My wife is around construction sites a lot for work. Always getting punctures. These guys fix it free every time. Are polite, fast, and thorough. Also good deals and quick friendly service when we need new tires. I'll never go anywhere else. Very much recommend these folks.

Outstanding service today, as usual. Michael was helpful, patient, kind and friendly. I can always count on this location to make me feel like a special and valued customer. I would highly recommend the Discount Tire in Minnetonka!

Very good service. I arrived 10min late for my appointment but they got my vehicle in right away. They did a great job installing new tires and finished before their estimated completion time. I would use them again.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. Will never come back to this location and am seriously considering never returning to any Discount Tire again because of the salesperson we had to deal with (Scott). Family has always gone to Discount Tire for our tires, but you lose trust in the quality of the product and overall service when you get people like Scott.

This Discount Tire Store (Minnetonka) ROCKS! We drive almost an hour to purchase from this store, THEY ARE THAT GOOD! We've purchased over 6 sets of tires from these folks over the years and they're CONSISTENTLY AWESOME. Super fast & courteous, no hassles great folks! More like 10 stars for the crew at this store.

I don't know how they do it, but they always have time to look at my tires, and always know what to do to fix any issues. Good prices on tires and wheels, easy online shopping options and coordination between the online order and the appointment at the local shop Can't say enough good things about my local Discount Tire!

Why do I rate DT 5 stars? Great service...I came in last minute without an appointment, they got the tires I wanted and had them installed in about 2 hours. Terrific service by Sergio and Michaela (and the technicians in the shop) at the Minnetonka location.

I am not sure what has changed at this location. I don't usually write reviews but for this I feel the need to. This store does not provide the level of customer service they used to. I have bought tires from this store for 10 plus years. The last 3 times here have been less than desirable. One of the experiences, I was very clear that I did not want the added warranty or disposal fee on my quote, I had someone who wanted the old tires. Low and behold, the quote had both included and they kept telling me that I had to purchase them. I decided to purchase the tires from someone else. I will note, I paid over $300 less going somewhere else. The last experience I had, I did not want to go through them but had to because I was in a time crunch. I needed trailer tires in 1 day and installed the next. The woman that helped me on the phone was great, and made me feel good about going with them. I called the shop to verify my appointment time and asked if it was 11 or 11:30. Whoever was on the phone mumbled and I could not hear so I asked them to repeat what they said. I got a very quick and short response "I just told you, it is at 11:30." I then proceeded to ask where they would like me to leave the trailer (35+ feet long) knowing that they have a smaller parking lot and did not want to block any customers in. The same guy said "just find a place in the parking lot, it shouldn't be that difficult". I believe the guys name was Cody- again, hard to tell because he was mumbling. I will not be using this store anymore. I gave them many tries and have continued to be disappointed.

Granted, it s a he said, they said situation where my auto shop told me the last place to put on my tires didn t tighten down the lug nuts enough, causing damage to the studs and lug nuts and causing damage to my wheel, in this situation discount tire-Minnetonka was the place to not tighten them down enough causing me to have double to triple the cost of the tire change, I have never had any issues at the Eagan location though, so I will not be back to Minnetonka or utilize them in the future.

Had an appointment booked well in advance for 5:15pm today. They did not even get the car into the service bay until nearly 6:45pm (45 minutes after they close)...I understand it being late fall and being busy with winter changeovers. But that was the whole point in me booking ahead to avoid the wait of doing a walk-in. After leaving they never reset my TPMS system either, which was quite the scare after just leaving when it beeped and I thought I had already had a flat or something.If you don t have the staffing or flexibility to accommodate pre booked appointments in a timely manner, and accept walk ins simultaneously, then don t. Have never had issues like this at the Blaine location off of Hwy 65 (in and out in an hour)Also, Scott at the front wasn t the friendliest guy. Kinda gave me a bit of an attitude or a okay and so what? Vibe when I made note of my 4 tires having different treads due to two being new and two like new and just wanting to make sure that was ok for the AWD system. I noticed he was rather snarky with another lady when she notified him she couldn t find a parking spot as well and parked at a nearby business. Everyone else I came into contact with however was super friendly and apologized for the over two hour wait, hence the three stars. I probably won t return to this location.

