We have an older car that needed a new bumper due to a minor fender bender. Caliber did a great job providing an estimate, scheduling the work, and did the work on a timely basis. We dropped it off on Monday and had it back by Friday. They went over what was done and provided detailed invoicing. They weren't the cheapest out there, but weren't the most expensive either. It was just over $2k for a 2010 Nissan Versa bumper, grill, and a bunch of other minor pieces that needed replacing.

I had an excellent experience with this Caliber Collision. The epmloyees are very educated and explain evrything. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and finished the work in a reasonable time. Highly recommend!

Being involved in an accident is an unpleasant experience. Caliber Collision s customer service was excellent. We were kept informed throughout the entire repair process. Our vehicle looked brand new when it was returned to us.

I ve had two cars repaired here. One in 2012 & now body repair to clear out a rust spot due to a windshield poorly put in years back that where the paperwork & digital signature was lost. So, because the trail went dark on that, the repair was out of pocket on the body, but the windshield was still under AAA insurance. Dual repairs that I elected to do through both Caliber Collision & Caliber Auto Glass. This review is for the Caliber Collision division.The frame around the glass was beautifully done & they were luckily able to get that taken care of and coordinated with Caliber Glass to finish after the paint had a chance to cure.Allot goes in to keeping a good car in good shape. Our bodies, belongings, health & well-being is all interconnected & I m grateful all came together smoothly on the part of Caliber Collision.These days insurance keeps auto body & auto glass separate. I can see why it s too easy to blame one the other, and it helps to keep the labor, charges & temptation to blame the other to the lessor.The staff at Caliber Collision is exemplary in 2012 & 2022 from my experience.Service: Body & Trim

Worst experience EVER!!! My car was hit in the rear quarter panel. Took it to Abra based off of insurance suggestion. My car had to go back TWO additional times and it still NEVER was fixed properly. Eventually mold grew throughout my car and I had to sell it. Of course, they said it wasn't their fault.

I had an excellent experience working with Caliber Collision of Hopkins, MN. I worked directly with Tom Drong and he couldn't have made my experience any better. I was a bit of unique situation in that I had an old car with aftermarket body parts and CC worked with me on letting me purchase the necessary parts to paint and install. Tom was very attentive and always kept me in the loop and up to date. I greatly appreciated his services and would highly recommend working with him and others on the CC staff. My rear bumper needed to be replaced. Not only did they get me in sooner than expected but the repair was done sooner than expected too. The price was better than I expected and my car looks brand new! The people working there were super friendly and approachable - keeping me up to date during the repair process and putting my mind at ease. Definitely will go here again!Service: Body & Trim

What a relief to finally find a company who does what they say they will do. My car was repaired in 3 days...amazing! Great job! Brad called me several times to let me know updates. Because they have a relationship with my Insurance company, the estimate and approval went quickly. I hope I never have need for them again, but if I do, I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you Caliber!

I have been trying for days to do an on line estimate. There s always some glitch. And, the shop is 2 weeks out on estimates. Perhaps someone could simplify the online process, or simply make it work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great experience at Caliber Collision in Hopkins. The vehicle looked like new after the repairs were done. It was returned washed and had been vacuumed. Despite a pretty big job, we got the car back earlier than promised, so we could use it for a major road trip across the country. Made a big difference. Not the least expensive shop in town but, as always, you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend their service.Service: Body & Trim

In 9/21, there was an attempted theft of one my catalytic converters. After having started an insurance claim, Caliber was the shop my provider chose to work with.... and I'm glad they did!After replacing my cat, a manufacturer compatibility issue created an ongoing service engine/O2 sensor reading state which disabled my traction control for most of the winter....In an effort not to write a book (which I could), the team at Caliber worked with me on multiple appointments to satisfy this condition.They went above and beyond... to name a few way... Working at nauseum with my provider (whom was not helpful or available most of the time), to checking in with me, and following up post visits.They turned what was could have been an extremely frustrating experience into a stellar customer service experience!Special thanks to Tom D for his professionalism, thoroughness, and restoring my faith in humanity.KUDOS!

I had a car accident and dreaded going into a car repair shop. My neighbor suggested that I check out Caliber Collision here in Hopkins, MN. They were very helpful and easy to work with from the beginning to the end of the process. The staff was pleasant to work with and everyone took the time to answer any questions I had. Excellent service, I was informed of the updates the whole time. The repair was done earlier than expected. Brad Lundgren was our technician, he was friendly and took care of everything. Great place! Had to get my front bumper fixed last second before my trip down to Dallas and they took me in right away. Very clean facility, and received great customer service from Paul, Brad, and Steve. They even vacuumed and washed my car! They definitely take care of you here!!

They got rid of my stress and made it smooth sailing on getting me back on the road. A mishap happened during servicing, but they made it right in the end. I am satisfied with the outcome and speed of service. Communication was superb. Friendly, highly skilled, and knowledgeable. I would recommend.

The staff are very friendly and they kept you the status and the service is super fast and good. The final cost is even a few hundreds bucks less than estimate. Very honest people ! I highly recommend to anyone who like to do repairs!!!

My truck was sent to this shop after being t-boned. Initial quote was 15 days labor, it took 41 days for me to get my vehicle back. Once I did, the window on the side where the impact happened does not work.People there are professional and courteous, but I don't believe they have the ability to do a proper job.

I recently had an insurance covered minor car repair as a direct and proximate result of my own negligence performed by the Hopkins office of Caliber Collision. I unconditionally and unqualifiedly recommend Caliber Collision. The repair, together with their attention to customers, i.e., Tim C. was without a doubt the best service person I've ever done business with, were top shelf. Honest personnel, fair pricing and excellent/quality work. Thank you

I went to Hopkins Caliber location after hitting tree branches causing damage to my vehicle. I had a very positive experience. This week, I had a different vehicle with some damage. Caliber Collusion did an excellent job on my 2020 Chevrolet after another driver hit my car in the rear. There was $25,000 worth of damage and I was informed every step of the way!! I was able to look at my vehicle during the process and was truly amazed how it looked at the beginning to the end of the extensive repairs. I highly recommend Caliber Collision if you are ever in an accident!!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim
