been walked through every step of my journey in a car repair from choices of Orm parts or discount manufacturers to offered a rental car while the parts and my car were left in the shop. Marley took care of me and walked me through all the cost all the potential unrelated diagnosis that might appear after we fix the initial issues and cost associated so I could fully research and get back to him in case I had any concerns. The team was helpful on Saturday when I showed up unexpectedly and made sure I had a comfortable vehicle to drive to offset my distress. If you want to know your service advisor is a real person take your vehicle to Morrie s Mazda in Wayzata. In the future I will be referring all my friends and family to Marley at Morrie s Mazda. I can t thank the service crew and Duane (my new best friend and great mechanic) for repairing and easing my concerns through the whole deal as well. How do I get these fellas noticed by the leadership team over at Morrie s ? I even offered cash money as a token of my gratitude and it was politely declined with a smile and gentle refusal. I appreciate the honesty in these types of people. I ve had techs just wash my credit card in their cash hungry pig pens and it s been hard to find good honest caretakers. I hope this gets some recognition to the crew here. We will back to buy 100 new cars when the time is right from Morrie s Mazda in the future. Thank you again team, it will be shared across my SM channels.

Came because of all the positive reviews my friends gave this place. the service and price were reasonable but the customer service wasn't. I was in line to check in but the men behind me were greeted and checked in before me (their appointment times were after mine). I didn't get greeted until the female tech came out and noticed I had been waiting

4/11/2024 Purchased a used Mazda cx5 from Morrie's Mazda and I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone. Greg Eiss is a superb sales person who took care of all the details. I'm looking forward to driving my "almost new" Mazda for many miles. Thanks .

Excellent experience! The sales manager, Barb, is excellent. She went above and beyond to get everything well put together for me, as quickly as I needed, as well as the sales rep, Anne.Allie, the finance manager, was amazing, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Definitely a professional and fun team to work with!

I had two salesmen that helped me with my final selection: Kyle and Jacob. They were both knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. They helped me via phone and in person; working with me over the course of a week until I made my final decision. They were both on time for appointments and always willing to show me whatever vehicle I was interested in. Jacob spent one cold Martin Luther King Day pulling up car after car under the protective carport so that I wouldn t be uncomfortable with the cold. Both gentlemen went beyond the call of duty answering questions, and spending time with me. Kyle stood inside the showroom managing the remote unlock so that I could go back and forth between two vehicles to make up my mind-not many salesmen would be willing to do that.Front desk staff are also friendly and welcoming. Barb greeted me by name and was just as excited as I was when I purchased my vehicle. Kudos to you for having an amazing team!

Outstanding service and experience. Drop your vehicle and take the lift to the spacious lounge. Enjoy free drinks and snacks while you wait. Receive a headcam video from your tech informing you of maintenance performed and future considerations for your vehicle. Receive a text when your vehicle's ready to go.

I didn t have to wait to be helped, service set up is very efficient, Alejandro explained what was to be done to vehicle and what was actually done, went through inspection item per item, Alejandro very polite and professional, waiting area spacious, I was very happy with my experience

Came in for my second complementary oil change/tire rotation. I ended up paying because I was told that financing said there was not record of this even though when I came in for my first oil change everything went off without a hitch. Can t blame the service department Alejandro Rodriguez was good and professional. A couple days later I called and talked to Dia Charan in finance, probably didn t get her name spelled correctly, and I should be back on track and receive the complementary oil changes I was promised when I purchased my new Mazda CX-5 last year. Thank you

Did not address my concern of a pronounced rotational noise, in addition to my 25,000 service. I hoped they could at least drive the vehicle to listen to the noise and advise on next steps for repair under warranty. This was my first visit to Morrie s and I had hoped to find a new go-to service center closer to my home. Given my experience, I will continue to drive 1 hour to my preferred Mazda dealership in Burnsville. I suggest visiting Morrie s if you want bare bones service.

Pretty disappointed that the service tech said they took care of the anoying squeaking seat and that they test drove it after to see that the problem was fixed when infact it was not fixed at all. As Soon as I started driving I could tell nothing had changed. Don't tell me it's fixed when it is not. Now i have to go back for another appointment and take more time out of my day. Also my initial phone call to set up an appointment went very poorly. Communication wasn't great at all and the woman couldn't find me an open time slot for an oil change for weeks out . Later I called again and they were like o we have plenty of openings at that time. The One guy Nicholas I worked with who checked me in Did a great Job. I'm always very happy to work with him.

Nicholas was amazing! He was thorough in explaining the issues with our vehicle. His updates were timely and thoughtful!! Our car is running better than we could have hoped!Thank you!!! We ll be back!Again Nicholas and the crew At Minnetonka Mazda met all expectations, They fixed the vehicle the first visit, we drove that vehicle around the country, 8300 miles, no worries, they gave us a warranty on the work they performed. Easy to make an appointment online.I was there for an oil change and tire rotation.Check-in was quick and easy. I was told it wouldtake about an hour which is what I expected. Mycar was ready in only 40 minutes and was washedand waiting right outside the door. This was my firsttime at Morries Mazda for service and I was impressedwith the way everything was handled. I'll be using themagain!

The sales associate was helpful and provided guidance.The process to purchase the vehicle was excessive. Before even coming to the dealership we did our research and knew practically everything we wanted (model/trim) and it still took over 2.5hrs for us to test drive a car. We then had to come back on Tuesday to finish the paperwork and purchase the vehicle and that was excruciatingly long. We stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon and spent over 5 hrs finishing the paperwork. All in all we spent roughly 7 hrs buying a vehicle, which we had researched prior and knew exactly what we wanted (aka the easiest sale)! The exceedingly long process truly took away from the special moment of purchasing the new car and we now have reservations in buying any future cars with Morrie s.

Excellent customer service! Nick was amazing - very personable and knowledgable. I always wait until the last minute to schedule my oil change. They got me in the same day and were also able to put new tires on. The facility is also beautiful. Thank you Chad and Nick!!

Alejandro did a great job- he was able to reconnect my iPhone to CarPlay quickly and when I told him about a coupon I saw online he was able to find it and apply it to my bill. He was very friendly and professional- a perfect example of what you want in a service advisor.

Great customer service!. Brad was very nice and thorough. But I was disappointed with the $100 diagnostic service charge to tell me I needed to replace a $10 battery in the Key Fob. Would have been nice if they had checked the key Fob first & then if still necessary, ran the diagnostic test after that.

I always receive excellent customer service at Morrie s. I first brought my car to the Brookdale Mazda dealer and was treated awful, they didn t fix my car at all and I was charged for something that was covered under warranty. When I brought my car to Morrie s, they fixed what was wrong with the car. The same problem Brookdale Mazda couldn t figure out. I appreciate Morrie s treating me with respect and getting the job done right.

The technicians do a fantastic job with all aspects of their work, I just wish there was better communication on the progress of your vehicle as it's being worked on. I have had some experiences where I am in and out within a reasonable time for a routine oil change and tire rotation and other times I am waiting for almost 2.5 hours for an oil change, rotation and alignment. The work being done is excellent but better communication on time changes/updates would be appreciated.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change