Always top-notch service and good prices. I have found it not worth shopping around anymore. They will price match if you find it somewhere else cheaper. Lifetime free rotation is huge plus and they will rotate any car you own in your families account, even if you did not originally purchase from them! Target and a Dairy Queen next door.

I bought a second set of rims and tires from this location. Every spring and winter with an appointment to switch them, the wait time is between 1 to 2 hours. It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to switch the wheels and tires.Another vist and it took more than an hour for the car to be even move into the shop. Appointment do not matter to this company.

I was told I needed a tire rotation from another service dealer and since I purchased my tires at Discount Tire in Minnetonka, I scheduled an appointment with them. Cory was great. He measured my tire tread and told me I didn't need it and to schedule another appointment in a month or two. It was Memorial Day weekend and he said I thought I'd prefer to spend the hour that it would take doing something more fun. I totally agreed. I always get great service here!

Great customer service! I had a tire with sidewall blowout and they were able to replace it within my budget. Also got me in and out within an hour! That was much faster than I expected being walk in!

Always good service here, super good attitude and helpful, patiently taking the time to go through some options on the phone or in person, very professional and they hustle to get you done. You can tell they pay attention to their customers, always acknowledging and greeting everyone, super important! Even showing up last minute without an appointment they've usually been able to get me in and out within a couple of hours, and of course it's hard to beat their prices. Dealt with John and Adam most recently and they are pros.

I've been using this shop for years for all my tire needs. This is one of the best retail operations I've ever experienced. Not just tires, all retail experiences. In a world where service suffers, Discount Tires excels. In particular, Cameron L, is an amazing person to work with. He's polite and always looking to go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I am torn on whether or not it's a good shop. Nathan (front office) and the tech that replaced my tire were friendly, fast and responded to my questions. They deserve 5 stars each.However, Scott (front office) was exceptionally rude and seemed annoyed when I asked if he saw the notes on my appointment. Are customers (like me) annoying? Yep. Is it literally part of your job to work with them and respond to your concerns? Also, yep. I would recommend this location for service and stay as far away from Scott as possible.

Always a great experience at Discount Tire. John at the Minnetonka location did a fantastic job getting the best set of tires for my 56 chevy. Have bought a number of tires from discount tire at various locations.

I thought customer service was dead not at Discount Tire Minnetonka! I took my car in today to fix a slow leak and waited while they squeezed me in their busy schedule. I watched in amazement for 1.5 hours of how they treated every customer with respect and answered every single call with a polite and joyful tone. Not only that but I was charged NOTHING for fixing a small hole in my tire. WOW! Keep up the great work management and team!

My wife and I were traveling and got a nail in a tire. We called on the fly and Nick told us to come on in. The process was smooth, professional and quick. I own a repair facility and I observed everything going on while I waited. The service advisors did a great job with all the customers that I observed and the technicians seemed to have great energy and were working quickly and efficiently. Kudos to this store and the team there. Thank you!

So, I had a flat tire on my snowblower. I called a lawn and garden repair shop and they said it's was a knuckle buster job and would be 30 bucks plus the cost of a tube. Out of curiosity I called discount tire, love them for car tires (great price and service). I asked about an 8 inch snowblower wheel and they said sure bring it in. I supplied the inner tube and they installed for about $10. What a deal and they did it same day! I just dropped off and they called when ready. Superior service and very fair pricing. Thanks for the willingness to help. Great tires too, Michelin are worth the price but Discount Tire does a great job representing price and value across all the brands. Look at their rebates online too as the savings will add up.

Had an emergency on Saturday when we blew a tire. These guys were able to get us in and out in an hour last minute with no appointment. Awesome work staff was great. Picture of pothole after calling city just for fun. Thanks guys

Morries Subaru stated that they couldn't patch a nail hole in my tire and that I would need to purchase 4 new tires. Discount tire patched it for free and didn't entertain purchasing new tires until they were sure that they couldn't fix it. They didn't try to sell me on anything. One thing is for sure, this is the only place Ill be getting tires from moving forward.
