I ve used them many times over the years and they ve always been very helpful and fair. Nick in the office is great and has always given me a good deal and lets me know what he thinks is best for me and my car, not just trying to get as much money as possible out of me. Thank you!!

I came here because I found a coupon online. Cheapest synthetic oil change and tire rotation I could find in the area! The staff if very friendly and informative. My vehicle was scheduled for 10:30am and they pulled it in around 10:50am to get started. The place is nice and clean. I am waiting for my car now...

I ve only visited this location twice but both times they were friendly, honest and very accommodating. They squeezed me in with a last minute appointment to look over a used car that I was going to purchase and gave a straightforward review that ended up saving me thousands of dollars. Definitely recommend!

I just got my PSI topped off here with no service charge, it took only a few seconds; they are polite at this location and have a positive demeanor for the customer.

These guys are the nicest I ve found at car dealerships. My mom once tried to get me to go to Honest Auto, and I was reluctant to even call them because I had such a good experience at this Midas, but I did, and when I did, the guy on the phone started yelling at me for not knowing everything about how a car dealership works/how my car works. I m just an average person that isn t super knowledgeable about cars, which is why I m taking it in in the first place lol. These guys at this Midas, on the other hand, have always been really kind and helpful without any of the mansplaining and just plain rudeness that a lot of places subject customers to. Thank you for the kindness and great, fair, fast, service!! :)

I came here because, I got towed from a street that my car wasn't going forward, it was going backwards n I needed to call AAA n a tow truck came from ? n took Me to Midas! Very Helpful Tow Truck Guy from AAA! My car was brought here n they checked my car out n told Me that I had to take my car to Morries Ford down the street for some other car issues! They didn't charge Me n I appreciate that I didn't have to be charged! Thank You Midas for your great service! I came here B4 for a new battery n Midas was great!

As the deer panteth for water so my car longeth for oil. To my greatest delight, they were boasting a $50 full-synthetic sale....just the stuff my baby loves. Yummy. Upon entering and waiting 5 minutes, the friendly Midas Man grasped my keys firmly, but not too firmly, and spoke straight into my heart and said "it'll be about 45 minutes to an hour." I smiled, as if for the first time. Minutes floated by effortlessly for my own thirst was quenched with complimentary McDonalds Keurig coffee. A rush of joyful emotion overtook me 50 minutes later when I heard, "Sir, your car is ready." Then to my dismay, the bill totalled $70. I protested, slightly, but my charcoal baby takes an extra quart of the sweet nectar and the government takes it's dues. My goal of finding an affordable Full Synthetic Oil change hath failed For the price plus convenience, my beloved Equinox shall return to Valvolinox.

My experience here was not because I had my car scheduled for anything. I came out of a store and realized my tire was very low. I needed to pick up my daughter by 6pm and it was 5:35. Because there was no close enough gas station, I pulled into Midas and asked if they could fill my tire. With no hesitation the very helpful and very nice employee ( I didn t get his name) came out and filled all my tires and I was on my way in 5 mins. I also made it home with no problem. I will definitely use them in the future for other services- you just gained a new customer! Thank you!!!

I don't often leave reviews, but my experience here was so bad, I had to. I visited for an oil change, which was fine.I also asked them to do a brake inspection due to some shaking of the vehicle while braking. They told me both of my brake rotors were rusted and warped and needed to be replaced, quoted at $1400. I took it to the Toyota dealership for a second opinion the next month. Toyota found no corrosion and simply recommended a $250 brake pad replacement. The shake is gone.Midas also recommended I replace the cabin air filter. They claimed they had to send someone out to get the part, it ended up costing over $50 to replace. The Toyota dealership (a month later) said it looked like the filter hadn't been replaced in years.Definitely some shady business practices happening here.

