Top Notch Professional Excellence In Service! Rihm Kenworth was the destination Dealer that Kenworth roadside assistance choose for my brand new 2 day old T880 Semi, that had the engine just blow up on me, being towed into on a Friday afternoon. As an owner operator based out of Iowa, this is my only Truck and only source of income. Steve Schoh, the service manager, greeted me with compassion and confidence that he would personally make sure that my Truck wouldn't leave the dealership until it was completely fixed back to brand new. He also assured me that his team would do everything in their power to work closely with Cummins to expedite the replacement of my engine. Exactly two weeks to the day, my Truck was fixed and ready to get me back to work. I received daily updates from Steve on the progress as well as exceptional work performed by the master mechanics. I have had my Truck back on the road for a month now with absolutely no troubles. I highly recommend this dealership for any service and or purchase needs. $$$ oil change was $706.00 December 2022Friend got one done down the street for $450.00. Maybe KW has magical oil or something.

Just called to get some part numbers and was told by carol the parts manager that there too busy to provide numbers and reccomend calling a different dealer. Poor customer service at best
