One of the only places in the metro that I trust with my vehicle. They do honest work at a fair price. Very knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly people working here! Last time I had my vehicle serviced, Wilson reached out to me a week later to follow up and make sure everything was running properly. They offer a guarantee/warranty on most of the work they do, and are always efficient in completing repairs. Highly recommended!

First off I brought my 72 Monte Carlo in and they did a great job and kept my car clean and safe. And I brought in my S10 in for brake work and they got me in quick and again did a great job!

What absolute gems these folks are. I was here from out of town, car was making a horrid noise when turning into my hotel parking lot late on Friday night. My obligations kept me busy until late afternoon on Saturday. I had called every dealership in town to no avail. I was looking at local mechanics, but they were all closed except for Wilson s. I called them 10 minutes before close, expecting to get sent to voicemail, but instead I got the best customer service I ve witnessed in 5 years. These guys were offering to stay open late to look into my issue and resolve it. I was expecting it to be a wheel hub or CV axle. Turns out it was just a rock that had gotten wedged in that assembly and was making noise. Now these guys have no previous history to maintain with me, I needed a quick solution, I was a prime candidate to get taken to the cleaners and I would have smiled as they did it. Instead they were nothing but professional, made great communication, and got my issue resolved the right way. They charged only the time they spent diagnosing and fixing my issue, and I got back on the road with piece of mind and without a gaping hole in my wallet. I would recommend these guys for anyone who need a car repair. Good, honest, businesses like these are the backbone of strong communities, I wish I had someone like this back where I live.

We have been going to Wilson s for years now and couldn t be happier with the work they do. It s obvious that Wilson cares a lot about the work getting done right, and wants his customers to be happy. They have a new photo system that shows the issues with your car which is super helpful too!Highly recommend!!

So thrilled with my experience at Wilson's Auto World! I've been here twice now for repairs on my 2017 Nissan and they've been so helpful, efficient and communicative! Their pricing is fair and they are excellent at explaining what needs to be fixed to someone who knows very little about cars. I trust them completely and will be back for all of my future auto-repairs and have been telling all of my friends. :) Thank you!

My pickup died on me with a failed alternator in the north metro. The tow truck driver had no problem taking me 16 miles/25 minutes to Wilson's. They mentioned it could be 4 hours with possible parts acquisition. I replied it would not be a problem with Target and Home Depot an easy 10 minute walk away. They quickly offered one of their courtesy vehicles after I mentioned recently purchased groceries in my truck. I was able to place the perishables in my fridge and finish up some important computer correspondence at home. About 4 hours after I dropped the vehicle off, I received a call that they finished; including a coincidental, soon to be scheduled oil change. Service and personable demeanor of up front personnel was excellent with a satisfactory tariff for parts and labor.

I ve always had the best experience here, with the best prices. They have gotten me in so many times on the same day, and I ve been in and out. On top of that, always at the lowest cost compared to any where else I ve been to. They are honest, and explain whatever is needed to be done and it s the only place I ve been where they haven t tried to to pressure me into spending more money on other issues that most likely aren t even needed. Definitely recommend!!!

While driving up to MN from Wisconsin (wedding dress shopping for my daughter), I got something in my tire, didn t go flat but limped my last hour to MN.My future son in law called to see if Wilson s could help me, they took me right in! New tire and ready to head home. I can t say enough nice things about Wilson s. They were so nice, got my tire fixed up so quickly! I would highly recommend them!

I ll recommend this shop to anyone and everyone, they ve gone out of their way to help us and ensure we still have a way to work while our car is getting fixed. 10/10 recommend. Very professional, customer service has been amazing!

These guys busted there. You know what to get my car done in one day. Which I needed and as the next day I was driving school bus in Minnetonka. So I didn't have to rent a car. It was a marvelous experience

Brought our GMC in for a squeaking coming from the back of the vehicle. The team were very prompt and precise with diagnosing and repairing, all within half a day. Very friendly in person staff as well as follow up to make sure we were satisfied after the service.

Haven't heard from them since I've taken my vehicle for auto body work???. Overall I'm still waiting on a response.They did a great job on my truck and I'm going back for a follow up, but I'm happy I chose Wilson's Auto for my repair work.

A bit of a wait before my scheduled inspection started. Got out of there a little over an hour later. Great atmosphere and nice people. From the conversations I heard in the lobby, it sounds like they go above and beyond to get vehicles fixed. Great service overall. I was most impressed with the online quote they sent me that plainly laid out their inspection and most importantly the severity of each item that required attention. I have been coming here for almost a year and will continue to put my trust in Wilson's Auto World.

Got work done a few times and the second time I left my car there they left my car doors open and got everything stolen out of my car. I will never go there and if you do don t let them have your car over night. They all acted like it wasn t a big deal when I brought it to their attention.
