My sincerest thanks to Toby and the technician who properly fixed a truly dangerous issue, and saved me from the risk of suspension failure!My first visit here likely saved me and my car from an improper prior repair which would have led to a crash. After working with independent euro specialty shops, I will be bringing my cars to BMW of Minnetonka exclusively from now on.Never had any attempt at upselling, always accurate and honest assessments, and quality service. The experience, service, staff, facilities, and loaner vehicles are second to none.

They gave us the option to wait for the part (wasn't in stock) or we could try something else to fix the problem on our own. My husband is a mechanic and it worked! He fixed it without waiting for the part. BMW is really helpful. We will go back again. We appreciated their honesty.

Long story short, they fix the wrong door that was working just fine and they wanted to charge me again to fix the correct door that is actually broken. Why did they fix a door that was not broken in the first place?|?|. Mysteriously the door that is actually broken appeared to be fixed when I picked up my car that day. The next morning it stopped working and I brought it back to them but they tell me that it will cost extra to fix the actual broken door that I requested to have them fix on my first visit. Be aware!!