So I'm an 18 year old girl and I'm assuming they took advantage of me too like im reading here in all the 1 star reviews.I bought a new car off someone from an app and it seemed fine but the brake shook and stuttered a little when I tried to stop. I ended up having to take it in twice but it was because I needed to save up money for all the repairs they told my I'd need. It costed me 900+ dollars and I needed help from my parents to pay it and I was out of money for 2 weeks. My brakes are still shaking and have the same exact problem. I'm not sure now if what they fixed really was necessary. Definitely taught me a good lesson though. If you're someone who doesn't know much about cars and is trusting to ppl who seem legit, don't come here because they will most likely scam you into repairs that you don't need and won't even fix.UPDATE ~ so basically it's been about a month or so since I posted this review and a lot has changed. Very soon after posting this review the manager of the location I went to in Minnetonka reached out to me about solving the problem. He seemed pretty genuine and disappointed that I was so unsatisfied. Eventually we came to a deal that he would refund me about $400 from my original $1000+ that I spent. AND he had me bring my car back to the location to get the problem with my breaks ACTUALLY fixed. Everything is seemingly perfectly fine now with my car which makes me more than happier. HOWEVER, let me just say, the people actually working there like at midas in the repair shop are kind of sus. They made it seem like they wouldn't know what the problem with my car was until I agreed to have them fix everything they suspected it could be. And after I had paid $1000+ they told me that they noticed my breaks stuttered (like i had told them) but that it wouldn't be a problem and I wouldn't have to come back BUT the manager told me (after I left the review) that the problem with my brakes would get worse over time if I didn't fix it. Just frustrated because even after all this I still don't really know if I can trust them. If you're someone who is potentially easy to take advantage of and doesn't know a lot about cars, I reccomend going somewhere that won't over diagnose your car for extra things that you don't really want. Make sure that you understand EVERYTHING. What they're doing, and why they're doing it AND if it WILL fix the issue u came in for. Don't take "well it could fix the issue but we won't know until we do it" for an answer. Mechanics in general are known for over charging and taking advantage of people. So no matter how comfortable they make you feel, don't let your guard down. Granted though if you do actually have a problem at midas they are more than willing to work with you to fix it at no extra cost to you! Which is much appreciated. I've heard good and bad from midas so I guess you can be the judge if you want to try them out or not.

This place is truly the BEST! I couldn't recommend it more. I initially came here off a coupon for an oil change and since have come here for auto repairs, inspections, and tire issues. Each time they treat me with the utmost respect and genuine concern. Dave, Nick, and Jon are such helpful people and make sure they give you the best service. I go there just for oil changes. It's a clean place and they are very quick. I've been there twice now and if it wasn't for the manager this would be a 1. My car came out once without the tires rotated and then when they said it was good to go it wasn't! The man servicing my car didn't tighten the lug nuts on one of my wheels. The manager wasn't happy and corrected the issue immediately and made up for the serious mistake.

I brought my car here because it was making a popping noise from the tires, they told me I needed new shocks struts and four new tires along with some other things about $5,000 worth of work, so I got a second opinion and it turns out the only thing I needed was a tire rotation. Shame on you Midas for trying to scam me out of my hard-earned money, for work that didn't need to be done.

Had our radiator go out on us. Nick was great to work with and had his tech on it and repaired within 24 hours of us dropping it off without notice. He even saved us some labor costs where he could. I've had my cars services here for about 3 years and it is always a smooth process, good customer service. I particularly appreciate that they don't rush me into new services but simply recommend things for me to make my own decision on in my own time, if my car has any issues they coordinate repairs well with my timeline and budget.

These folks were awesome! I dropped my car off on Thursday morning to get the Muffler repaired along with checking out noises from my shocks and struts. They were efficient, transparent and Nick was honest and direct when I asked questions. I was able to pick up my car on Friday morning! Very happy and would recommend!

I've gone here multiple times as I have an older car, and they've been very good to me with teaching and showing me my car needs, giving me discounts, and in general having a good relationship with me. They usually had a courtesy car available if I needed it and were always willing to help me with financial payments if they were needed.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Air conditioning, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I had an issue with my vehicle and called in the morning to see if they could squeeze me in for a repair. Ended up being a brake issue. They were quick to get it fixed, and as a bonus performed an oil change free of charge. Also had it done in time for me to get to work. One of the few times being at at a car shop and not feeling like I was being swindled. Thanks for the fast service!

First time here and I am very impressed!The service was prompt and friendly. They text you your inspection report and it even has pictures of your car's condition! They were honest about what needed doing now and what could wait. So great!I'd definitely recommend this shop, and I will be back.

Recently brought in my car because the breaks were grinding. I would highly recommend this Midas team to anyone looking for professional, honest and quick repair work! I really wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who talked me through the process, but he was super helpful in explaining everything. I hope my car is good for a while...but if I need repairs in the future I'll be coming back to this location!

I cannot say enough good things about the service here. We were on a long road trip in the summer with a busted A/C which is not fun with a full carload.
