I never knew that selling your car takes 40 minutes of evaluating and signing papers.The costumers service was amazing. The staff was friendly and nice. Absolutely recommending to everyone. Even though I didn t get the price the website says,because of some issues with my card, they let me negotiate.

Shady business, almost a scam. Beware! I d give negative rating if possibleBasically they trick you with a fair price on the phone, then when you show up, they trick you again by convincing you that your car is not what you think it is. And then they offer you a much lower price than the initial quote trying to get a great car for a cheap price. Found them dishonest and manipulative.Raul was the person I dealt with.I do not wish to speak to anyone from this business for a resolution or otherwise. It was unfortunate I interacted with you, and do not wish to waste any more time. I am merely exercising my right to share my experience with other customers.

My interaction was a very pleasant one.Reiki did a phenomenal job outlining what the company looks for when inspecting the vehicle, and was very quick to explain any items that would affect the sale of my vehicle. While I didn't get the full amount quoted, I was still quite pleased with my interaction and would highly recommend this place to sell a vehicle that still has some mileage left. Thanks again!

Rarely can one say things are exactly as good as shown in the commercial. In this case, service was even better. The sale of my car could not have gone better, easier or faster. Loren Kelly was amazing from the second we walked in to the minute we left less than an hour later WITH A CHECK! And in addition to the ease, he was really good at what he did and so very friendly. Best experience I've had at a business in as long as I can remember.

Definitely recommend this place! Process was super quick and easy. Loren explained the process well, called the day before to confirm the appointment and to make sure I brought all the correct documents. Before making the offer, Loren walked me around the car to explain all the deductions that would be taken off the offer for repairs. Offer was more then double then what the dealership offered. Process took just under an hour total!

All in all had a great experience. The guy I worked with, Loren, was super nice and helpful and made the process easy.Only issue I had was that it wasn't made immediately clear I needed to bring in proof that my car was paid off, so I had to book a second appointment once I got that. That's on me mostly, but it was a little bit unclear what they wanted me to bring in.Once I got there with everything, I was in and out in just over half an hour with a check for more than I expected to get.

I worked with Loren at the Fridly, MN office and our experience was great !We had a difficult transfer as my Brother-in-Law had passed away. They provided me with all the right information to bring and it went smoothly.We were offered a fair price and a voucher with Uber to get back home.Thank you very much Loren for all your help.Top Man !!!
